Went to the Mall of America location due to advertising- kids eat free! Salad was fresh and poke tuna was good. Service was a bit slow for a Wed night- place was packed. Ambiance is family friendly. We had a booth to ourselves and felt private even though there were many guests. Waitress was very friendly and even gave the kids a fruit cup since the wait was so long for just getting the order. Once order was made- food came out fairly quickly. Overall great value compared to other places in the mall thanks to the kids special.

My mom and I went to lunch today while shopping at the Mall of America! We ordered our Staple Faves from Crave Restaurant . We got Firecracker Shrimp and The Bison Burger with Caesar salad as the side. You have a choice of fries or truffle fries as options as well. This burger comes with a fried egg on top, fried onions, mushrooms, and Cheddar cheese. I order it without egg so it is not in the photo. The sauce shown is blue cheese dressing. I ask for that special. We always splitzy. Its Plenty for two and we left some behind..... Ambiance is great! Beautiful place! Service is good.

Upscale dining experience with an eclectic, diverse menu featuring everything from seabass to Thai steak and more. The lemon garlic chicken was excellent, and you can add a protein like steak, lobster, or chicken. I added the lobster and definitely didn't regret it!

This is our favorite Crave location! The staff is always friendly and helpful. We always sit at the bar and enjoy the interaction with the bartenders. The restaurant has a cozy warm feel. The lights are low, but not so much you can't see to read the menu. The food is always consistently good and comes our in a timely fashion. Nothing to complain about!

We came here around 2 on a Saturday and had about a 20 min wait which wasn't too bad, they took your number and texted you when the table would be ready so you could walk the mall while you wait. Once we were seated our orders were taken and food came out quickly! Everything was as ordered and tasted great! It does get a little loud due to being in an open air restaurant in the mall but it's not horrible. It is a little pricey but overall pretty good!

We went at noon on a Thursday and were able to get right in. Food: 3/5. We got the "harissa dry rub wings" as you can see from the picture they were not dry. They were more of a salty lime flavor than a flavorful harissa in my opinion. The mac and cheese lacked cheese and has no seasoning, and the sushi was overall okay. The peanut sauce on the veggie roll wasn't my favorite, and the avocado on the crunch roll was oddly mushy and not what you'd expect from a hunk of avocado. Service: 4/5. We were sat right away and given water. Our waiter made sure we had what we needed but wasn't overall personable. Ambiance: 4/5. We sat at one of the windows that looked out on the mall. It was a nice wear for people watching. Overall a more pricey option for MOA. It is a nice place for families that like different things and want something a little higher scale. Overall food lacked seasoning.

    Best desert and great food!!!

The food, staff, ambiance, and over all service is superior, extremely family friendly, and very inclusive for all sort of taste buds.

Last week I visited crave at the galleria and the service was excellent! We were seating quickly and the staff were very friendly and attentive. Our group was quickly waited on and drinks were amazing! We ordered the fries to share with the table and they were perfectly cooked and great flavor. I ordered the King Kong roll and it was definitely one of my favorite rolls I have had at crave! I highly recommend it! I will definitely be back because it was the perfect vibe and the decor was very welcoming and warm! The manager even came to check on us to make sure everything was great which I appreciated! Can't wait to come back!

Great food and drinks. I had the King Kong Sushi Roll and an Old Fashioned. I don't come here often because it is pricey, but I've never left disappointed.

Food: 4 Service: 4 Cleanliness: 4 Ambiance: 4 We had dinner at CRAVE tonight after a long day at the Mall of America. Even without a reservation, the wait was only about 15 minutes -- not bad during dinner rush. Here's what we ordered: Crunchy Roll - The shrimp tempura was perfectly crispy and fresh. A solid choice if you like texture in your sushi. Volcano Roll - A tasty roll with bits of scallops sprinkled on top of a snow crab base. Flavor-packed and satisfying. Artichoke Dip - Really enjoyed this! Creamy with generous chunks of artichoke hearts throughout. Rigatoni Vodka - This one was just okay. The flavor was there, but it felt a bit dry and could have used more sauce. Mediterranean Chicken - Two large, well-seasoned chicken breasts over rice with a creamy sauce. Very flavorful and filling. Traditional Poke - A nice, fresh scoop of tuna on top of greens, rice, and the usual poke toppings. Light and refreshing. Mexican Poke - Loved the slight kick from the jalapeño. The diced avocado mixed with the tuna gave it a smooth, creamy texture. Overall, a great meal with a wide variety of options to please everyone in our group. We'd definitely go back!

We went to crave on a Saturday at lunch time. The service was great. Everyone was very friendly. Our server was great! She checked on us and was soo nice. The bathrooms were really nice. The restaurant is very large and depending where you're sitting you'll forget you're at the MOA. We got truffle fries as an appetizer and they were very good. I got the pink panther roll and it was very big. It was light and flavorful. My husband got the crave burger. He said it was very juicy however he did not like it. Prices aren't too bad. If you sign up for their rewards program you get $10 off right away. Good deal. We will be back and try other food next time.

Don't waste your hard earned dollars. Warmed up food, improper descriptions on menu and a waiter who wasn't interested in customer service. Ordered shrimp tempura roll that had two tails of tempura that's it, fries came out warm and crispy chicken avocado egg rolls were gross. They were not crispy , avocado brown and you can tell they were previously fried and warmed up in microwave. The drinks from the bar were good. Oh and they charge a surcharge that they don't tell you about until you question it. According to the waiter it's for the kitchen staff. We were charged regular tax as well.

Food was great, good service, blueberry lemonade cocktail was great. The Brussel sprouts and chicken egg rolls as apps were great too.

Whether you're spending the day at the Mall of America or just looking for a great family-friendly restaurant, this is definitely a place I'd recommend if you want to try some Minnesota dishes.

Our server, Hope, was beyond amazing. She put on a masterclass of hospitality and genuine friendliness. She's also an admirer of nice watches, (wink). The prime rib was equally impressive with an insanely flavorful outer crust and tender, buttery meat with each bite. The interior was like going through Narnia's closet. The inside is beautiful and made for a really nice dining experience. We started with the Eichten's cheese curds, and they were excellent. They were soft on the inside, some had a great cheese pull, and the spicy dipping sauce paired really well with them. I ordered the Flat Iron Frites. The steak was seasoned well, cooked nicely, and didn't have much fat, which I appreciated. The fries were crispy and came with house-made ketchup. I usually don't even like ketchup, but this one was actually really good. My partner ordered the deviled eggs as his appetizer, and he enjoyed them so much he finished them in no time. For dessert, we had the Strawberry Shortcake Crème Brûlée, and it was fantastic. I've never had crème brûlée like that before. It was a unique twist on a classic dessert and ended the meal perfectly. The only small downside was that the complimentary water tasted clean and fresh. But it was warm instead of cold. Overall, the food, atmosphere, and service made for a great experience, and I'd happily return. Glad i was able to cross this one off of my list.

First, the prices were at least a little insane. We'd seen some menus online, but the menu we had was much more expensive. $46 for Steak Frites, over $20 for sandwiches. But we were hungry from traveling and decided to roll the dice. It should have been a sign that the only people eating were at the bar. The bartender was the only server so we waited a long while. He was super nice, but had his hands full at the bar. I know it's a convention center kitchen behind everything, but should you even be able to charge $46 for a steak if you don't have dedicated table service? We ordered the Steak Frites and a chicken sandwich to save our budget. And the food, frankly, was pretty terrible. We ordered the steak medium, but it came out extra rare. The truffle fries (just regular fries with some seasoning on them) and the sweet potato fries were really undercooked and while someone had nicely charred the green beans, they had not bothered to cook them past being raw on the inside. Undercooked seems to have been the theme. I was very grateful that the bartender realized our disappointment and gave us a discount on the bill, but I could never recommend this place to anyone.
