Burgers are always hot, toppings are always fresh. I haven't eaten there but every time we order to-go it's always delicious and packed well - I love the design of their boxes, keeps the meal fresh and clean while eating in the car, and the highlights of the twin cities in their graphics and branding is a great nod to the local community. The jerk fries are my favorite side, Cajun onion rings are a close second. They have a creative burger of the month as well as occasional new desserts. Their shakes are tasty, the coffee shake isn't overly sweet which is perfect for my taste. The only thing I'd love to see is an option to add sweet pickles when ordering online. There's an option to add dill pickles but not to add/get extra sweet pickles on your burger. One of our favorite burger spots in the cities! read more

This place is fairly new. If you get the absolute basics with no extras, it's moderately priced. Cheese is $.75 an egg and avocado is $1.50+ to add to your burger... it can secretly add up very very quickly. Fountain drinks are $3. I felt it was clean, the staff was decent, and the bathrooms didn't smell like poop and puke. Overall, nothing super mind blowing, but good enough that I'll be back again when I want something a little more formal than your normal fast food choices in the area. Happy eating! read more

I often order takeout from this location. I usually set a pickup time & most times my order is actually ready at the right time which I appreciate. Staff are usually attentive & nice. I like the impossible burger w/ a few topping changes & it comes with fries. Usually good. Always get the garlic aioli. I do wish napkins were packed with the takeout meals. Have no idea what the rest of the menu is like.....I hope the rest of what MY BURGER offers is better than their milkshakes! I ordered a chocolate milkshake, to go, and it was like drinking flavored water. There was zero ice cream in the shake, there was no whipped cream topping the shake......and there was definitely no thickness to the shake. For $7.00 I expect quite a bit more.....and, it is a very small shake! I would give this place ZERO stars if it was possible!! read more

My first visit to a My Burger. This location is tucked in a spot that I don't travel by, even though we live in EP only 10 minutes away. I learned the company is locally owned by a Minnesota family. They have 8 locations as of now (early 2023), with a plan for slow and steady expansion. I'm a burger fanatic, and this one tasted great. You could tell that special attention was paid to the bun. The burger patty is the "smashed-burger" style. For me, not quite as good as the SmokeShack burger at Shake Shack, but a solid burger nonetheless. As others have said, the garlic mayo is great. The overall food presentation was solid. I ate a kids burger, so it could be that adult burgers are even better. They have a burger-of-the-month option that can keep things interesting. The kids meal was just the right amount of food for our 6-year old son. The team working inside was friendly and hard-working. The design and layout inside are exceptional. I was struck by how spotless everything inside is, and the decor was cool. It's a cozy vibe. I could see going here as a family or on a date. There is not a huge amount of seating inside, but a good mix of high-tops, a few large booths, and some tables. Our cookies and cream shake was good but not insanely good. That could be a function of the flavor though. I will try another flavor next time. The food was of course cooked fresh. The fries were a classic style. My Burger was sooo good!! We will definitely be going back to this location. The sweet pickles were an amazing topping and the fried onions. Burgers were both made fresh to order, yummy crispy fries. They also offer cajun or jerk seasoned fries and other side items, yum! We both ordered a malt which were the best, and have other shake options too. This was for sure one of the best fast food burgers I've had. My hubs really enjoyed his meal as well. The staff were super friendly which always makes the experience better and it was a nice clean restaurant with plenty of seating. read more

I have visited MyBurger in Eden Prairie at least six times, but my most recent visit (4/28) was truly a standout, solely due to the exceptional service provided by Joshua. From the moment we walked in, he greeted us with such genuine warmth and respect. I brought a coworker for her very first visit, and Joshua's kind, funny, and happy demeanor made her feel immediately welcome.His professionalism was matched by his attentiveness; he was quick and prompt with our order, yet still made a point to double-check on us while we were eating in the dining space. This level of care is rare and deeply appreciated. To top it off, when my coworker accidentally left an item behind, Joshua went above and beyond by noticing it, keeping it safe, and returning it to her the moment we came rushing back.The food is consistently fresh and delicious, and while the price point is definitely on the higher side ($14 for a burger and fries), Joshua's incredible service was so stellar that it almost made me forget about the cost. We went for a late night weekend dinner. Very nice, patient and helpful staff. You order at the counter and have your meal brought to you, clean dining area, plenty of self-seating, accommodating to families, and most of all the burgers were a-mazing, fries were that perfectly fresh hot crunch you always look for in a good shoestring fry (or at least I do), they have mayo hot sauce and ketchup by the napkins and everything you'd need to make your own fry sauce too which was a huge plus for me lol. Loved the burger of the month I got, the peppered bacon was soooo good! And the Watt coffee malt with whipped cream was phenomenal! Definitely will be back eventually and highly recommend. I have gone to MyBurger on several occasions since moving to Eden Prairie in July of 2023. Each time has been timely, accurate, hot, and tasty. They also sometimes send coupons in the mail, so I've gotten BOGO for a burger and fries before. The staff are friendly and always willing to throw you some extra sauce, which I always appreciate. And it's a cool looking place inside, they have the whole back cooking area set up with glass so you can see them make the food and stuff. I would definitely recommend and honestly I was reminded about how much I love this place today after a disappointing visit to Smashburger. Thank you for your consistency and quality! read more
