I ordered 10 chocolate munchkins, waited over 20 minutes, despite having to go before that. I was hearing orders 30 numbers after mine be called, and me and a few other people had to ask an employee for our order. She misheard me and I had to leave with glazed munchkins instead of the chocolate ones I ordered. The employee that was supposed to bring out my order was incredibly slow and didn't seem to be actually making the orders. the service is terrible here in the morning. the women barely understand english. they dont charge for caramel if i put it in my coffee but if i do that every single time they NEVER make it right and its either ridiculously sweet or not sweet enough. so i started asking for a little on the side and didn't mind pay 25¢ a pump. but now all the sudden they tell me they cant do it and it has to go in my coffee. so of course my coffee was so sweet i could barely drink it. this place makes no sense. they literally lost money by refusing to sell a couple pumps of caramel but would put it in the coffee for free literally makes no sense ....only dunkin ive ever been to that wouldnt sell a couple pumps of caramel. i wont be returning to this dunkin. lots of better ones with nicer people that have common sense and definitely didn't appreciate being called mam over and over. read more

If it were owned by a Scotsman, it'd be Duncan Donuts. But it's not. Aye. I ordered a Coolatta but it wasn't anywhere near as yummy as the ones up in Buffalo. I ordered a hot chocolate and it tasted somewhat watered down. This may sound like a 1 or 2 star review but I had to hang out here basically all night and they were lovely to me, so they're getting a lot more than 2 stars. Amazing customer service and friendly night workers. The products didn't do it for me, but service was nice and the WiFi worked perfectly for me, and they had no problem with me staying there for a longer time than Prince was named Prince. read more

Just left there. The young man working the window has absolutely no business working with the public. I understand businesses are short handed but this kid was so sullen and so rude. He never spoke one word to us after he took the order - not a hello or a thank you. This Dunkin Donuts is a bit newer. They have updated equipment in their store, which really helps with the flow of things. Someone took my orders at the register and as they did, someone confirmed it and made it so I would not have to wait. The store was quite clean and the restrooms were super clean. Absolute disastrous experience at this dunkin' donuts. We are very loyal dunkin goers but this experience left a BAD TASTE in my mouth, quite literally. One of the workers decided to spray pepper spray. YES. PEPPER SPRAY. In addition, all of the workers were being obnoxious and yelling, with no apology. Not only did this cause me and my family to cough, it activated my asthma. To add on, one costumer said that his coffee tasted like pepper spray and they continued to serve people in the drive through. I absolutely love this location. I will drive out of my way just to visit this DD. The staff here are the friendliest I have seen in awhile. They seem to enjoy their job and people pleasing. They remember my order and usually start it as soon as they see my car pull up. They even know how much my dog loves whipped cream and give me some just for her. How awesome is that? I usually get an extra pump of caramel, which is a .30 cent charge; this location never charges me. I know people think big whoop they let you slide .30 cents. Well everyday that adds up! This is my everyday stop the staff is the best. I been going here for over 5 years and I will never go to another I probably would feel like I'm cheating on them lol. They absolutely have the best and fastest service around. They also have the best staff everyone is friendly and smiling and have great attitudes no matter what time of day you stop in. This Dunkin gives me life. I always get a cold brew with an espresso shot. These guys will start pouring the espresso for my drink the second they see my CAR in the PARKING LOT. I swear I walk in and it's almost finished. I come at totally different times throughout the day too, from 5am, to 7am, 11am, so it's not like they know what time to make it. They're just that good. Agree with fellow yelper's, this is the better DD! Service is good with kind servers. Dining area is spacious. Loved the hashbrowns and bacon/egg& cheese bagel. Donuts were fresh and good. I don't often take the time to leave reviews online, but I feel compelled to do so today after my most recent experience with my go-to Dunkin! I am consistently blown away with the service and quality provided by this particular location. Not only is their coffee delicious and blended well (no granulated sugar sediment at the bottom of the cup!), their breakfast sandwiches are always freshly made and tasty as well. Their service is speedy and efficient and I feel confident stopping in on my way to work, knowing I can get in and out in a timely fashion. But what I appreciate most is that when I walk in the door, I am always greeted with a chorus of 'good morning's and a row of smiling faces. The staff is always so warm and friendly and the manager is right out there on the front line working alongside his crew--the sign of a truly great supervisor. I love blueberry muffin and I always get it every time I go to DD. came here for a quick breakfast yesterday morning with my husband. got a latte, cappuccino, muffin and a bagel. This is my favorite Dunkin Donuts by FAR and I have been to many. The staff is always happy and smiling, they're super friendly! They always get my order right, their coffee is always fresh, and I look forward to coming here on my mornings. First time at a Dunkin Donuts, so I had a certain level of expectation based on what others had said. I got a cappuccino and an apple fritter. My husband purchased a vanilla chai and another apple donut with sugar sprinkled on the outside. I added no sugar to my coffee. The only word I could keep thinking about as I drank it was how smooth it was. It was actually a really decent non fancy coffee. His chai tea was too sugary for me but perfect for him. The donuts was where we felt let down. My apple fritter tasted too doughy (not enough apple), and I only found apple filling in the last two bites. My husband didn't care for his donut to the point he struggled to finish it. I'm sure that's just a recipe all stores have to use, so I don't blame the store itself. My lack of 5 stars is based on the recipe for the donuts more than likely created by corporate. Bathroom was clean, good size parking lot, and very friendly service. When the younger cousins visit we generally go to Krispy Kreme with them (we are all from CA and I visited this location while on vacation) and would say KK donuts are better, coffee is worse.
