Very disappointed! We always, always, always go to Krispy Kreme. I wanted something a little different so I suggested DD. We decided to go through drive-thru. The menu of donuts was very limited so my Husband asked if they had a bigger variety if we go inside. The drive-thru voice said he was sorry but they were really low on donuts. How? He named them off and there was only about 4 different ones. How do you not have donuts when it's in your name and that's what you sell? When you order through the mobile app don't expect your food to be ready any faster. This is the slowest store, and customer service can improve a ton. I tell the manager that my hashbrowns were thrown in my bag and she said I'll talk to her. Spent almost forever in the drive thru, literally at least 15 minutes. I've never in my life spent so much time sitting in a drive thru. Not only that but there's no way to get out of the drive thru once you get in it, so you're trapped. What should have been a quick coffee run ended up being an eternity of waiting. I'm not a coffee zombie so it wouldn't be right for me to comment on that part of the business, but I do enjoy a tasty donut now and then and this place scores poorly in that category. Overpriced ($1.99 for not even a dozen but a 10 ct of donut holes) and a bland experience with ever bite. I'm not even sure they make their donuts on site. For what a donut is suppose to taste like, I'll stick to the small independent shops. Ok. I've been to Dunkin' Donuts in upland and i never have any problems there. It's my first time in Rancho location and I am not happy at all. I ordered 5 munchkins and I didn't tell them I want assorted ones but they gave assorted ones instead of glazed; I always order it this way and in upland location they automatically gave me glazed unless I specify I want assorted. I order Bavarian creme and they gave me a lemon filled donut (I hate lemon in donut). I also ordered chocolate glazed and they gave me a chocolate donut (a brown one). I can't eat my donut, my toddler can't her munchkins (because she only like glazed) and my husband doesn't like his either. Wow!!! I never gone anywhere where they messed up your entire order. The doors were locked at 9:45 yet the place was open till 11 PM on Friday according to their hours on the door. 10 workers inside or so. The coworkers knew we were standing at the front door with the doors locked and they were smirking and laughing about it there were cars in the drive-through not sure what's going on here but pretty pathetic! read more

Stop by Dunkin in Rancho for a frozen coffee tonight. I arrived at 10:30pm and it was closed. The hours on the door for Saturday are 5:30am - 11:00pm. I will start by saying I've been waiting since the day I've moved from Boston to Fontana for a dunkin to open (16 years)!! I would be the person stopping on my way to vegas at the dunkin in barstow just to get my fix once in awhile and I then went nuts when the one in Upland opened! Both good experiences. So once I heard Dunkin was coming to Rancho, I couldn't have been more excited! I was following up on the opening after it was first announced they were coming to Rancho! But my excitement was short lived after my first visit. I am grateful for a nice staff, but they are missing the mark with the orders and the correct recipes. My coffees aren't tasting right (to the point where I almost gagged drinking my frozen coffee and had to throw out the drink after 4 sips) and they had gotten my sister's order of doughnuts incorrect (in which the Boston cremes weren't filled and other doughnuts barely glazed with no sprinkles when she asked for glazed sprinkle doughnuts). I am desperate for this dunkin to step up and remain in business! I would hate to see them close because after talking to a few people who were excited for the opening, they all seemed bummed of the result. I get asked if it's worth checking out and I want to be able to give good reviews! Please help train the employees so we can love and share that love of dunkin with socal! read more

The worst customer service ever! I usually go to this Dunkin between 5-6am and I always get the same rude manager. Today I ordered a lot of food and I thought they forgot my donut, so I went back and the employee at the window said it was in the bag with the straws (which I didn't check...totally my fault) so I said "oh my gosh I am so sorry!" The manager was hearing the conversation and thought I was being rude to the girl so she turned around and said "WHAT DID YOU SAY?" In a really rude way. Even if I was being rude, that's not the way to answer. As a manager I feel you should know how to diffuse a situation. This is not the first time the manager's been rude. Needs to improve their customer service. I came around 4pm today. The cashier took my order on the register then no acknowledgment or something if what I wanted on my order. I waited standing on the pickup area for a couple of minutes then a guy asked me what I'm waiting for, then took my order from there. John and Richard were very helpful. First time at this location. I normally make high quality coffee at home and don't bother with coffee shops but was at a local tire shop and needed a cup of coffee and a snack. Richard was able to explain the options to me. Was very friendly and smiled. A simple smile and warm personality makes one want to go back. Ordered a late. Was delicious. Tasted similar to the coffee I make at home which is a huge compliment. I finally got around to trying the only Dunkin Donut shop around. First off, I really liked their beverages. I tried a Dark Roast and an Iced Coffee with Pumpkin Swirl. The pumpkin beverage beats any others in flavor. As for donuts, I had a classic maple bar. The bar itself is basic with tasty frosting, but then I took the name of this donut shop into action; I dunked my donut into my coffee and it was meant to be! Sure lives up to it's name! I also tried the Maple Bacon Breakfast croissant sandwich and it had hints of sweetness, hence "Maple". Great breakfast sandwich. I will be back. read more
