But I am very picky about my crepes. These were too thick and eggy and I really disliked the Yum Yum sauce (kind of a tomato mayo). The Yum Yum had a strange aftertaste and my husband didn't like it either. If you aren't a crepe purist you may like these. The dessert crepes seem to be popular. I am rating a 4 based on the sandwich and the service. Since I rate all crepes by the ones I ate in France, it wouldn't be fair to compare these. Like a savage, I tossed the man my debit card...in which he proceeded to pray that his Square device would work (to not give me a free meal!). I continued to wait and saw that my coworkers were busy wolfing down their lunch...lucky turds...it looked amazing and was getting jealous that I was still waiting for what I thought would be a tiny ass sammich with a slice of deli meat on it. They started as a food truck and expanded to this permanent location (the food truck is still at the Marathon in Lake Elmo, I believe).
