Ordered 3 pizzas several hours ahead of a Monday evening with guests coming over from TIN SHED PIZZA in Savage, MN. 33 minutes before they were scheduled to be delivered, a text arrives that "the store is unable to fulfill the order," apologies for the inconvenience, a refund will be credited in a few days, and...absolutely nothing about "how can we make this up to you." So that's one star for you, TIN SHED PIZZA. Their mess-up sent us scrambling for a last-minute back-up plan. Enter PIZZA SUPREME, which I've never heard of but they popped up on my phone for good pizza with solid variety and in my area. One person was running the store (yike!) but they walked me through the extensive menu, made the pies themselves immediately, and got me out the door in 20 minutes with four different, awesome, delicious pizzas (apparently NOT yike!). You're awesome, PIZZA SUPREME! Happy to have found you in our first-world-problem pizza dilemma this evening. read more

First time customer at Pizza Supreme. I "really" wanted to like this place, due to proximity to my home, and the fact they offer "take-and-bake" pizzas. Love picking up pizza this way and simply cooking it on my schedule hours later. Ordered hand tossed 14 inch with traditional pizza sauce. Toppings were cheese and Italian sausage. Presentation was excellent. Couldn't wait to enjoy it later. First criticism would be the sausage, however. What cold be better than fresh Italian sausage on a pizza? This sausage (on the other hand) was pre-cooked, obviously provided by a food service company... very similar to what any consumer can purchase from grocery stores. Disappointing. Now the crust. I opted for "hand tossed" style crust. The crust "looked" freshly made, but after cooking it, suspect it too was not homemade dough at the restaurant, but rather, received, likely frozen from a vendor. Baked at 425ºF (per instructions) for around 15 mins. Crust edges were lightly browned, as was bottom crust. Top cheese had acquired some color as well, so it was done. The crust lofted when baked like "hand-tossed" crusts are supposed to, however, I did not smell the characteristic scent of "yeast" when baking. When sampling the pizza, could not detect any flavors of yeast in the crust, even when it had cooled a bit, further increasing suspicions this is not homemade dough on site. Crust tasted quite like some of the frozen varieties of "rising crust" pizzas do that you can find in your grocery freezer section. If it is homemade dough on site... I must apologize for being incorrect, but it certainly did not taste as such to this reviewer. Now the sauce. The traditional red sauce provided was only "okay" as well. Would describe it as very thick. Like it's 80% tomato paste, 20% sauce with very little spice. "Lacking" in flavor is what I would say. So: a crust not unlike frozen rising-crust, lackluster manufactured Italian sausage, and lackluster sauce. Nothing tasted "bad" but nothing stood-out as exceptional either. Goal here is not to upset the apple cart of this restaurant. There are plenty of 5 star reviews so they seem to have a solid fan base. Coming from a pizza lover who makes their own often from scratch, however... Pizza Supreme did not inspire. UPDATE: June 2, 2026. Just noticed the last two review after mine that glorify the place are interesting as they are the only review either reviewer has done on Yelp. Makes one wonder if they are even real. Great place with a HUGE menu including pizzas, sandwiches, smoked beef and pork and rib. Have been there couple times; I love their hand tossed crust margherita pizza. Amazing pizza! Amazing owner. The owner came out and talked to me while my pizza was being made. We talked about how the place used to be a Quiznos. And he promised to give me the chicken carbonara recipe from a person you know that used to run a franchise ha ha. I highly recommend the pizza. The taco pizza is truly supreme compared to any other pizza place I've had it. It's so full of toppings that you need a fork! The owner is really nice and talked with us while the pizza was cooking. Wow Outstanding pizza. They do NOT skimp on the toppings. We just tried as friends were going to pick up their gluten free pizza. My husband and I split an order (he likes red). Both were outstanding. So used to everyone cutting back on toppings until we were picking up crust and loading up at home. We will definitely be back. So many options too. read more

Decent pizza place. Not many places to sit inside. The pizza was good but a bit expensive ($20 for a medium). I really liked the gyro pizza, even though I asked for no olives they put olives on the pizza (I picked them off). The margarita was not very good, not much cheese. Our go to pizza place! If you're gluten free, this is the best. They use rice flour on all their pizzas (no wheatflour particles in the air) & are extremely conscious of other allergies. There are SO many options for pizzas & this is the only place I've seen with the option for small, medium, and large GF pizzas. The crust is fantastic & doesn't fall apart either. Every time I either sit down or take my pizza to go, I am happy with the customer service. The owner has one heck of a sense of humor and the memory of an elephant. I have a food allergy and he remembers when I frequent the establishment. We pickup our CSA veggies nearby and thought we would try their take and bake pizza. IT IS GREAT! They have a lot of pizza combinations (30+) or you can make your own from an extensive topping list. The only topping they are missing seems to be shrimp. They even offer breakfast pizzas. They have a gluten free crust, regular hand tossed or a crispy flat bread crust. We tried the hand tossed and it is a yeasty crust that was excellent and even reheated great in the oven. It was hard to choose but we tried the Grizzly Bear (5 meats) pizza and the Acropolis with artichokes instead of chicken. Both were amazing. The cheese on the Acropolis was the best Feta cheese blend I have ever tasted. It melted together like a dream and reheated just as nice. Way better than Papa Murphy's. They even have sandwiches. You can eat in or order your pizza for curbside (baked or take and bake). Service was great and friendly. read more

We like the pizza we had and made sure to get a Take and Bake breakfast pizza for tomorrow's breakfast. I took several pictures of the menu for your viewing pleasure. I have been a fan of this establishment since it started as Woodland Pizza next to Quiznos back in the mid-late 2000s. Seems to have changed hands due to the original owners health from local scuttlebutt, either way, the quality is the same, and the reason it gets 5 stars instead of 4 is it's a local place who does take and bake pizza 100% better than papa murpheys. We ordered the thin crust, half Sunset and half Jackpine Savage. The thin crust was perfect, thin and crispy but sturdy enough to hold all the abundant toppings. The toppings were fresh, plentiful and delicious. The bacon is delicious and gives the pizza a smoky flavor that is very distinct. The pizza has a unique flavor and the take and bake experience is a lot of fun. After exploring further you realize that in addition to the ingredients, the uniqueness is a ton of alfredo sauce, which adds a lot of fat to the food. Probably twice as much fat than a Papa Johns pizza. Prices were very attractive with previous ownership. However, last time we got Woodland, my bill was almost $50 for two large pizzas. WHAT?! That's after a promotion and they no longer have coupons. A pizza that used to cost $20 is now $34. We have much better taste and experience with Papa Johns or even Domino's. It is very sad, but I pay for what I value and I will not pay more for a more fatty pizza. read more
