Vanilla soft serve with peanut butter dip of the week!

Stop here when you need a sweet treat in the St. Paul area! Made to order everything! Lots of soft serve ice cream flavors in addition to so many other menu options. Beware it's very popular so it can be busy. The line can wrap around the building but ITS WORTH THE WAIT!

My sister and I were in the mood for ice cream and we decided to visit Conny's. The line was semi long but moved fairly fast and I was able to look over the menu. The have ice cream, floats, and some food like cheese curds and mini corn dogs. I decided to get the s'mores flurry this time, I wanted to try something new and enjoy anything s'mores flavored. I will be visiting again to try some more new items to me. They have a few nice tables outside and a few benches to sit on and enjoy your ice cream.

I love this place so much!!! I live pretty far away but whenever I'm in town I always make sure to find time to stop by Conny's even if it's out of the way it's a must!! Such a classic vintage vibe with great food and for ice cream there are SO MANY flavor options there is literally something for everyone. The staff have always been very nice and provide great service. They also have great prices! I've brought multiple friends and family members here and they've all loved it! Highly recommend stopping by during their open season I promise you won't regret it!

Cherry-dipped chocolate soft serve in a waffle cone.

This spot should be on everyone's Saint Paul summer bucket list! Known for their wide ranging flavors of soft-serve, they also have summer classics like burgers and cheese curds. I went for the cherry-dipped chocolate waffle cone with crunch on this visit, and it was great. The soft-serve definitely errs on the side of "soft," so plan to eat it fairly immediately at one of their outdoor picnic tables. It's walk-up service, and it can be tough to order or hear your order being called, so know what you want ahead of time and stay close once you've ordered. It's also worth noting that prices have increased--a lot--since just a few years back, but that's true of everywhere. All-in-all though, this is a place to hit!

This ice cream was delicious! Totally worth waiting in line. We also got the cheese curds and Mac and Cheese bites, which were also fantastic! The shop is old and could use some love. However, prices were fair, and everything was so great. We will be back for sure to try all of the other flavors. They have their own parking lot, but it was full. Therefore, we parked up the street. But street parking was free and easy to find. It also was not too far away. There are not many places to sit. But they do have two tables and a bench.

We love it here! Such a great variety of soft serve- so far I've tried to cheesecake and cake batter, both were great! Very limited seating, but such a great summer spot.

Hard to miss this when driving by.

I've discovered a great ice cream destination that apparently was a hidden secret from me for 35+ years. Located near Como Lake in St. Paul is Conny's Creamy Cones! This is a historic place that apparently flew under my radar for far too long! Let's just say 24 flavors of soft serve! Yes, 24! Plus every iteration of how to enjoy said ice cream. Then add on burgers, fries and more. Don't forget the prices are from a bygone era. How do they do it?! I had a peanut butter cup flurry. It was tasty maybe not as jam packed as a DQ blizzard but I still enjoyed it and emptied the cup. I look forward to sampling their grill and fried items in the future and am glad to know I am just 15 mins away from this local gem.

Simply delicious soft serve at Connie's Creamy Cone! They have an insane amount of soft serve flavors so you can try something new every time you visit. There was a line but service is fast and efficient, making the line move way quicker than I thought it would be. We got a vanilla cone and a crunch cone which was the perfect end to a hot day in May! The crunch was a great topping to my vanilla cone- it's peanuts and sprinkles and ever since DQ got rid of it, Connie's is the only place I know of that still serves it. Reminds me of my childhood and it tastes so good! In addition to traditional ice cream fare such as sundaes, cones, and shakes, they also have a food menu with items like burgers and fries. They do have a few picnic tables but seating is limited so most people either stand to eat or take it to go. We will be back to try more delicious and affordable treats!

The ultimate epitome of a classic American corner store. They call themselves "the sweetest place in the neighborhood" and they are definitely right! Never have I been to a place with such tasty soft serve ice cream that is inexpensive and diverse! They have a huge selection of flavors (24 to be exact). From Apricot to Cotton Candy, fruity to nutty, dipped cones to topped cones, they have it all. Not only do they have soft serve, they have different desserts too! Such as, banana splits, milkshakes, rootbeer floats, flurrys, smoothies, you name it! And if you're looking for a cheap quick bite, they also have burgers, hot dogs, cheese curds, fried pickles, and mac & cheese wedges! Trust me when I say, you cannot beat the deals! All of their items range from $1-6, and they're tasty. The long lines can speak for themselves too!! If you're ever in St. Paul, definitely check out this spot!

So good! If you want a ton of different soft serve flavors to choose from this is for you. I love soft serve and this is the BEST around. It is VERY soft. If it's hot outside you'll have to eat quickly lol. I usually get the tuitti fruiti as it tasted like bubble gum and I love shunting bubble gum. Today I got twist as I've been on a twist kick and it's getting hard to find. Amazing soft serve and plenty of different options for all family members. I always get the soft serve as does my son but my husband gets shakes and flurries. Parking lot is very small and can get congested if it's busy FYI

If this company has cameras with audio, I would encourage them to listen back to order 6525 that was placed today, March 19th, 2026 around 5:45 PM. I came to support this establishment because I have yet to do so since the opening, and was excited to contribute to the success of a black owned business. The grounds were clean, and the music was a vibe. I placed my order at the Kiosk, and paid nearly $25 for a $9 juice and $10 smoothie with tax. Both products were wonderful. However, that's not my concern. The service was without a doubt unprofessional and uncomfortable. The man serving the community today began to chat with me, catching up because we were familiar with one another from my previous employer. After asking where I was working now, he began to solicit me with job opportunities within Life Juices and on his own personal product line, offering me $500 to assist him with marketing. (Mind you, this is very similar to the conversation we had when I met him the first time, he let me know then that he's co-owner of Life Juices and also offered me job opportunities.) When I declined, he asked why do "black women" act like this or that (I don't remember exactly what was said) At this point, I'm annoyed and offended. After I respectfully read him his rights, I told him I don't want him to make my juice and I'd like my money back. He randomly referred to himself as a Pharaoh and let me know that he would begin making my order. As I'm waiting for my order, two other patrons walk up to place an order. The man serving took this as an opportunity to poke fun at me with one of them, saying I don't recognize a Pharaoh when I see one, and dapping up the stud. Now, I did my best to be a good sport. They began to joke that I don't even know what Pharaoh means. I decide that I'm not going to pay attention anymore. As I bend down to give my three year old juice, the patron leaned over to ask "do you know what pharaoh mean" I responded and said "it means King". She then returned to the conversation with the man working discussing how women need to do better when they see a Pharaoh (that's just a paraphrase) Now if you get a chance to listen to the audio, I was referred to out of my name during this conversation (meaning the b word) and I'm trying to figure out how did we get here when I just came to order some juice that I didn't even want in the first place- just supporting a local business. SMH I'm so upset, honestly. The audacity of these people to refer to me out of my name in front of my three year old son was so distasteful. The audacity to include this random patron that I don't know to poke fun at any person, but me..? a person who just supported your establishment. All because I declined your advances? If you're reading this, shame on you. Do better.

Contrary, the University area does not allow for a relaxing environment so this is a spot that I will forever grab and go. I appreciate what Life Juices is doing after revamping a run down Dairy Queen into a healthy storefront. Highlights include hand made items which take a little extra time so you know it's fresh, side patio with plants and small herb garden along with some colorful Adirondack chairs and unique items with a food menu in progress. Sadly, I had 1 homeless person ask me to buy items and it ruined the vibe. In addition, there were questionable activities happening while I awaited my order. Ordering is done on a kiosk with a vast array of choices from pressed juices to smoothie bowls to smoothies. I opted for a peanut butter protein shake with dates and it was so good! I also purchased 3 pressed juices. Each item is almost $10 and then there were $6 taxes? I thought food was tax free? Regardless, I'm finding out that eating healthy in general, is more expensive. I hope Life Juices is able to attract the population it wants as the area for me, is the wrong one but right product. I'll be back!
