I continue to have only good experiences at this Starbucks location. I usually order online and my drink is always ready minutes later at the counter. The location is really conveniently located and parking is a breeze. Staff is friendly, quick and attentive to mobile pickups. Every time I come here I try to smile and say hello but they avoid eye contact, which is fine I guess. Then when I ask a question the girls give me attitude, that's not fine. I've only come here about three times and every time I leave feeling icky because of this weird behavior. I haven't experience this at any other coffee shop in Vermillion. read more

I mobile ordered and was pleased to see they have pickup order parking! What a great idea! My iced americano was ready at the exact time (maybe a little early even) the app said it would be. There were about 5 or so other mobile orders waiting to be picked up with no cue of people so they we're definitely on top of things! The inside of this Starbucks is a little unique in that it has a double sided booth seat down the middle with 8 or so tables with chairs allowing for some flexibility in seating arrangements. Definitely happy I stopped here after leaving my hotel. I got myself a Caramel Latte' and got my fiancé a decaf Vanilla latte'. Being in such a busy location I was pleasantly surprised how quick it took this bistro to get me my order. If you need to get in and out quickly this is definitely the place you want to come to for your morning cup of coffee. Not only was the service fast but they did it with a smile. Right from the start, "good morning, what can I get for you?" To the end, "have a great day!" I know I was very happy with the service and I know anyone coming will be too. This is a cute little location.. located on 76th and Lyndale, in the strip mall. They have parking located (think Trader Joe's parking: busy in/out traffic, but always seemed to be parking, despite the other businesses it shares a lot with). Walked in, it was packed and i was greeted by a friendly lady who helped me pick out my drink. I gave her limited information, but she was able to come up with a wonderful suggestion for me. She had jokes and was very personable and professional. I'm sure she helps keep the front area running well. The drink was made well, fast and the gentleman was also pleasant. I almost never go to Starbucks but my boss gave me a gift card I wanted to use up. I ordered a couple of drinks on the mobile app to pick up. I got to the store and and it was closed. They had a small sign on the door about reduced hours (not opening until 12:30 PM on a Sunday!). I had to contact customer service to get my money back. However, I'm not getting my wasted time back for driving there and having to talk with customer service. This is very irresponsible of someone to not ensure that online orders reflected the reduced store hours. I realize it's probably more difficult with COVID times to have places staffed but it seems like someone should have done a better job in this regard. Very frustrating. read more

great spot to sit outside in usually unobstructed sun and just BAKE! Their outdoor seating gets hit with some intense sun in the summer. Seating inside is along this area too, so it can get hot if you're not prepared. Nice place to meet people for business; lots of other businesses in the area. read more

I personally love this Starbucks because they are open 365 days a year. Conveniently located on 35w and 494. The baristas are very friendly and the friends are served hot I always stop here on holidays when other Starbucks are closed. This is also a great location because they are one of the only Starbucks that sells the Verismo coffee pods for my machine at home. Kjirsten the barista is 5 stars herself. Wow the parking lot for this shopping strip can get packed for lunch - which is the only real downside to this location. The staff is friendly and prompt with orders. The longer lines from the "morning rush" move fairly quickly too for those who live/work in the area. Plenty of tables inside and outside if you decide to stay and hang for a while. Be sure to give a friendly hello to the officers who are always sitting outside enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning too. All around good location! Cheers! read more

This Starbucks is perfectly located off the highway and near the airport for me to stop in get some work done and load up on caffeine. It is usually quite busy probably due to the large parking lot and its proximity to 494. I have never run into a line and the service is always above average. The people behind the counter are friendly. I will continue to stop at this Starbucks every time I am in Minnesota. read more

Got to be the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. First, no one smiled at all and everyone seemed rude and miserable. Second, it got crowded after we ordered but as we waited for our drinks (ordered 3 drinks), I found we only got 2 and people after us were getting their drinks. Literally waited 15 mins for the last drink. No idea what happened to my third drink that took forever- was the cup lost ? Dropped? They didn't call it out at all so I know no one took it. Also when the barista gave my husband his drink, he reached his arm out and she put it on the table. VERY rude. One more thing- people were coming in for mobile orders and one guy was made to wait for 5 mins because the barista said it wasn't ready when actually it was sitting behind her the whole time. No apologies offered, and then another person who ordered mobile drinks were waiting and she politely asked if it was hers and the barista was like "I don't know" instead of just turning around and checking. I get it was sort of busy but that should be the norm for Starbucks and it doesn't excuse the rude behavior from all that I felt from the second I ordered. read more

Boy oh boy.. I sure do love the Starbucks app!! I stood in line for a bit, decided it was taking too long. Ordered on my phone, went to the bathroom, came back, got my order and left before the three people in front of me had been helped. This location always seems a little messy and I've thought on more than one occasion that the staff should maybe save some of their personal life talk for break time or time when there aren't 6+ customers in line.
