The chicken had the perfect kick and the Parmesan sauce balanced it so well. The tortilla was seasoned and kept it all together without falling apart. I also ordered a side of lobster bisque and had great texture with a clear lobster taste. This is easily the best food court food I've ever had and it's not even close. Both were excellent. The spider roll was fresh and flavorful, and the bao buns were another standout that I would gladly order again. One small detail really impressed me. I had been walking around and staying busy throughout the day, so I went to the restroom to wash my hands and freshen up. When I returned to my table, the bartender had a hot towel waiting for me. I was not expecting that level of hospitality from a restaurant inside a shopping mall, and it made the experience feel much more polished.
