It would be one thing if they were super busy but they weren't, we timed it and they were sending an order out every 15-20 minutes which is an insanely slow rate especially for a taco food truck. That also doesn't include the fact that they were also sending out partial orders as in if someone ordered 2 orders of tacos they were sending one out and then maybe 5-10 minutes later they would get the next order. They were also parked in the parking lot of the restaurant and one of the workers was going back and forth (and probably should've been getting support from the restaurant) and we asked why it was taking so long and he shrugged and said well it's only about double the wait time of the restaurant (not sure that's something to brag about nor does it look good on the restaurant). We even had 3 people in front of us that went and got their money back because of how long it was taking otherwise we might not have gotten our food for another 30 minutes to an hour. After waiting so long we thought this better be the best food ever and honestly it fell super flat. In one of our bowls the meat was half fat and gristly and inedible. I will definitely avoid coming back here ever again.

I selected this option for the young coconut shell base. It was topped with nuts and red beans. The bottom had green sticky rice, clear treats (forgot what they were called), and coconut meat. Both flavors of ice cream tasted yummy. I never thought of a combination flavor of sticky rice and ice cream would go well and it kinda worked. If you don't want the coconut base, you can order it in a cup. It is cheaper and comes in the same way, minus the coconut. There are hot food items available for those who don't want ice cream. I didn't pay attention to the hot food this time; however, I did notice the sign that let customers know their egg rolls protein is turkey. Someone in my party did ordered it and said it was delicious. Service was fast and friendly. There are a few tables and chairs for those who want to enjoy the treat inside. I also asked for soy sauce but she gave me duck sauce instead. Eggrolls were crispy on the outside but soggy on the inside. First batch of cream cheese wontons ok but second batch was over cooked.
