"Just your friendly neighborhood Dunkin" might be a better slogan for this location. You can find me here 2-3 times a week and maybe even twice a day after 2pm taking advantage of the $2 medium cappuccino. I use to order the lattes but noticed it was more fattening, I can personally vouch for my regular breakfast order: a medium iced or hot (depending on the weather) coffee and the 2 for $2 egg & cheese wraps, yummy!! which comes to a whopping $5.58 or less (You can't beat that!) When I'm feeling a sweet tooth I always go for my all time favorite"the glazed donut". I must say, I have so many good things to say about this place--from the fast service, especially now having to just go through the drive-thru to the friendly staff, to the fun variety of 60s-00s music they sometimes played (Nirvana, Britney Spears, Beatles, etc)--but I will leave you with this: if your always on the hunt for a workspace with the ultimate coffee/ seating/ WiFi trifecta, you'll find it at Dunkin. However you would have to wait until this pandemic is over to actually go inside and have a seat. read more

I will now hold establishments accountable for the services they provided. Todays D&D trip included a frozen egg ( quite literally ), which I had to turn around after leaving and get back in line and do it all over again. Guess what, cold egg again. This is a small Dunkin Donuts with a drive-thru alongside Route 52, situated in front of a strip mall. This is surprisingly small, considering it's right in the heart of town on a state road that has no other DD's nearby. I would assume the small parcel of property has difficulty handling high volumes of drive-thru traffic at rush hour. I was passing through town late Tuesday afternoon and stopped to get something to drink. There was only one car ahead of me, which staff processed through very quickly. The cashier was super friendly, made small talk, and gave me their law enforcement discount (which was legit). Another attendant who delivered my beverage was also extremely friendly and made brief small talk. My order was hot and they made sure to give me a napkin in case I spilled it. From start to finish, it took no more than 90 seconds at the drive-thru, including the car ahead of me. Staff were very efficient and friendly. The grounds of the building also seemed clean. The lawn, bushes, etc. were maintained and there was no garbage laying around on the ground. read more

Why the hell a) does it take so damn long; b) is the order NEVER correct, and c) does the coffee ALWAYS taste sour?! The sour part always gets me. What are you folks putting in the coffee? Are you not cleaning properly? Are you trying to save money and cut corners? I don't understand how this Dunkin survives! It should be shut down. Also, whenever there's a promotion for ordering ahead online, the system seems to conveniently be "offline". Management never seems to want to talk to you, either, which baffles me. I have gone to this Dunkin Donuts about 10 times out of convenience and can count on 1 finger how many times they have gotten the order right. The dunkin stuffed bagel minis come sometimes almost frozen in the center. I have ordered snackin bacon that came almost raw. I have had to repeat the order many times at the window for them to still get it wrong. Today I asked for a medium hot chocolate and first received a coffee and then received a cup of luke warm water. They have kids in there with no supervision and too locked up in other conversations to really care. On 2 of the occasions that they got it wrong they argued with me that I said Iced Latte instead of Hot Carmel latte ( I never ask for or drink Iced lattes) and then decided not to put the carmel in it. I have been to Dunkin Donuts all accross the country and normally enjoy them but it is ashamed that the one so close to my house is soooo bad. And they have proven over and over that they don't care. One of the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. My first visit, the counter girl was nice. However, they were already out of croissants early Sunday morning. And the people prepping the orders in the kitchen were not the friendliest. My second time here, I was about to start my journey home and really wanted an iced coffee. The counter person was a disgruntled high school or college student who apparently hated life. He definitely hated his job or just everyone in general. I ordered a large iced hazelnut coffee. When he handed me my order, it was a large hot plain coffee. I was so not in the mood to get into it with this child so I walked out and sucked it up. Luckily I had received a survey on the bottom of my receipt so my review went right to corporate Dunkin Donuts. On my first visit, I had talked to the lady behind me in line and she is a local. She went on to fill me in on how this location was constantly running out of items *bagels, croissants, etc* on a regular basis because the manager under-orders all the items on the menu. Unfortunately, it is really the only place to get a coffee to go up in Pine Bush so I will most likely have to stop here again next weekend, which I am REALLLLY not looking forward to. Dunkin' is already a sad excuse for a coffee shop to begin with, so the bar is set pretty low, but this one in particular is something out of a nightmare. UPDATE: Had to come back and give this place 1 star instead of 2. I made the mistake of trying this location again (Every week there is a new set of employees, I was hoping they got a good batch this time). I ordered a Dark Roast iced coffee and a donut. I pull up to the window, and the guy says "Dark Roast and a donut right?" I say yea. He hands me a coffee so light it looked like iced milk. Then he says "Have a nice day". Its like ...dude you JUST confirmed that my order had a donut in it as well. "Wheres the donut"? "Oh my bad, hold up"... gives me the donut. A buddy of mine actually enjoys this location - he orders what he likes to call a "Mystery Bag". You order a donut - and pretty much 8/10 times you get a bag with some mystery (wrong) item like a hot sandwich in it or something. I was in there about 2 weeks ago and I had to wait for about 45 min for a coffee and a sandwich I hate waiting they needs to do there job and if they have customers up front they should do them first by the way they need to stop doing the drive through and help people up front today I had to wait about 5 min for my food and coffee and on Monday I had to wait 10 min I think that they need to get there Ass off of drive thru and help people up front. Terrible. Talk about lazy. I went in to order a mango smoothie, and they said their smoothie mixer is broken, and yet they can crush the ice for the coolata before me? Improvising isn't hard. I also ordered a chicken wrap and I regret taking a bite. I know it's fast food but c'mon: it wasn't busy as at all. It's not hard to take something that's already cooked, and reheat it. The wrap was messy and the chicken was cold and soggy. The tortilla that it was on- completely stale, and not in a heating it up with work kinda way. I wouldn't feed that stuff to my dog. Unnecessarily long wait time, rude staff, incorrect orders, need I say more. After waiting in the drive thru line for about ten minutes (with only one car in front of me which just so happened to already be at the order station), I finally pulled up to place my order. Unfortunately, there was no cold brew left, which I understand that sometimes products run out, it's inevitable. However, the speaker was having issues and we could only hear slight words under a steady hum of static. After about 30 seconds or so of that, the drive thru worker proceeds to shout "WHAT DO YOU WANT?". We instead pull up to the window itself to see the worker hanging out the window and she says "Did you hear me? What do you want?" Needless to say, this Dunkin has lost a customer. Today June 21st 2013 i have once again had another terrible experience at this Dunkin Donuts located in Pine Bush NY it seems that every time i go here in the morning im waiting longer then 10-15 minutes for my order to come out cold or wrong! Im highly upset at the way they do things in this location! Almost every time i've ordered an iced coffee ive gotten a hot coffee or they have just plan messed it up by either putting no sugar in it or making it dark instead of light! Another thing is they smoke right by where u pick up your coffee in the drive thru window this is disgusting no one wants the smell of smoke in their car when going to get a coffee what if you have kids in the car i mean come on have some respect for people who don't take part in that disgusting habit! I was hoping that the new location would bring better and faster service, but I think it actually got worse. The staff is extremely slow and can rarely get our order right. My boyfriend and I have been in there several times when there were no other customers, yet it still took forever to get two coffees- and they weren't even made right. There was also a time when there were nine employees on and it was so loud, the two of us were amazed at the rude, unprofessional behavior. When my coffee was handed to me and I asked if it was decaf, I was told it wasn't - the employee had apparently gotten so distracted by the circus behind the counter that she couldn't get the order right (she actually said this, it wasn't just my assumption.) Unfortunately, this is the only DD nearby or we wouldn't continue to bring our business here. It shouldn't take more than a few minutes to get coffee when there is no line, but somehow we always end up waiting a ridiculous amount of time. We just stayed at a motel in Pine Bush NY and we wanted early morning coffee! They are supposed to be open at 6:00. We got there about ten of 6:00 not open of course! We decided to wait. 3 of the employees had to come out and have a cigarette break last minute! Got in at 6:00 and placed our order. My son in law clearly ordered 2 large 1 small 1 medium coffee! We got 1 large 1 small and 1 medium. Order short a large! Had to wait for the other large. Second day we got there 2 minutes before 6:00 they weren't open! We stood at the door for 5 minutes until they open! Ordered same as the day before. No coffee ready they had to brew it! Well needless to say this store has a lot to work on!! read more
