They do have a happy hour

Decided to give this place a go after work one night. Unfortunately this place fell flat for me... This is located in a strip mall with limited parking. You can also order online. When I walked in the first thing I noticed was despite the large windows to the outside, this place was dark. It just felt very dated, even though this space is not that old. There is a fair amount of seating. There is also colorful paint splatter mural on the wall and this place just felt so cold... The service here was just ok. The woman taking my order had a harder time understanding what I was ordering (I did not deviate from the menu and had no special requests) I saw another person walk in and pick up her order and she also had a hard time understand her...Like I asked for a pop in a can and the woman I was ordering from thought I wanted a fountain pop, so she kept trying to hand me a cup. The woman was very sweet but it did make the ordering process harder.... The food: I got the Naan cheesy bread. This was not your typical texture for naan... this was similar to gas station cheesy bread... the flavor was good but not what I was expecting and very basic. I did not care for the sauce that came with it either. The Coconut shrimp curry pizza was lacking flavor and the shrimp was rubbery... the crust was so so but again, not what I was thinking. It was sent through a regular conveyor belt pizza oven to heat. Nothing about this seemed special... Overall, this was not a great experience for me. They do have other options besides the pizza, so may be I'd try those at a different time...

Decided to try this out on the whim and it was pretty good! There are a lot of pizza options on their menu and good starters as well. We got the chicken tikka pizza and veg delight pizza. We ordered the 10 inch for both which we finished for a party of 5, but we could have eaten more. I also ordered a mango lassi which was really good. The pizzas tasted fresh and had good sauces and toppings. It was quiet when we came, most people just come in to pickup their orders so no one was dining in. It's a fast casual vibe. We decided to eat there because we wanted to eat the pizzas fresh. Overall it was a good spot, and they have multiple locations which makes it convenient.

First time trying Pizza Karma! I was so pleased! The man working was very helpful and kind as we decided on our meals. I got the tikka butter chicken pizza and the lamb meatball pizza. We also got the paneer poppers. It was all SO tasty and fresh! They have a couple locations throughout the cities and I would recommend them to anyone to likes Indian food. Such a fun twist between 2 categories of food! Thank you Pizza Karma

Came here on 4th of July, was surprised to find them open until 9pm! The ambiance was very quiet upon arrival, we got here around 7pm. It started to pick up inside until about 7:30pm with people coming in to order and Door Dash coming too. I ordered the special: Veggie Delight, was absolutely amazing! Took about 10 minutes to get after ordering, despite it being slow, but was well worth the wait. Front desk cashier was very nice, she was quite cheerful and pleasant. Overall, a wonderful experience and very tasty pizza!

We ordered our food off Doordash because we had some credits and wanted to give this place a try. The location is right in downtown Apple Valley. The restaurant is casual and modern and has a cool little window where you can see them make the pizzas in the tandoori. We got the saag paneer pizza and the chicken kebab pizza, samosas and the Tikka chicken wings. The pizza was okay to me, and it could be because I prefer a less soggy crust. The dough got soft in the middle. The best tasting item was the Tikka chicken wings. However, they were very expensive, around $14 on DD for 6 pieces. I wish they would have said how many pieces on the app, because it didn't. Same with the samosas. There was 2. The samosas were spicy and had a lot of filling. I almost preferred the starters here than the pizza. Pizza karma was nice to try, but I likely won't be back often because of the higher prices and the pizza itself was mediocre.

Got the veggie pizza with a swirl of hot sauce. Loved it! And the service was great - really friendly. Wish I wasn't visiting from out of town or I'd go back regularly.

First time in here and I'll be back! The restaurant and kitchen looked very clean and the staff was friendly! You could tell everything was freshly made and plated so nicely. The masala chai was really good too! It was nice to try something different in the south metro where there's quite a few big chain restaurants compared to smaller businesses.

Bursts of flavor! Unique pizzeria with Indian fusion. It's definitely worth the try. The other unique aspect is the disposable recycled material they use for everything, nothing I've seen before

Add a little spice to your life and stop in for a little or a lot of something at Pizza Karma - a friendly - and surprisingly GREEN! - addition to Apple Valley's dining scene. It is part of a Twin Cities chain which opened in 2018 and now includes food trucks and quite a bit of creativity and quality. My first taste was fairly close to the restaurant's opening. I met a friend from a former job for a little catch-up lunch. We agreed by the end that we felt fairly smug at our discovery. We'd had the whole place to ourselves and a wonderful lunch to boot. Somehow, it didn't feel strange to be alone in this lively, bright space. The decor is bright, but it was tidy and cozy at the same time. The sounds and scents around us enabled us to just settle in and chat comfortably, rather than feeling powerfully aware emptiness. It wasn't empty at all - there was a busy kitchen that created soul-satisfying menu items. Just reading the menu felt a bit adventurous, definitely beautiful: "served with a golden raisin ginger sauce," "tossed in our karma masala blend and parmesan cheese," and "topped with lime-kissed onion-pepper medley." The atmosphere was warm. And this persistent little voice in my head wanted to steal that classic line from Ted Lasso's eternally sunny Mexican football star Dani Rojas ("Futbal is life!") and make it my own: "The spices and sounds of cooking are LIFE!" ... because truly, there is a warmth and a life that comes from the kitchen and this kitchen seemed to feel a bit homey - perhaps because the staff (even the manager - ? - I should have asked for a name, since I knew I would be reviewing and I do know the drill of this wonderful and worthy work) checked in and made sure we had all we needed. My friend and I shared a 10" small tandoor-fired butter chicken pizza and some masala fries. We intended to order a second 10" small tandoor-fired hot honey pear pizza (one of the specials - it had white garlic sauce, pear, brie cheese, carmalized onions, shredded mozz, and was drizzled with hot-honey, sounding too divine to pass up. But, it got missed. And as we looked at the spread in front of us, was plenty of food! We worked on just what we ordered and we had pizza to spare. On a second visit - just grabbing an appetizer assortment this time as takeout for home: Alphonso Mango Frappe, Garlic Cheesy Naan Bites, Paneer Poppers, and Masala French Fries. Once again, everything was freshly made and delivered with a welcoming smile. A fun (and GREEN) tip: The serving platters are compostable. Unfortunately, the current garbage system at Pizza Karma can only accommodate recycling and landfill options. However, diners that compost at home could take their trays with them and make a little extra difference. As far as some of the things I usually note and notice - I did not pay intentional attention to the accessibility features of this restaurant. However, this was an open restaurant and the staff were very accommodating and helpful. I do believe they would provide help in any way requested. I do know they provide curbside pickup service if an order is called ahead. This feature was a little awkward to actually use because there was nowhere to pull in and no number to specifically call once ordered and the staff seemed somewhat surprised. So, that might be something to consider - if you do call ahead, just check in when you get there. There could be some miscommunication on that within the ordering apps and the staff.

We had the clams, waffle fries, regular fries, cod, and halibut. I basically have no complaints about anything. We also had the tartar sauce and MN sauce. If I were to go again, I would just get the waffle fries. They are better than the regular fries. The MN sauce was a nice change in flavor, but the real star of the show is the tartar sauce, and that is what we used the most. The fish was great. The batter was amazing and it wasn't overly battered. My wife and I both agreed that the halibut is probably not worth the extra cost. When we go again, we will likely just get cod, or maybe walleye. Service was nice. It seems to be a family-owned restaurant and they seem to run it well. Overall, this is really just an amazing place. It is very expensive, but I was expecting that for fish so I was mentally prepared. I believe we spent about $50 for everything, which is definitely a pretty penny, but again we were prepared and knew the halibut was a premium. I would highly recommend checking them out. I am planning to go back!

My…read moreactual rating would be 4.5 out of 5, but I couldn't justify taking away a full star, so I'm rounding up to five since Yelp still doesn't allow half stars. I'm not sure how we didn't find out about this place until almost a year after it opened. Apparently, they've been around since July 2025. The interior of the restaurant looks clean and nice. I already want to go back to dine-in sometime and I'm interested in their weekend buffet. We ordered takeout on a Tuesday for dinner and chose Medium spice for everything. I got the Butter Chicken, and I think it was the best Butter Chicken I've ever had. For the price, I was hoping the portion would be just slightly larger, but taste-wise, it was absolutely amazing. We also ordered the Wet Chicken 65 and really enjoyed that as well. The portion size was pretty decent for this. I would order it again, but I'm also very interested in trying the Chicken 555 next time. My wife got the Szechuan Noodles with Chicken and liked them. I tried some and liked them too. The noodles come in a great sized portion. My Butter Chicken came with rice, but I had to order Garlic Naan separately for an extra $4.50. The Garlic Naan was fantastic, but I was disappointed by how little came with the order for almost $5. Next time, I would be tempted to order two, but then the price starts increasing pretty dramatically. Basically, if you're ordering more than one curry style dish, you'll probably need multiple orders of Garlic Naan unless you're fine eating everything with rice or on its own. During the week, it seems like the restaurant doesn't open until 5 pm. I get it... it's probably slow between lunch hour and 5pm. But it was a little frustrating because we like to pick up takeout shortly after work. When I tried placing the order around 4:45, the earliest available pickup time wasn't until 5:30pm. I really wish they allowed customers to schedule online orders for pickup at 5pm or even 5:15. They do not charge a service fee, which is a big deal for restaurants in 2026. There was no credit card fee either. That also contributed to why I rounded the rating up to five stars. Overall, I would definitely recommend trying this place. It will likely become our new regular Indian unless we want to eat earlier and don't want to wait until 5:30. I wish the Garlic Naan portion was larger, and that the Butter Chicken came with a little more food for the price, but the food is still fantastic.
