So many yummy options. Donuts are made fresh
Helen T.

This is a popular place and for good reason. Fresh yummy donuts with toppings made to order. Super friendly staff and you always feel welcome here . The space is huge and clean . I love how there's so many choices to splurge for a great donut. This a great donut shop and probably my favorite here in Woodbury.

Wow! My first duck donuts experience! Had no idea they were made fresh to order and holy crap that makes a difference! Soft, warm and too darn good!!! The service was friendly and prompt but the location was a tad bit dirty (bathroom toilet hasn't been cleaned in awhile!) outside of that some bangin donuts!

Great and fast service. The donuts were delicious and made fresh. I loved that that have a variety of different flavors to choose from plus the seasonal donuts. Definitely going to try the rest.

Wow, Wow, Wow! Fresh, hot and made to order! These donuts were friggin delicious! My personal favorite from the box of random donuts we ordered was the peanut butter drizzle! The rest of the donuts ordered were just as delicious! Quick and friendly service! The shop was clean and well kept, they also have a kiosk for ordering as well if the line does get long. 5/5! Duck Donuts has officially made it to the top 5 on my donut shop list!

Great donut place. After ordering the donuts are made fresh and topped with your choice of coating. Delicious and warm. The donuts are soft like fair donuts. They have a variety of toppings and flavors. I recommend trying this place.

The donuts are made to order and the worker is so sweet! You have to eat the donuts warm. There are an abundance of flavors!!

Heaven in a box. Warm, sweet and satisfying. These donuts could easily become addictive. The service was phenomenal. Equally warm, and customer focused. The donuts are made to order but the wait was not long. Highly recommend and look forward to returning.

I'm gonna go broke and get fat cause I can eat these donuts all day and every day! Made fresh to order and custom the way you want or assorted with fan favorites (I did a little of both), add a coffee, and you are off to a great day. They also have a pretty good size menu too, I will have to come back to try their shakes, and breakfast sandwiches they look delicious. Staff is cool and the place was clean... highly recommend this place for donut lovers!

These donuts are so yummy! Hot and fresh, ready made to order, they tasted delicious. I had to stop myself from eating all of the donuts in the box. The only reason I didn't give this place 5 stars is because I asked for one of the coffee drinks advertised on their signs and on their website/mobile app, but they said they couldn't make it. I'm not sure why, but I was a little disappointed because I wanted to try one of them. I also signed up on the mobile app and received a coupon to use on my first purchase, but their register wasn't working and they were unable to add my discount. I'm not mad about it, just disappointed again that I couldn't use it. I'm sure there will be other offers and discounts to use in the future.

SO good!! Super nice staff, and the best donuts. Made in front of you so you get them hot. 10/10 recommend.

Warm, made to order, light and flavorful are all words that are required to describe Duck Donuts. I've been eyeing this place for awhile and finally made time to check it out. It's not a pre-made donut place so make sure you plan to wait just a few minutes, I promise it's worth it! I'll ever be able to go back to a regular ol' premade donut. The donuts themselves are like a cake/raised hybrid that isn't overly sweet. Honestly it's the toppings that create the sweetness level. You can choose between their creations or make your own combos. Plus they even have take home donut kits. I spend about $15 on a large vanilla latte and 6 hot donuts with various toppings. Highly recommend the French toast donut!

Updating my prior review to say these donuts are good quality. Ordering takeout is probably the best option if you are in a hurry.

We started our order with bubbles and at the register taking our order was Moriah. She was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. We ordered the Croque Madame and bubbles and sat and waited for our food. About 15 minutes later Moriah brought our food out and greeted us and made us feel very welcomed. We then found out she was the General Manager. We were very impressed that the leadership here leads by example and they step up and do every job. She was a server, at the register and cleaned tables. This is rare these days and not only that she was very high energy and very welcoming. We plan to make another trip to try more items on the menu the food was fantastic and the portion sizes were generous. They also have a beautiful outdoor area.

They've got locations to visit in: Woodbury, MOA and Edina My love it items: Hot chai tea with oat milk (so.good.) Lemon Crepes -these are amazing. Light and simple but super flavorful and delicious. I can't go here and not order these. They are perfection. New favorite added to the list: Croissant French Toast Savory crepes are always just what sounds good that day because they're all good choices. Today I went with the Croissant Avocado Toast. Pretty tasty and would get again. Also pictured is their Apple Cinnamon Crème Brûlée Crepe. Not my dish but verdict was that it was delicious. Their customer service is top notch, the restaurant is delightful, don't miss out on a fun experience trying Sweet Paris Crepes! My husband said it was the worst dining service he's ever had at a restaurant. The place was not…read morebusy but everything was slow and staff could not be found at half the time. No refill of drinks were ever offered at any time. Staff didn't come to check on us. I asked for napkins to wipe up a mess on three different occasions and no napkins were ever produced by the staff. The mess remained on the table until we finally could get someone to let us pay and leave. We've been to this place about a handful of times before but this is the first time it's been this bad. The potato skins were forgettable, but one of the few things I got to eat because my pork chop arrived partially raw. It took over 20 minutes to finally flag someone down about it. I tried to flag a different waitress than ours and was completely ignored. Flagged her again a second time she walked by and she was completely uninterested but said she'd notify our server. The server finally came back and said she'd take it back. I wasn't upset at this point,as dismissive and slow as their service was, as I can understand that ensuring a stuffed pork chop is fully cooked may be difficult, even if they claim this is their award winning recipe (how that is, lord knows), but when she did return with a different pork chop (would've been fine with the same one cooked five or so mins longer) it was a pork chop that had the opposite problem of being incredibly overcooked - which I cannot accept as an accident or cannot accept its fault because you already messed it up the first time and messed it up again. Both chops were inedible-just absolute awful. You can see in the picture the split between the two chops because they sliced it in two and then they skewered it together to "close" and stuff it. You can also see how dry the chop was by looking at the striation of the meat. The stuffing inside, also dry. The only thing I enjoyed were the vegetables but they were also the only thing I could eat on that plate. This place used to be a quiet but decent restaurant but the service and food we received today really shows me why the place was so dead. There is no pride or joy in their work or food-you can see it in the glum faces of the employees (except ours did look friendly, others did not). Our waitress was friendly but absent over half the time. It took us over 3 hours to complete our meal because more than half the time, no one was around to do anything like check to see if our food was okay aka cooked or provide a refill or run the payment. My husband said not once did someone apologize for the raw food which I don't recall if they did or not but I did get a confirmation of "oh yeah I took it back and he looked at it and said, yeah that's not cooked". Overall, I could not recommend this place to anyone anymore.

The hostess actually opened the exterior door, and greeted us warmly. Our server was equally warm and welcoming. Here's what we ordered: - Waffle - Zydeco style: includes banana, blueberries, and pecans was among the best waffles we've ever had. The toppings were fresh and really added a lot. The malted waffle was delicious, too! 5/5 - Tex-Mex: a tortilla wrapped around crispy hashbrowns, scrambled eggs, sausage, cheese, sour cream and salsa. This was a behemoth, and easily feeds two people. 5/5 - Carmel Roll: melts in your mouth 5/5 - Side of bacon - was thick cut and cooked to perfection. No flabby bacon here; it was the perfect blend of soft and chewy + crispy and I appreciated that it was thick cut. 5/5 The dining room was comfortable, and the acoustics were good (you couldn't hear the conversations going on at other tables).
