Red's is a local Minnesotan pizza chain that makes some awesome extra cheesy thin crust topping-filled pies. I don't know why it took me this long to try their pizza, but I'm so glad I finally did. We ordered pick-up from the Apple Valley location and were so pleased with our pizza. We got a large "Red's House Special" (about $24) which has a little bit of everything: pepperoni, sausage, peppers, mushrooms, onions, and green olives...what a beautiful creation. We were told it would be ready in 20-25 minutes. We got to Red's and my boyfriend came out with the pizza in about 2 minutes. It was ready right at pick up and the next thing ya know, we were on our way home with a hot and fresh pizza. It was amazing! I loved that the toppings are underneath the cheese and that the pieces are cut into small squares. Honestly, this is my favorite way to prepare/present pizza and I swear I can eat more of it this way. So many toppings and so much goodness! Red's does it 'Sota Style and they do a hell of a job. I would hands down order from here again! I know they recently got Philly Cheese Steak sandwiches here as well. The only small critique I have is that the employee over the phone sounded like he was ready to go home even though they had just opened...but with some pep in their step, Red's Savoy Pizza will sure be a hit!

In town to visit family and wanted to try out some local pizza. The looks of it on the outside are a new hip style of pizza restaurant. Great clean restaurant inside with some seating. Plenty of options for gourmet pizza to try out. We ordered a pepperoni/sausage and a bbq chicken pizza. The BBQ chicken pizza was pretty good. Only thing is that it did take a while. After waiting for real long for our pizza to be made we discovered our order was never even started. They felt bad and said our order would be out in 10min and we got 2 free pizza tickets for the next time. Good customer service even though we waited for well over an hour to leave with our pizza.

Dried out pizza slice that was in the warmer too long.

Canned mushrooms....say no more. Flavorful sauce but the canned mushrooms were disgusting. Once was enough for me.

My go to is a Sicilian pizza which is salty, slightly spicy and full of meat. The toppings steal the show for this pizza. The crust is crispy around the edges but the center needs a little help to hold up all the toppings. If you aren't into pizza they have a lot of other options on their menu. You won't be disappointed!

This time my mom and I went and we agreed, it's not quite the same, but still pretty tasty! When we first walked in, we were not greeted... rather the boy at the front said "why are you here?" We thought that was super strange and I asked "are you closing?" He said "no" and just stood there... We said "ok well can we get a table then?" And he said "oh sure, just pick one" Not a great start. However, our waitress was wonderful! I didn't get her name but she was an older woman with long black and white hair. She was so sweet and took very good care of our table! We got onion rings whichwere great! They had a crunch and the onions were done well! Im not sure if they were beer battered, but it tasted that way! They are served with a side of ketchup. My mom got the chicken dinner with a baked potato and coleslaw. She said it was all very good! She said it did taste different than years ago, but still very good! My boys and I got the thin crust half cheese half pepperoni pizza. Again not quite the same as what I remember but very tasty! This is a very greasy pizza which would probably taste amazing with a cold beer and a game on the tv!

Tyler provided great hospitality, recommended items on the menu, and was so kind and friendly! The booth seats are comfortable and you can call ahead and make a reservation. The menu is a booklet that has mini menus from each establishment in the food hall. Beers are buy one get one free all day, and you can get sizes from 10z to 20z. You can add a bump for $3. The cinnamon-infused whiskey tasted like the better version of fireball. In the evening, the restaurant is dimly lit and moody. -- The pork and pineapple fried rice from The Wanderer was delicious and the portion was huge! Easily shareable. The smoked pork shoulder was juicy and there was a generous amount of meat. The pineapple adds a hint of sweetness, and the creaminess of the egg ties the whole dish together. There's a little mayo drizzle that tastes like kewpie mayo on top. -- I really enjoyed the Quesa Birria Tacos from The Wanderer. The tacos were stuffed with meat, but I wish there were more onions. The consomme is actually insane and I debated drinking the rest of it from the bowl. -- The Oklahoma Onion Burger from Minnesota Burger Company was juicy and flavorful. The meat patties are huge and definitely will fill you up. The fries were standard. -- The Mangiofuoco Detroit Style Pizza from Square Cut Pizza had great thick crust with the right amount of crispiness. It's pretty heavy on the cheese and the portion is generous and easily shareable. I didn't taste much of the hot honey. It's not as good as Wrecktangle but it's on par with Bricksworth. -- The Dirt & Worms ice cream taco from Ice Cold Tacos came with a generous amount of chocolate ice cream, but not many oreo crumbles. The taco shell is made out of a waffle cone that was flavorful and aromatic. -- I've been to Curiouser Coffee during the day and they have super cute Alice in Wonderland themed drinks. The Absolutely Alice is full of butterscotch flavor and is very sweet. There's a bunch of greenery around and the vibes in the garden room are super cute.

I can't tell you how many times I've tried disappointing Phillys across MN - we really need to get our act together. This sandwich broke the chain of disappointment. The sandwich itself was loaded with meat and peppers. They weren't stringy with their cheese either. I did get the cheese wiz on the side because I don't like that. The bun itself was toasted but still chewy. As I wrote this I'm salivating. That good! My bestie and I also tried the buffalo chicken sandwich - it was good, but honestly I don't remember tasting any buffalo sauce - it looked like a standard grilled chicken patty. Compared to the Philly - not an option for me, but I understand not everyone enjoys Philly sandwiches. The seasoned fries were alright, but I'll be back in the future for the Philly specifically. It goes to show you how good they are. I blinked and there was a long line behind me.
