Really fun concept with an entire brick oven inside the bus! The meat pizza was flavorful and had a nice crisp crust on the bottom. The smoked bacon added a lot of flavor. Friendly service. The menu is posted on the doors of the bus. When you are ready to order you go up the stairs and you are able to pay with a credit card. When your pizza is ready they will call your name from the side window and hand it to you from there. Brick Oven Bus recently catered out son's grad party. An actual "bus" parked in front of our yard was a fun addition! The pizza was sooo good that kids and adults went back for 2 and even 3 servings. The crew of Ziek, Ryan and Wyatt were awesome. There was never a wait for pizza and they had music playing for the kids playing yard games. The pizzas were okay but could have been wonderful. My husband ordered the Freddy Krueger (meat) and it was way overcooked. He also said it tasted funny. The issue was the seasoning that they put on top. It should have been more evenly sprinkled but on the piece he ate it was almost a teaspoon in one bite. I ate a few bites of another slice and had the same problem. The Jason Voorhees was olives, artichokes and balsamic vinegar. Way too much vinegar as the whole inside of the pizza was soggy. Lots of olives but only a few larger chunks of artichokes that fell off the pizza since it was too soggy. The outer crust was good.
