He asked where I was from, and I shared that while I live in Los Angeles now, I'm originally from here and am a Wayzata High School graduate. It turns out Oliver is a current Wayzata student! After taking our order, Oliver looked at me and said, "You know, because you came out in this weather, we're just going to comp your meal tonight." No exaggeration--literally third time this has happened. I'm done at this location. You guys are tarnishing the brand...and seem not to care, as I gave this exact feedback on a CFA Survey last time.
