Really good prices and amazing burgers. We got the BIB and Banh Mi and everything was perfect. We will definitely be going back for more.

The menu on the truck was updated with correct inventory and ordering was easy. Pro tip- there's a cash discount! I ordered a large pizza to go half cheese half pepperoni and was satisfied. It was a nice thin crust and came out of the oven hot. Tons of cheese, cracked red pepper, and silverware available, but you had to ask for napkins which was odd.

I sampled 3 items from Mario's, an appetizer (Ciabatta Parm Bites), a small 8" pizza (Meat Eaters), and a dessert (Classic Cannoli). Every bite of my food was wonderful. And judging from the number of people lining up to get food, many other people agree with me. The employees at the brewery were also grabbing food and raving about Mario's. Yum! As a final note (to avoid confusion), this truck is NOT the same business as the bricks n' mortar restaurant in Watertown. The truck is an independent business that simply licensed the name from the restaurant several years ago. I had a nice conversation with the owner and he explained it to me. I don't hand out many 5 star reviews but Mario's deserves it. I highly recommend trying this truck if it's in your area. Thumbs up! -Maxx

As evidenced by the name, Tiki Tim's focuses mainly on island inspired cuisine (save for the fried pickles). Their menu is fairly modest in size, comprised of Tiki (shrimp and crab) cakes, fish tacos, a Hawaiian influenced pulled pork sandwich and a smattering of side dishes. While the choices are limited, they've all been quite good. The fish tacos are the highlight for me, with generous pieces of crispy and not-too-greasy fish, but you really can't wrong with anything (bring a knife and fork for the pork sandwich). The converted big blue Chevy is easy to spot on the streets, the service is friendly and the prices are reasonable. Given that we're about as far from the coasts as possible and a long haul from Hawaii, it's nice to see someone aspiring to bring the tropical mindset to the streets of the Twin Cities.

The waffle cones were being freshly made on site and service was prompt and polite. The other scoop was strawberry and man oh man was it good. All in all the prices have gotten out of control for things in the twin cities but the ice cream was one of the better ice creams I've had in the twin cities.

I ordered the Biscoff flavor and the raspberry/dark chocolate/Graham cracker flavor. Honestly, you can't go wrong with Biscoff anything. I was happy to see plentiful crumbs of cookies! It wasn't the creamiest ice cream, but I could tell there was a TON of cookie butter and cookies in it which might have affected the texture. The flavor that really shone was the raspberry one. YUM. It tasted fresh, not at all heavy, the chocolate chunks were plentiful and thin which helped the texture, and the Graham crackers (which the menu said were special!) were delicious and blended together perfectly with the other flavors. I never thought of that combination, but now I just might have to make a raspberry s'more some day. I asked others with me how their various flavors were, and everyone raved about it - especially the blue raspberry dairy-free option. Well done, Hometown! I hope there's a brick-and-mortar open again soon!
