I saw the bus at Cub Foods on Cottage Grove and was stoked. I've always wanted to try it. We decided on the Lionheart pizza, which sounded delicious. The ordering process was easy, the boys on the bus were grand, the crust was out of this world! Toppings were plentiful and generous, including the balsamic vinegar glaze, which completely overshadowed the other ingredients. I'd most definitely order from here again, but I'll try another pizza or skip the drizzle.

Such a fun food truck concept and I loved getting on the bus to order. The staff working had great energy and the food was super quick. We got the meat and margherita - both great.

I found these guys on a Facebook event. They were in my area and I thought I'd give it a try. The staff was very friendly and professional. The one staff survey where I normally get pizza and general conversation while we wait for the pizza to cook. I was in and out of there in 5-minutes. The pizza was made to order - the kneel the dough right when I placed the order. After all the toppings were done, they said, "it'll be ready in 3-minutes!" They were also transparent with their pizza size--it is 10" in diameter. Overall, delicious pizza. I'd buy pizza from them again. They recommend visiting their official website to see where the bus is located on that day; it usually goes to breweries. I found them at an Ace Hardware parking lot. Also their Facebook page is another great resource on upcoming events too and fun photos.

Tried this pizza when the bus was parked in Apple Valley. Simple menu and the ordering process is easy. Didn't have to wait very long as the wood fire pizzas cook quickly. Fresh and plentiful ingredients. We tried the meat pizza and the angry Hawaiian. I liked meat pizza better than the angry Hawaiian pizza. The angry Hawaiian had an overpowering cayenne pineapple glaze that drowned out the other flavors. I'd try this place again if it's back in the area!

Excellent pizza and sourdough crust! It was super delicious. I really liked the menu options. I got the Lionheart with artichoke hearts and Kalamata olives. My partner had the nest pizza. The service was friendly and fast. I look forward to going again soon!

Always had great experiences with Brick Oven Bus. Employees are friendly and make super delicious pizzas very quickly. Recently had the Rueben pizza at Back Channel Brewing and it was fantastic! Great flavors and a lot of toppings. Easy ordering and pickup at the bus!

The pizza at this bus is AMAZING! It's such a fun idea, and the staff was absolutely wonderful. I will absolutely be back next time this food truck (bus? lol) is back in the area. I highly recommend.

Got out tonight to Baldman to experience the Ruben on Rye. What can I say? It was spectacular! The corn beef, sauerkraut & scratch-made 1000 Island was perfection, but the crust -- Rye Crust!! Just out of this world!! As always, service was friendly & pizza cooked up fast. Keep doing what you're doing BOB.

Brick oven at the back of the bus

Great concept and execution for mobile Pizza oven! Went to a wedding where they reserved the bus for an evening snack. I didn't know it was coming and boy was I surprised to see a brick oven at the back of a bus. Talk about the cool kids section being way cooler than I could ever imagine. There were 2 bros baking and serving up pizza and they had 5? Available. You step aboard to select what you want and while a cozy space, could fit a few people inside. I went for the spicy Hawaiian and Meat Lovers. Both were fantastic! The crust had a great texture and beautiful char on the bottom. The cheese was gooey and the meat crispy and juicy at the same time. The staff boxed all the pizza that was leftover and we were able to take it home and have some more. 10/10 would crash a random event to get another slice.

I was all excited to try it when I saw it parked in Lowe's in Plymouth parking lot, BUT when the guy in the bus yelled at me to park & get out to look at the menu / sign & he was very condescending & VERY RUDE attitude, I decided to skip it because of the lack of customer service! DISAPPOINTING

With fun music, a fun and quick staff and GREAT pizza. This is one food truck I look forward to finding again one day soon. The pizza was seriously delicious. A few weeks later I can taste their sauce and soft but crunchy crust just by thinking about it. Honestly some of the best wood fired pizza I've had to date.

One of the reasons we went to Lupine brewing was because they had a food truck. We don't eat pizza all the time but we wanted to try this. We were invited inside the bus to order. Our server and cook was awesome! They were friendly and helpful warning the Angry Hawaiian was a little spicy. The pizzas were done very quickly and they were extremely tasty. My husband and I shared but I'll admit I ate most of the Angry Hawaiian. It was the perfect amount of spicy for me. The crust was crispy and there were lots of toppings. The brick oven inside the school bus is a really great idea. It's fun and the food is good.

I gotta stop believing yelp reviews. People want quantity over quality on this app and this place…read moreis a great example of that. There's nothing redeeming about this place. Yelp reviewers have no taste. They just want a slab of meat and they're all happy. I should've tried their sauces before I bought anything. The barbecue sauces were all ketchup based. They added in too much apple cider vinegar and the sauces were too viscous and runny. A good barbecue sauce has molasses, brown sugar, and tomato sauce not ketchup and white sugar which is what these were made from. I'd have been better off bringing in my own bottle of barbecue sauce from the grocery store. We ordered a half rack 6 ribs and two sides of coleslaw and potato salad. The coleslaw was runny and too liquidy. It had zero buttermilk in it. It was also made with apple cider vinegar which is a HUGE NO, NO. The potato salad was meh. No mustard. Just white potato salad. THEY HAD NO CORNBREAD! How much does a box of jiffy cornbread cost?!? Seriously, this business should NOT be in the rib business. The half rack of ribs: DRY, DRY, DRY. They were baked way too long. The ribs were flavor-less. I would not go back again. It's a huge shame for a rib joint to be this bad. The ribs were such a huge disappointment. Not even a smoked flavor was ever detected. I hope they don't go down the liquid smoke route either because that's just driving off a cliff at that point. I'm DONE listening to yelp reviews. Yall have no clue what you're talking about.

As evidenced by the name, Tiki Tim's focuses mainly on island inspired cuisine (save for the fried pickles). Their menu is fairly modest in size, comprised of Tiki (shrimp and crab) cakes, fish tacos, a Hawaiian influenced pulled pork sandwich and a smattering of side dishes. While the choices are limited, they've all been quite good. The fish tacos are the highlight for me, with generous pieces of crispy and not-too-greasy fish, but you really can't wrong with anything (bring a knife and fork for the pork sandwich). The converted big blue Chevy is easy to spot on the streets, the service is friendly and the prices are reasonable. Given that we're about as far from the coasts as possible and a long haul from Hawaii, it's nice to see someone aspiring to bring the tropical mindset to the streets of the Twin Cities.
