I'm not a fan of this particular Dunkin Donuts. It seems as if though everytime I stop here, there are a bunch of high schoolers working with no adult supervision, which does not bode well for this place. The last few times my fiance & I have stopped here, there have either been issues with the service or the food or both. Here are the last three incidents: 1) We went through the drive-thru, and one of the employees was smoking right by the drive-thru window. It stunk, and since we had no choice but to have a window open to get our drinks, the cigarette smell went right into our car. We did not ask for a side of second-hand smoke, please and thank you. 2) We stopped for a quick drink, and based on the second-hand smoke incident, we opted to go into the store instead. A teenage employee was sweeping the floor... instead of putting the broom down for the two minutes it would have taken to help us, she starts shouting for her friend, who took his sweet time coming to the counter. All while taking our order, the two teenagers were bantering back & forth. As a result, our order was screwed up and a transaction that should have been no more than 2 minutes long was around 10 minutes or so, holding up the folks who came in after us. Ridiculous. 3) I really needed a drink, and since we needed to be somewhere & had limited time to acquire said drink, decided on the drive-thru here for a quick iced tea. Well, my iced tea had a very strong coffee flavor to it. Gross, plus there are times where I really can't have coffee, and that's why I ordered an iced tea. Obviously someone either didn't change the filter or wasn't paying attention to what was going on. We didn't have time to go back and ask for the drink to be remade. Waste of money & time. I truly, truly hope that the store manager reads this and responds somehow... someone needs to have a serious talk with the staff here. If there are going to be high schoolers working, then an experienced adult (not an immature 18 year old) needs to supervise. Or management needs to hire adults at this establishment... and there are plenty of adults who need jobs and would gladly work at Dunkin. The service here is absolutely ridiculous. read more

The worst management I ever seen in my life young people managers have no clue on how to manage or treat there employees with respect I've been going there all the time been a manager for a long time before these kids where ever born and I think it's time to get more experienced then young kids it's like school being there all people fooling around and goofing off I have 25 people who goes to the Dunkin' Donuts in Pine Bush NY all of them will not be going back I post on my Facebook page to all my friends and family nit to go there any more and I got all of them replying okay they will never go back until something is done about it yelling at your employees is unprofessional change need to be made or none of my friends and family and all my family and friends will pass it on to there friends and family as well I give this Dunkin' Donuts a zero and a F read more

Service is terrible. The drive thru line is usually into the street. I have waited anywhere from 10min - 20min on a drive-thru line! On several occasions, they would mess up my order. However, because it's my local DD I continue to patronize 2 or 3 times per week for the past few years, until today. Drive thru line was out to the street again and I couldn't drive in, so I decided to walk in, and the manager refused to serve me because I was not wearing a mask! So I can sit down and drink my coffee without a mask, but I can't order a coffee without a mask. This is insane! It's unfortunate, but that will be my last time going. I would suggest, finding another DD to go to, or better yet, try Pine Bush Deli down the street. Best breakfast sandwiches in town! read more

How hard is it to get an order done correctly? Just visit the Dunkin' Donuts in Pine Bush, and you'll find out. I ordered an ice tea, and it tasted like coffee. The cashiers at the drive-thru take too long because they're chatting with the their friends. The employees like to smoke near the drive-thru window and put their cigarette butts on the ground next to it. I've had other friends experience this same thing. It seems the high school and college aged kids that work there don't know what customer service is or how to make orders correctly and efficiently. Avoid this hole-in-the-wall excuse for a Dunkin' Donuts. I'll deal with the snobbishness of Starbucks before going here ever again! read more

Horrible HORRIBLE customer service... I ordered an ice latte and they had to tell them again at the window that it was ice latte and they still gave me a hot latte... Went through the drive thru again and they took my hot latte and poured it over ice and then they gave us an attitude because they had to fix their mess up... Never going back.... read more
