We came here around 2 on a Saturday and had about a 20 min wait which wasn't too bad, they took your number and texted you when the table would be ready so you could walk the mall while you wait. Once we were seated our orders were taken and food came out quickly! Everything was as ordered and tasted great! It does get a little loud due to being in an open air restaurant in the mall but it's not horrible. It is a little pricey but overall pretty good!

This weekend, we had to stop at the Apple Store at MOA. The wait was two hours, so we headed up to Crave at the mall's South End. It's a Beautiful restaurant with Wonderful Servers! It has a bit of an Echo as far as noise--it's the Mall--but, the ambiance does make up for it. We started with Apps. The firecracker shrimp hors d'oeuvres were AMAZING! It's enough for two, and the cabbage it's topped with is a nice, crunchy, cold combo of yumminess! You get a cute little syringe of hot sauce to swirl on your plate to add more heat. Now you're just having too much fun! The BLT Ceaser salad is so delicious you don't need to order a protein. We did get the chicken) It was cooked nicely! The roasted tomatoes are sweet & savory, with a velvety, meaty texture that I can't stop thinking about. I'm obsessed with those red devils! The Ceaser dressing is so good you may want to get it on the side so you can really dip into it, Best I've ever tasted! It made delicious Chicken dip! I topped my night off with a delicious CUPPA made by my new favorite server, Alex! He was perfect. I mean like an Angel server, sent for me? On a bad day. I can't explain it. I'm not sure he was real, GIGGLE. We were there on Saturday from 4pm-7pm. It wasn't too busy. Perfect timing at the Mall of America.

We went at noon on a Thursday and were able to get right in. Food: 3/5. We got the "harissa dry rub wings" as you can see from the picture they were not dry. They were more of a salty lime flavor than a flavorful harissa in my opinion. The mac and cheese lacked cheese and has no seasoning, and the sushi was overall okay. The peanut sauce on the veggie roll wasn't my favorite, and the avocado on the crunch roll was oddly mushy and not what you'd expect from a hunk of avocado. Service: 4/5. We were sat right away and given water. Our waiter made sure we had what we needed but wasn't overall personable. Ambiance: 4/5. We sat at one of the windows that looked out on the mall. It was a nice wear for people watching. Overall a more pricey option for MOA. It is a nice place for families that like different things and want something a little higher scale. Overall food lacked seasoning.

Last week I visited crave at the galleria and the service was excellent! We were seating quickly and the staff were very friendly and attentive. Our group was quickly waited on and drinks were amazing! We ordered the fries to share with the table and they were perfectly cooked and great flavor. I ordered the King Kong roll and it was definitely one of my favorite rolls I have had at crave! I highly recommend it! I will definitely be back because it was the perfect vibe and the decor was very welcoming and warm! The manager even came to check on us to make sure everything was great which I appreciated! Can't wait to come back!

Great food and drinks. I had the King Kong Sushi Roll and an Old Fashioned. I don't come here often because it is pricey, but I've never left disappointed.

Food: 4 Service: 4 Cleanliness: 4 Ambiance: 4 We had dinner at CRAVE tonight after a long day at the Mall of America. Even without a reservation, the wait was only about 15 minutes -- not bad during dinner rush. Here's what we ordered: Crunchy Roll - The shrimp tempura was perfectly crispy and fresh. A solid choice if you like texture in your sushi. Volcano Roll - A tasty roll with bits of scallops sprinkled on top of a snow crab base. Flavor-packed and satisfying. Artichoke Dip - Really enjoyed this! Creamy with generous chunks of artichoke hearts throughout. Rigatoni Vodka - This one was just okay. The flavor was there, but it felt a bit dry and could have used more sauce. Mediterranean Chicken - Two large, well-seasoned chicken breasts over rice with a creamy sauce. Very flavorful and filling. Traditional Poke - A nice, fresh scoop of tuna on top of greens, rice, and the usual poke toppings. Light and refreshing. Mexican Poke - Loved the slight kick from the jalapeño. The diced avocado mixed with the tuna gave it a smooth, creamy texture. Overall, a great meal with a wide variety of options to please everyone in our group. We'd definitely go back!

We went to crave on a Saturday at lunch time. The service was great. Everyone was very friendly. Our server was great! She checked on us and was soo nice. The bathrooms were really nice. The restaurant is very large and depending where you're sitting you'll forget you're at the MOA. We got truffle fries as an appetizer and they were very good. I got the pink panther roll and it was very big. It was light and flavorful. My husband got the crave burger. He said it was very juicy however he did not like it. Prices aren't too bad. If you sign up for their rewards program you get $10 off right away. Good deal. We will be back and try other food next time.

Don't waste your hard earned dollars. Warmed up food, improper descriptions on menu and a waiter who wasn't interested in customer service. Ordered shrimp tempura roll that had two tails of tempura that's it, fries came out warm and crispy chicken avocado egg rolls were gross. They were not crispy , avocado brown and you can tell they were previously fried and warmed up in microwave. The drinks from the bar were good. Oh and they charge a surcharge that they don't tell you about until you question it. According to the waiter it's for the kitchen staff. We were charged regular tax as well.

Food was great, good service, blueberry lemonade cocktail was great. The Brussel sprouts and chicken egg rolls as apps were great too.

Crave is a winner at dish presentation. I prefer the bar at the Mall of America location. Evan the bartender even took my quirky request to order chocolate milk to pair with my cocktail. Super friendly staff. The food is yum yum mm mm MMMM! My dinner staple here is the lobster mac, but if that is to heavy a Sharable trio is the way to go to split. Favorite trio combo is the firecracker shrimp, lettuce wraps, and poke tuna. Best lettuce wrap presentation I've seen, but the firecracker shrimp is still my top. Not spicy or hot if you are sensitive.

Had a date night at the Mall of America and chose Crave for our dinner spot. It was busy on a Friday night and we ended up sitting at the bar which worked out great. Service was excellent. I got my usual California roll which was perfect. A nice light dinner. Husband had a bowl of wild rice soup and a BLT Caesar salad. I took a bit of the salad and loved it. Nice crispy lettuce and bacon. Fresh veggies. Nice atmosphere. Great food. Perfect date night dinner stop.

The food is decent, I'm always happy for any gf options at the mall. Where we were sat was right under a super strong fan blowing air right on us so I was freezing and when I sprinkled ghost pepper powder it was blown into my eyes which sucked, but they were super nice and checked in on me and offered to get me a wet towel or something to try and help. Not really their fault I love spice- but that air flow is a little intense! Service was great though, husband liked his sushi, the pasta I got was pretty tasty just feels like a pretty small portion for over $20. I didn't react from cross contamination which is always a win eating out.

It started getting busy around 10:30-11:00 on a Saturday. Prices are average, service is great. My friends loved their meal, I liked mine. I ordered the prime rib hash and it had great chunks of beef and two perfectly poached eggs. However I felt that it was a little too greasy for me. Thank goodness that I asked for the hollandaise sauce on the side, otherwise with the grease, it would have been way too rich. Some parts of the beef were chewy and some gristle. One friend ordered the strawberry French toast and it was HUGE! They were generous with the whipped cream too. Another friend ordered the roasted vegetable omelette that came with a side of hash browns and toast. They enjoyed it but it was on the smaller size. It's a large restaurant with plenty bar seating and clean restrooms. There's a shared small parking lot with the hotel but there's also a parking ramp too. It's right across the street from the MOA.
