The place didn't feel ready for customers, with workers all busy in the back and the smell of cleaning products. The bathroom was quite dirty. We were eventually helped at the counter and ordered a couple of pizzas and an app. We got the okra fries, a large Tikka pizza (half chicken and half paneer), and a small Hot Honey Pear pizza. The food arrived soon after we ordered and wow, it was all delicious! The larger pizzas have a thin crust, which I love. The okra was the biggest surprise for me- perfectly crispy and well seasoned. I ordered to go from Pizza Karma on Thanksgiving, I was craving pizza and they were one of the only places open and doing delivery. I got a 10inch fire roasted pepperoni pizza with the spicy sauce. The pizza tasted fresh and had that wood grill flavor I had been craving. That topped with the extra spicy side sauce it made for a delicious late night snack. Love this place!! Fun bright decor! The staff was so friendly and helpful in recommending items and the food is so flavorful! My all time favorite is the veggie wrap! I'm not a vegetarian but this is so flavorful and the sauce so good I don't even miss the meat! That was exactly my thought process...lol Over lunch, we got the 14" large Hand-Tossed Creamy Garlic Chicken pizza to share. For appetizers, we shared the Cheesy Garlic Naan Bites and the Okra fries. The Cheesy Garlic Naan bites were yummy. They tasted more like a regular cheese pizza, in my opinion. The Okra fries were delightful. I love fried Okra, I could not eat Okra any other way. The Creamy Garlic Chicken pizza stole the show. This bad boy was large, tantalizing, and an interesting combination of flavors. I must say I think something was missing. The smells this place emits is unbelievable.I am a big fan of the Tandoor oven and want to build one at my place some day.It's an art to cook in these things as I watched them bake our pizza and cook the wings. The young man working the tandoor was nice enough to explain to my younger kids what he was doing as he prepared the pizza to be baked.The Smokey flavor that this style of cooking offers is mouth watering.My sausage pizza was cooked to perfection and the crust and cheese took on some of the meat flavor as they cooked along side each others.This was very unique and overestimate an amazing taste. Located in a strip mall that's easy to find. They have a shared parking lot and it's free. It was nice and clean. Service was fast and friendly. Greatly appreciate it. Staff took time to explain what they have and what they are about. Good to hear they have gluten free options. We ordered the 10 inch build your own pepperoni with gluten free crust and a 10 inch cheese pizza in addition to trying other a couple small varieties. We also ordered some crispy okra fries and some mango frappes to compliment the meal. All pizzas was light, crispy, fresh and delicious! Had a great lunch here with my mom really nice spot easy access and Eden prairie. After you order make sure to watch them cook your dough in the tandoori before they bring out your pizza. The salads are all super amazing maybe a little on the small side for me but you don't always need things extra large American size for them to be amazing. I really like the lamb pizza although all of them look great on the menu. Try their chai some of the best I've had in the metro. This is a great spot for an easy lunch or meeting up with friends and family I'll be back again soon. read more

I will be honest with you. I had no motivation to try this place. I had heard it was pizza but nothing like what I know pizza to be with an Indian twist. It scared me because I have never been a fan of Indian food for a personal preference. But after trying I would absolutely go again. The have staple items that ANYONE should feel comfortable with. So I am glad I gave them a shot. It's a very clean modern spot. I had never seen a handwashing station out on the restaurant floor or anywhere like this for that matter. It's similar to the dyson hand dryers but you get controlled water spray with soap mixed in. The water warms as you use it. It was incredibly refreshing to do before and after the meal. I would love to see this in more places. I ordered the mini pepperoni pizza and it had great taste. The size of the mini pizza is definitely very tiny. I actually would recommend it for a small child or getting a couple if you like multiple flavors. It alone will not satisfy a normal adult hunger. It's also delivered as just one pie not cut in slices but was super easy to eat because of the size. I also ordered the mango frappe and it was delicious. I couldn't exactly tell you what's in it but I tasted a hint of yogurt?? One thing I wish was more clear would be nutrition facts or just calories on the menu are always great. But they do label their options vegetarian vegan and gluten-free which is nice. read more

The service was great didn't take long for us to get attended , the food came out at a good time as well the tikka chicken pizza was amazing I love how they infused Indian cuisine into pizza genius! The dough/bread was very nice and light not oily like most pizzas , ( they have more then just pizza as well) the masala fries had a great flavor as well I will say it gets you full pretty quickly the sauce that they include pairs perfectly together. The mango frappe was my favorite you can really taste the mango definitely give it a try ! My friend and I went to the Jason Show on Thursday and went to Pizza Karma for lunch. The inside was VERY clean and welcoming. We went up to the counter to order and look at the menu. My friend had the pizza on toasted naan (at least I think that's what it was) with tandori chicken and I got the chicken tandori rice bowl. Wow! She said her pizza was really delicious. As for my rice bowl....I can't honestly say what I liked best. The chicken was so flavorful, the cucumbers, carrots, garbanzo salad and red cabbage were very fresh. The chipotle aioli sauce was very spicy but after a few bites all I noticed was how good it was. I almost forgot the basmati rice! Those of you who don't eat rice often may not notice, but those who do.....the rice was music on my tongue! I am heading to an Asian market so I don't have to eat the stuff you find at Target or Cub. (For those of us who care about the environment, the food was served in compostable containers, no plastic other than the utensils. They even had paper straws! ) And it was wonderful to have lunch for under $15. If you haven't tried Pizza Karma, you HAVE to go! You will not be sorry. read more

It was fun and different, not something we'd typically get with pizza. It was good and I would recommend getting one if you stop by Pizza karma! We then each got a mini pizza - I got a street corn pizza, and my boyfriend got a mini Hawaiian. Both were good, they were well cooked, good ingredients. Pizza with an East Indian twist - 4 stars! This was my first time trying Pizza Karma. I caught up with the food truck at Alloy Brewing in Coon Rapids, MN. The truck is based out of the Eagan bricks 'n mortar location, the first of 3 current locations. The food truck is very good. They offer an abbreviated menu of what you'd find at one of the full service restaurants. All of the pizza & sides have an Indian flavor theme. They have several interesting vegetarian choices. If you want meat, they have pizzas with lamb, chicken, and one with pepperoni. I was really hungry so I stuck with a meat pizza, a more traditional pepperoni. I also ordered a side of masala fries. Both had a hint of curry flavor. At first, I was pretty skeptical about the curry thing. But actually, it was very nice. The curry was a very complimentary flavor. This place is seriously legit. Not sure why I went to this restaurant with low hopes but it's my first time trying indian-inspired pizza and I regret doubting it for one second. If you like Indian food, you'll love this place. And if you love pizza, it's a great combo all around. We tried the Lamb Meatball Pizza, grilled chicken tikka pizza and the cheese pizza. I definitely loved the meatball one the most. If you've tried saag/spinach curry , the flavor of the sauce tastes just like it. The meat also had a lot of flavor and was very good. Hearty and they didn't skimp on the meat. I want to get this one again for sure. The chicken tikka was also good - you can tell the flavors are just like Indian restaurants. This one had a ton of veggies on it too, which made it even better ! Lastly we tried the cheese - it was yummy as well! Not my favorite though. Sauce was a little more on the tart side. I had been very curious about Pizza Karma for quite some time, and I was finally in the west metro over the weekend, giving me the opportunity to try it. For my first visit, I ordered a large butter chicken pizza, a small coconut paneer pizza, and the tandoori tikka wings for takeaway. The pizzas were decent but did not blow me away as I was hoping, or expecting, even. I mean, butter chicken pizza? That combination is like, a stoner's wet dream. But sadly, it didn't pack the flavor punch of a classic butter chicken, nor a slice of greasy pizza: the curry was hard to detect under the cheese, and, dare I say, there were just too many vegetables on the pizza--it didn't taste unhealthy enough! The crust on this pizza was very good though, not too thin or too thick and it had a nice bready chew. The small coconut paneer pizza was also just decent; I really liked the cubes of paneer, but it wasn't all that coconutty and reminded me of a regular Italian pizza bianca. I think it was missing a little sweetness. Also, the crust on the small pizza wasn't as good as on the large pizza; it was thinner and a bit stodgy. The tikka wings were the most flavorful thing we ordered, but I actually didn't like them much at all. The spice rub on them was way too strong, and the powder dried out my mouth. The chicken was also a little overcooked - not fall off the bone or juicy. To sum up Pizza Karma, it's a great idea reduced to mediocrity by lackluster execution. The concept is all well and good for this place, but the execution was just off and poor from the start. Oh dear Lord. This could be the best pizza of all time. I got the pulled pork pizza and the lamb meatball one. Michelle got the spicy, garlic pizza crust with the spicy sauce. They were all AMAZING! Having pizza with a Indian twist was delicious but also for those in our group who were not good with change, proved to be a bit more challenging to get used to. I got the Namaste Indian pizza and the spice on it was definitely there and made it a little challenging to eat at times, but if you like spicy go for it! It was good though. We ordered the tandoori Garlic bites and paneer poppers. The garlic bites were good, pretty basic cheese bread. The paneer poppers were good as well. The dipping sauce was both was a unique take on marinara with the indian spices. I liked the twist. I got to try the creamy garlic pizza which if you like creamy sauces you would like it (its not my thing, which is why I didn't order it), and tried the Chicken Tikka pizza which was good. Our food was undercooked. We came in in early Nov 2023 because we saw a coupon advertised on their website, abs they explained it as a Halloween-only coupon. Ok, so then why is it still up? So we caved not wanting to go to another place and got a large and a small pizza. The small pizza was undercooked, the crust still being doughy, and it took a long time to make the order and to receive the food afterwards. My daughter ordered three pizzas for my birthday and I liked them all. All pizzas are made on naan and fired in a tandoor oven. My favorite was the Coconut Shrimp. The naan is buttery and the shrimp are plump. This is not the coconut-encrusted fried shrimp you may be used to, but rather a lighter, fresher take on the same flavors. The coconut lime sauce is delicious and fresh grated coconut adds a nIce sweet element amongst the fresh curry leaves. MG built one of her favorites with mushrooms and chicken in a spicy yogurt sauce. This was my second favorite, with plenty of chicken, roasted mushrooms, and a creamy, spicy sauce. Finally, because I love lamb saag, she ordered a Lamb Meatball pizza on a garlic cilantro naan. The meatballs are large balls of lamb, cardamom, and ground almonds cut in thin slices and placed on a spinach mustard sauce. While it was good, it wasn't my favorite. I found the mustard in the sauce a little strong. We also got the Okra Fries, long thin strips of okra tossed in a very light batter and flash fried. The dipping sauce was excellent. We got the coconut shrimp pizza and all I have to say is WHY has no one made a curry pizza before? It was out of this world and I could not stop eating it. Nut allergies beware!!!! We were at this food truck at a winery -- Ordered the Tikka pizza with chicken and asked if there were any nuts in the pizza - after being told no, my husband began having bad allergic reactions (allergy to cashews and a few other nuts). Luckily we realized it right away and were able to get medicine in time. But his eyes were pretty swollen the rest of the night. Told the workers afterward when we were leaving about the nut issue & allergic reaction and they still said there weren't any nuts in the pizza... possible cross contamination maybe?
