Came here on a weekday during lunch hour. The place was self seating, so I had taken a place at the bar. The server was very nice and attentive even though I was dining by myself. I ordered the Cheesesteak Lucy. The burger was structural and didn't break down in my hands after taking the first bite, which there was hot cheese (the server did warn me ahead of time!) oozing out of the middle. The meat was seasoned well, and the cheese was cheesy. The add ons were present but I don't feel like they added much since they all got overpowered out by the cheese and meat. I ordered the Cluckin' Good Platter for takeout online and included a note asking for two BBQ sauces and two ranches. To be fair, I did overlook that a special sauce already came with the order. At pickup, the hostess told me, "My manager said not to forget to charge you for the extra sauces." After clarifying what sauce was already included, I asked what the cost would be for the four extra 2 oz sauces. She said $3, and I paid it. Still, after already leaving a 15% tip on a takeout order, it felt a little cheap for management to make a point of charging for a few small sauces. The hostess herself was very nice and even said that if it were up to her, she would have just given them to me. The bigger problem, though, was the food. The chicken was bone dry, even if it was still hot and crispy. The fries and toast were both cold and soggy, and the toast was so salty it was hard to enjoy. Sometimes simple is better. Just butter the toast and leave it at that. I usually do not leave negative reviews, but between the awkward sauce situation and the poor quality of a $16 platter, I felt this was worth mentioning. This also was not an isolated issue. The only other time I ordered fries from here, they were cold and soggy then too. Since both visits were during busy hours, I expected better consistency, not the same problem twice. To be fair, not everything I've had here has been bad. The salmon bowl I ordered previously was cooked well and tasted good, and the service has also been good overall. The staff I've interacted with have been very nice. It was a busy night, but we got seated right away. Our beverages and meals came out in a timely manner. We had the steak and lobster tacos and both were very good. (I have also had the Apple Pecan Chicken Salad). The servings were the perfect size, leaving room for dessert. The Service was very good. read more

We've gone here a couple times now. I really like it for what it is - a bit more elevated bar and grill fare. There aren't too many options in the area that operate at this level either. The bar is really nice, the staff is too. There are a lot of TVs, great local beer on tap, the apps and Juicy Lucy's are pretty dang good, and there's free popcorn and a decent kid's menu. read more

Went in around 2 and it was not busy but waitress really took her time, place was dark on the inside and but had some nice decor and food was also not great, I do not recommend the pulled pork Mac and cheese it was really not good walleye bites were alright but not the greatest, will not be back, maybe in a few years to try again! read more

We went here on a Friday night, and we didn't have a super long wait which was awesome. It was our first time dining here for a little date night out. I enjoyed my pineapple raspberry refresher and my hubs had a couple of beers. They had a great list of taps and many mixed drinks to pick from. The complimentary popcorn was a hit too and our waitress was friendly. We both ordered a juicy lucy and they were pretty good. The fries were a little greasy, and I thought the burger itself shrank up a bit. I didn't taste much of the oozey cheese for being a juicy lucy. So I'm changing to a three star review because of service being poor. It's really hit or miss. We went one time had a great time, great experience, no rush attitude. All this in one week of eating here. We went again a few days later. It was pretty empty and the wait person couldn't get us our check quick enough. The staff was complaining within our ear shot that it was empty and slow. Then our wait person came over after we ordered appetizers and drinks grabbed, the menus (so no more ordering for us) he brought drinks over someone brought out flatbread and he dropped our check on table. No more service and he just went to hang out with other staff and we could get him over. Guess he wasn't really caring about it being slow. We left and went somewhere else to have dinner. I will say we're going to be more careful about where we sit, as the staff makes a huge difference in our experience. We eat out quite a bit and crooked pint was becoming a regular dinner spot however not anymore but we will go again but not once or twice week. read more

This is a burger place... but I actually prefer their tacos! So delicious. Good selection of beer on tap as well.

We stopped in while in the south metro for an appointment. Not a bad choice in the least. The staff was super friendly, and service was quick. Especially our server Laura(?) noon on Friday May 27. My husband and I both got burgers. Best burgers we have had in a long time! Unbelievable toppings and the most perfectly made juicy patty. Decor is standard sports bar and that is okay with me! If you run a little cold make sure you don't sit under the rotating ceiling fans. It was a bit cool in our booth. Overall, a great experience. We will be sure to stop by if ever in the area again. Our server took a while to attend to us but would go to other tables around. Once we got our food the wings were over cooked my husband couldn't finish his. We knew from looking online the Jucy Lucy's and fries were on special so we had to ask for that special ourselves. Unfortunately the original and the pepper Jack Lucy's were not good, so I would not order them again. The chicken wings and fries (ordered crispy) were good and I would go back for those. I didn't hate it but I didn't love it either. Started by us getting sat in a both, under a TV, that was very dark. Maybe a way to reduce glare but not a way to enjoy a meal - but then maybe that was the plan. My first two drink orders were a no-go. Neither bourbon was available (after our waitress went and came back twice with the bad news). I just opted to go without. I'd suggest that if COVID is your reason for not ever having either selection (on the HH menu) then you take them off. Our waitress said neither bottle has ever been in stock since they opened. Anyway, two semi-soft pretzels for an app (suggest adding a side of mustard w/ the cheese), two burgers and a salad were our meals. Salad was not impressive (for the 16 bucks) and the burgers were okay - didn't hate them but didn't love them either. Being this was our first time and it's proximity to our home, we were really wanting to love this place (as we did Bonfire). It's okay. Good news was that by 5pm the people were coming in and it got busy. Glad to see people out and spending some $ locally. Oh and our waitress was very nice - no issues there. IDK, just don't know if this visit (for us) will make us come back anytime soon. Let me start this review by saying we came here as a second resort due to a bad experience and having to leave a restaurant before coming here. Our waitress, I desperately wish I could remember her name because she was GREAT! (I do remember she was Canadian and doesnt eat red meat... Lol), was attentive and helpful! The food was AMAZING!!! Was our 1st time trying, we came in for dinner and Tried the Classis Lucy. Was very disapointed there was no cheese in the middle. My guess it leaked out while cooking and the cook did not care to make a new one. Both bartenders actively refused to acknowledge us at the bar and it was not busy at all. 10 minutes until she said a word. You have to be on fire to get an order in. I ordered the Nashville hot chicken sandwich. The waiter asked who had it, I said I did, and he handed me a chicken sandwich that ended up being a beer cheese chicken sandwich. After a few bites we realized it was the wrong sandwich. Not a big deal, I decided it was fine and I would just keep eating it. One side note the waitress kept making it seem like it was my fault that the person who brought the food and asked who had the Nashville hot chicken had given it to me. When I got to the middle of the chicken sandwich something started tasting off and super chewy. It turned out the entire center of the chicken sandwich, the incorrect sandwich in the first place, was uncooked. I felt nauseous because I realized I just ate a few bites of completely raw chicken. When I told the waitress she was completely unresponsive, seemingly dodging me. The only thing she said which was to the table and not directed to me specifically was "how is everything, except for one of you almost dying" joking about the raw chicken. The whole table was understandably shocked. She didn't speak to me, or refill my water, or check in with me till the bills at least 15 minutes later. Other people at the table received service still, however nor her or other staff/management came by. I can't explain how unbelievably strange this whole interaction was. I understand the mistake with the food both wrong order and undercooked but the response after she found out was crazy. When she finally interacted with me once more she handed me my bill and continued walking. Didn't say a word. I had to wait until she returned twice for the other party members bills. At that point I told her there was no way I could possibly pay for the food portion of the meal. The bill that she gave me at this point also included the full price of the beer cheese burger and Parmesan fries which were not what I ordered and were more expensive than what I had ordered. When I told her I wouldn't pay for the food portion I was billed for she responded saying I totally understand, don't worry about it then took the bill away and came back with just the price of the drink. These were the first words I heard her say since her last comment 15 minutes prior with the joke about the raw chicken. I paid my bill, there was nothing else mentioned and I left. Make your own choices for dining I just wanted to share my experience with this particular restaurant. If you do go I would recommend cutting your food in half prior to taking any bite. read more

Usually go to the Apple Valley location but this is closer so decided to try new location. Juicy Lucy had blood coming out of burger when I took a bite. Beer cheese soup was gritty. The $2 burger did not come off check even though waitress said she pushed the button. This added up substantially since 6 people ordered burgers. They had to void transaction after card was ran because I didn't look at it immediately. So 3 days later the original transaction still pending on my card. Funny thing is I have a fraud transaction on my card next day. I love the Apple Valley location but would never go back to Savage location. Beware. Odd about fraud transaction next day after voided transaction. read more
