The Asada was full of flavor, not too greasy and the burrito was packed. With the addition of the homemade salsa verde and salsa roja, it was reminiscent of great burritos I've had in Los Angeles. A definite 5 stars. My partner had the Quesadilla con Pollo thinking it might be lighter but beware, it is a meal. Delicious but filling and oh so tasty with the accompaniment of the homemade salsas. While mozzarella isn't quite the same as queso blanca or queso fresco, it worked well. Seems some traditional ingredients are perhaps hard to get in this area. The menu covers the essentials (Burritos, Tacos, Tortas, etc.) and with mix and match choice of protein, it should cover most every taste. Options include bowls for those that want to forgo the delicious tortillas. Overall, a great find. Next time I'm in Burnsville or surrounding environs, I will be sure to hunt this place down. I went back to ask if they could make it sweeter or offer a different drink. I wasn't asking for a refund, just a chance to have a better experience. They added sweetener but it still tasted very bitter and said their policy doesn't allow to change drinks. To make things worse, staff were speaking to each other in another language right in front of me instead of communicating directly (when they both can speak perfect english), which felt unprofessional.
