This place is phenomenal. The food and service was excellent. It's a cafe inside a store and it's excellent. We ordered Brussel sprouts with cashews honey and lemon. OMG. Also we ordered a half size Asian chicken salad with wontons red peppers mandarin oranges almonds and spring mix. The dressing was spot on. This is one of the best lunches I have had. Also the bartender made the best drink with vodka cucumber and basil. We were happy all day

Overall I'd give this place a 4. The restaurant was clean easily accessible and had a very open atmosphere. The service was a solid 4 and the food was actually really good. The server brought me a bowl of soup on the house because my food was taking quite a while so bonus points for that. My shrimp was good but I wish they hadn't run out of linguine pasta it would have probably put them at a 5.

The Nordstrom Grill is a great place out of the way in the mall to come eat. Only place to eat with windows other than the North Food Court.

First off, going through the hidden Coke machine entrance is actually really fun and makes the whole place feel like a little adventure. The decor and speakeasy atmosphere are definitely the standout. Very cool space. VERY loud though. Like "lean across the table and say WHAT?" loud at times. The waitress was super nice and recommended a mocktail for me that called Ass in the Sand. It ended up being really good. It tasted like an elevated lemonade and was probably one of my favorite parts of the meal. Started with the rolls and whipped honey butter which were delicious. Very soft, warm, and honestly dangerous because I could've just kept eating bread all night. For the main meal, I did the Wagyu Burger with Parmesan fries. The burger itself was okay but surprisingly didn't have a ton of flavor outside of the grilled/charred taste. The Parmesan fries were actually the standout for me -- hand cut fries and parmesan fries are just hard to mess up. My partner tried the Mushroom Soup en Croute and wasn't a fan because the mushrooms were blended and he said it lacked flavor. He also had a Steak Taco special using their medallion steak and said even with lime it still needed more flavor. Finished with Crème Brûlée which is always a classic favorite for me and this one was good. Overall: fun experience, cool hidden entrance, great decor, good mocktail and bread, but the actual food menu is pretty limited and the flavors didn't totally wow me for the price. Glad I went and finally crossed it off my list, but probably a one-and-done visit for me.

My first thought was holy bottles! There's tons and tons of bottles up and down the walls. The space is also smaller than expected, but we went in at 3PM as a party of 4 on a Sunday and had no problem getting seated. I ordered the Lost Footage and it was delicious (and strong!!). It came in a flask inside of a VHS case which was fun. I then got to pour it into my glass. Other members of my group got The Red Wedding, Pity Party, and To Your Health. My spouse and I shared the strip steak and the wedge salad, which we enjoyed. I would like to see some more food options in the future, especially since I'm already pretty limited due to a gluten allergy. However, I am excited to come back.

Fear not; you can park on the west side of the building, also an overflow lot right there as well, a few spaces on the street in the front or across the street from there is designated parking. I entered through the west side of the building that noted Lucky's, fear not, when I entered and told the host I was looking for the Mudd Room she gave me precise directions to get downstairs! Once downstairs I came upon the nice single toilet ladies room. I proceeded in to the bar, asked the blonde bartender where the music would be? She pointed to the stage @ the end of the bar and said it could be loud right by the speaker so she'd recommend sitting a few tables away. She said the parties near the stage were tabbing out if I wanted to sit there? I said I would take a seat @ the end until they were through. Shortly after I sat down the very friendly brunette server brought me a glass of ice water... thanks! She remained attentive all night, filling my water three times. Despite not looking over the menu she was very thoughtful when she popped by just to say it was last call for the kitchen, did I want anything? I meant to get the gals names, I did not, sorry. Music wasn't too loud; the acoustics and lighting were great since the speakeasy is already dimly lit. I don't anticipate this was my last visit; very much looking forward to catching another gig here or meeting friends for drinks! The friendly and attentive service are my number one fast and hard rule for a venue... no matter how good or bad the drinks or food are.... they 90% determine if I will return. These two knocked it out of the park... thank you for such a welcoming and attentive inaugural visit, cheers!

This exact experience happened last year when we came, unfortunately this place is super unreliable even for trying to just order drinks. (I'm guessing they were probably short staffed and thus had designated those areas as "unavailable", but the optics are kind of... oof.) My in-laws were visibily flustered over this (which was sort of embarrassing for me), and I think the staff realized they had a "white Boomer" situation on their hands because they decided to seat us right away rather than sticking to the previously disclosed wait time. That said, we waited quite a while while seated for anyone to come by and get us water, let alone ask what we wanted to order... So I think ultimately we waited those 15 minutes regardless. The staff were all rather unresponsive and hasty... the friendliest employee the entire time was the kitchen guy whose only point of contact with us was to give us our food. Now, the saving grace of this experience was in fact the food. I got the chicken pesto pasta and it was AMAZING. Tasted so good (though I wish they'd offered me additional cheese on top), was well prepared, and was sizeable in porportion (I took half of it home to-go). Since ultimately we were there TO EAT, this heavily influences my rating upward. If you eat here, you'll enjoy your meal. But don't expect the staff to really give you much in the way of attention or kindness. Pricing is a little on the high side, but it is a "fancy" dine-in establishment, so perhaps this is to be expected. The ambiance was fine, just not really my thing (you might have guessed this by my desire to go to Rainforest Cafe)-- it's meant to feel upscale and modern or whatever. To me it's unremarkable and ho-hum. But I'm sure for some this makes them feel temporarily rich or something.
