We ordered pizza from here last night while we were staying at Great Wolf Lodge, and it was delivered in half the time that it said it would be delivered in--it was hot and fresh and delicious. The delivery driver was so friendly also! We got a large Triple Pepp, and this was hands-down the winner! So much pepperoni and so much mozzarella-- ooey and gooey! The red sauce was really good, too. We also got a large Bianco, and that one was also good, but it left a little to be desired. Decent for what it is! Not the best pizza in the world but it is very decent pizza, the ingredients are fresh and the dough is always good and fresh and crispy. It's right down the street from where I live so I can't complain. The sandwiches are not good. I feel as if they use low quality ingredients for them and they just aren't as good as they could be. I also enjoy the wings a lot. A good spot to either visit for a quick snack or to get delivery from out of convenience. Staff is always nice and easy to work with. It's hard to resist its next-door sibling Hazelwood when you're in this little spot across from the Megamall, but this is a more casual environment than Hazelwood and the pizza isn't even the same as theirs. You order from the counter and they bring it to you at your table when it's ready. Each pizza I've had has been really good; it looks like they have a daily by-the-slice special but I've just been getting full 12" pies. Really nicely put together pizzas. I've also had the East Coast Sub, which is a twist on an Italian, and chicken wings, which were perfectly cooked but the flavor was nothing special. I was happy to have had a chance to dine here and didn't realize it was A) so close to the mall and B) owned by Hazelwoods. I had initially wanted to eat here the night I got in but I was so exhausted I didn't have the strength. Walking in the place is cute, and they have a decent menu of items to choose from. I wanted pizza but not a whole pizza since I was leaving the next day. They have a fabulous (but limited) selection on a slice of pizza, salad and drink combo for dine in customers only. I went with that and it was only $12?!? amazing. It's fast casual so after I ordered and paid, I sat down at a table nearby. They also have a private brand of pop called Minnie-soda. I love it! I had the lemon lime which is their version of sprite/starry. Very good I must say. The salad was good and I couldn't finish all of it. I did manage to finish the huge slice of pizza I got which was greasy but fairly good. They seem to have good service here, so that was a bonus. Simply fresh and the house croutons are so light and garlicky. The 20-piece wings are seriously meaty and seasoned well. The Asian plum sauce complements everything nicely--essily my favorite of the sauces. The Mr. Gambini pizza is for meat lover's, and you better truly love meat, because this thing is packed with nothing but. A small pizza can feed two hungry people or three regular appetites. And finally, the meatball penne can look tiny, but it's quite generous of a serving. The garlic bread is delicious, and the Parmesan cap over the meatballs is nicely soft and salty. The restaurant is clean with a lot of outdoor seating and the staff give wonderful service. Asked the gentleman at the front if he could save us a table and I would be right back w my kids. He obliged. We ordered a Thai Chicken pizza. It was awesome. I got the Buffalo wings, meatballs and cheesy bread. The food: the Buffalo wings were tender and juicy. The Buffalo sauce was a bit sweet and not my favorite. The ranch on the other hand was creamy and had the perfect amount of garlic flavor! Very tasty! The cheesy "bread" tasted more like a flat bread. I typically like a fluffier cheesy bread. In Minneapolis on business and tight on time, so we decided to stop inside Pizza Novara for lunch. Glad we did and here's why: The employees were super friendly and even offered suggestions on the menu which was appreciated. I opted to go with pasta instead of pizza, although the pizza looked and smelled fantastic. My pasta was great and so were the meatballs that came with it. The garlic bread on the side was also very good. Along with fountain drinks, they also offer a variety of beers and alcohol (bourbon, vodka etc).
