You are able to buy single cans, a solid option with a nice BBQ food truck right next to you. They are all Minnesota beers too. The beef cheek sandwich came out in about five minutes and it was one of the best sandwiches I have ever had. It reminded me of a burnt ends sandwich. The sauce wasn't too spicy, nor too sweet. It was just delicious. The fat and meat just melded together like a Reese's peanut butter cup. Every bite was like delectable perfection. The owner came out to check on us a few times and was super friendly. This is a must try. Again. Not cheap, but you are eating at Ruth's Chris Steakhouse of BBQ food trucks if you are willing to pay for it.

Served with fries at Rosetown (but I believe not at the remote food truck) the fries are worth it. The bun was great and held up to the juicy burger. This one is not to be missed! As evidenced by the name, Tiki Tim's focuses mainly on island inspired cuisine (save for the fried pickles). Their menu is fairly modest in size, comprised of Tiki (shrimp and crab) cakes, fish tacos, a Hawaiian influenced pulled pork sandwich and a smattering of side dishes. While the choices are limited, they've all been quite good. The fish tacos are the highlight for me, with generous pieces of crispy and not-too-greasy fish, but you really can't wrong with anything (bring a knife and fork for the pork sandwich). The converted big blue Chevy is easy to spot on the streets, the service is friendly and the prices are reasonable. Given that we're about as far from the coasts as possible and a long haul from Hawaii, it's nice to see someone aspiring to bring the tropical mindset to the streets of the Twin Cities.
