Been here a few times and I cant get enough of the burgers here. They usually have some specialty burgers on the menu that keeps me coming back for something new. Staff is always very friendly and food comes out fresh and hot. This time I visited their truck at a brewery and got to sit and eat outside. Always a great experience with them whether the truck or curbside pick up that is coming back.

Got these two awesome burgers at a Vikings watch party at Black stack brewing. got a side of fries with their two dipping sauces, I would drink these sauces. they are so good angry line cook amazing as always. The oklavarain had some spiced apples. That was a nice twist. That girl was hoisin had great spice. Not too hot. Would definitely order both of these again.

One of the best food trucks out there! They serve of the most delicious and creative smash burgers out there! The husband and wife duo that run the truck are so kind and always serving up the goods with a smile. The food is served hot and fresh. They have a couple flagship burgers and usually a fun specialty burger. The house dip is highly recommended! I encourage you to follow their socials to keep track of where you can find the truck each week. Love seeing them pop up at our favorite local breweries!

Good grief are these things good. I wish Smashies were a thing when I was younger cause God knows my heart can't handle them consistently being an old man. What the ALC does to elevate these things is amazing. I've had multiple tastes of "this week's special" and also the original spicy over the past couple of years and honestly, sometimes I just get a craving and I look up where they are at. This past week I had the Miami Vice at Blackstack Brewing and I was treating my neighbor (he had the same) as it was his first time getting Angry. All he could do was laugh and say "I think this is the thickest slice of bacon I've ever had!" He loved his burger, as did I. So satisfying. The first time I ordered them was with only a single patty, with everything else that happens to these things, it needs that additional patty. The fries are tasty and service is always quick and friendly. This is a small operation, and they make the sauces for the fries, the toppings and everything else that go on these burgers. There is passion behind what they do and it's pretty cool. Cari P. sounds like a real piece of work. She's worried about their Social Media and calls them rude? Get a life princess and go to your island of 1 stars. All I really want to know is where they are going to be slinging these amazing things and if they are having mechanical issues or not (which is also a real issue for any food truck Entrepeneur) and can't make it. This is about the burger. Hell, a lot of times they run out before their scheduled serving time. These things are that good. I follow their schedule via the Book of Face and I'm guessing they promote elsewhere. It's a card only transaction unless you want to tip cash. Thanks ALC and stay angry!

Super surprised this page is so limited in reviews. This truck rocks and is ALWAYS busy! I've had samples of their burgers at events I've been to, but today was the first time catching the truck in the wild at a brewery. Went for the self named Angry Burger double patty. I'll call out, like other burger trucks, I found the patties a bit salty in certain spots, but overall really well seasoned. The burger overall had a wonderful building heat to it and if you string enough bites together, you'll feel some burn! Also had the fries which were perfectly crispy and seasoned and the quantity is spot on for two, maybe three. Overall, pricing matches the norm for a burger of this quality ($15 with cost of fries separate- $5), and is a must hit for any burger fan. Stellar flavor and service from the team working the truck.

These are truly some of the best burgers you will find anywhere. Smash burgers, small menu, creative combinations, just a terrific experience. Follow them on social media for their locations, once you try them, you will want to seek them out for more. The burgers have crispy edges that stick way out of the bun and the meat is absolutely packed with flavor. Friendly employees as well.

This is a must try food truck. We ordered the angry burger and the other burger. The angry burger had a nice balance of spicy heat and flavor. It would be very spicy for a MN person, but people who like spicy will find this to be outrageously delicious. The other burger was not spicy, but still had a mouth watering flavor. The meat on both burgers was well seasoned and the perfect smash burger. The buns also had a nice texture and flavor. The fries were crispy on the outside, seasoned and soft on the inside. Find this truck immediately. You will not be disappointed.

I honestly can't say a single bad thing about the food and I'm already looking forward to my next visit. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was excellent. They don't take reservations, so coming during off-peak times may be a good idea. We were promptly taken to our seats, and once settled, our server explained how to use the QR code for ordering and filled our water glasses right away. There were lots of fun drink options to choose from, and the food truly exceeded expectations. Such a great overall experience!

Food 5/5: We are big BBQ fans, and I believe this is the best BBQ in the twin cities. We had the chips and queso, St. Louis style ribs, pork belly, mac and cheese, dilly beans, beans, apple pizza, peanut butter pie, and both old fashions. The chips are homemade and so good! Lightly salted and the perfect amount. Of crunchy. The ribs and pork belly were warm, tender, and spiced perfectly. Everything we had was well spiced, and overall high quality with exception to the Mac and cheese, not much flavor but would be perfect for a kids meal but didn't match their overall level of the other food. Service 5/5: they use a QR code ordering system. Everything we ordered came within 10 -20 minutes of ordering. Silverware and all other essentials are located at your table, but there were people around to ask if you needed anything. Ambiance 4/5: when this space is full it is very loud. If there is a band playing you won't be able to hear table conversation. Something else to note, you may share a table with another group, so if that's a deal breaker to you know that is their style. They have a kid space which was packed, but overall an amazing thing to offer. Overall if you're ok with a loud and crowded space, this place is great. Overall we loved this new location. The food was great, the service was fast, and the ambiance was inviting but loud.

I made a last-minute reservation online, which was quick and seamless. Parking was easy enough, there's a small lot, plus plenty of street parking options. We were seated right away when we arrived, though unfortunately at a very small two-person table with very limited space. It worked out, but next time I'd definitely request something a bit roomier. We arrived during happy hour but skipped it since we didn't want to spoil our meals. For dinner, I ordered the double barrel burger with a side of fries, and my friend got the fried chicken sandwich with a side of fries. I enjoyed my meal, however, my friend thought the food was very salty and that maybe the chicken sandwich was fried in the same oil as the fish as it didn't taste much like chicken. We thought the portions were big enough that we had leftovers to take home. Service was just okay...nothing particularly memorable. The most uncomfortable part of the experience was our table location right by the door. It felt like people were constantly hovering nearby or watching us while waiting for a table, which made it a bit awkward. Almost like we better hurry up and eat. Overall, a decent meal.

When I go to new cities, I typically seek out food that is specific to the region and thus a little more interesting to me. You can get a burger anywhere, and a cheese filled patty, aka a "Juicy Lucy", didn't sound like something I needed to try. But my husband kept talking about it and really seemed bent on having one so we decided to come here to try it out. We showed up during their happy hour, from 4-5pm, and they had $5 draft beers. Score! It's a cute place with ample seating, nice natural light from the large windows, and a relaxed atmosphere. I ordered the Juicy Lucy, a burger patty stuffed with cheese and topped with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, and pub sauce. I chose the Impossible patty version, but you can also get it with their house made black bean burger. Hubby chose the Garlic Girl, a black bean cheeseburger topped with bacon (also made in-house), berbere aioli, lettuce, and pickled onion. Each burger came with fries. Both burgers were spectacular and delicious in their own way. The bacon on hubby's burger was incredible, and his burger was rich and satisfying. By my Juicy Lucy, oh my... Every bite was a flavor explosion and intensely delicious without being a gut bomb shockingly. To top it off, the fries were super crispy and just perfect. WOW is all I can say. Note that while the prices may seem a little higher than what you might expect, Francis Burger is a no tipping establishment, as stated on their menu. For the quality of the food and the great service, it was well worth the price! I'll be back if I'm ever in this area again.f
