That's $390 to simply allow me to return the product! While Crystal Fresh is not the only company in the world to charge restocking fees, I find this type of policy to be unfair when they end up reselling the product again for full price to someone else. All this restocking fee does is upset customers. And guess what? I'm upset! I will never purchase from any Crystal Fresh company again since there are tons of other places to get the same products without old fashioned return penalties. Crystal Fresh, I hope the $390 you made off me is worth this negative review.

I ended up getting it in a chocolate dipped cone. Ice cream was pretty good. Soft serve usually is. Just melts so fast and creates a sticky mess. Prices were the same as everywhere else but I feel like $7+ for soft serve ice cream is spendy but market price I guess. I did see a sign that they don't replace fallen ice cream which is understandable. They have a few seating options outside as well as there's a ton of city benches in the area. They also have a little play area for smaller kids which is nice. I'm not in this area much and I'm sure they close for the colder months but I'd probably check them out again if I'm out that way.
