This Starbucks location is near the Lums pound state park. And it has private parking available. Less space for seating arrangement. Clean and good service. But not good for long work or study but for some time seating and work it's ok. There is lot of other stores near by so that's good. read more

Possibly one of the most inconsistent Starbucks around. The drinks never taste the same. If you order a cold coffee or brew they ratio of coffee to cream is 50/50. Some occasions it looks like a cup of milk with a splash of coffee. Staff doesn't acknowledge you when you pick up a mobile order. They always seem backed up and unorganized. Management needs to look into retraining and efficiency methods for the staff. I would not even care if they said boo to me if the drinks were made properly. read more

Every time we order from here we always get the same thing. Venti flat white no foam and venti latte no foam. As you can see there's quite a bit of room in each cup after we removed the foam they added despite my request. And of course this is drive through so we don't check till we get home. It's like since they know we're drive through and won't check them, or they "hope" we don't check them, they just go ahead and add foam anyway. But the worst part is that they don't even fill them up like they're supposed to. We ordered venti'a and basically get grande's. Anyway, we've stopped going to this location now and go to the one on W Pulaski in Elkton, instead. read more

Saved by the barista. ---------------------------------------------------- I decided to treat myself before running mundane errands this morning. Of course it was only after I ordered my latte and eggs bites that I realized my wallet was missing. Embarrassingly I rolled up to the drive thru window, explained the situation, apologized for the inconvenience and cancelled the order. To my surprise, the barista only smiled, whipped out her personal credit card and paid for my breakfast! I was totally amazed and flabbergasted by her immediate response of empathy and generosity to a total stranger! -------------------------------------------------- @starbucks, you truly have a gem of an employee in sweet Natalie! She far exceeded the barista promise. I hope that you continue to invest in her and her future as a leader in this world; because honestly, we need more people with a stellar work ethic, fiery heart and gracious spirit to impact our communities- in both the mundane and gregarious tasks of life! ----------------------------------------------------- So if this selfless act is any indication of the type of culture and climate that is instilled by the management of the Newark/People's Plaza Starbucks, I'll be frequenting this establishment more. I used to come here often and then stopped since this store started closing out of nowhere during their posted business hours. I know there's another Starbucks near by inside Safeway...I have no idea what's going on with their staff but I'm not going their anymore after drinking a few poisonous tasted drinks. This Starbucks is the only one I go to in Bear. Service: I'll be honest, because they have a drive-through bar, service can be a tad slow at times. But, they have always delivered excellent customer service with a smile. You feel happy to be there. Quality: Typical quality drinks for the most part. Sometimes they mess up, as all humans do. Interior: The store is pretty spacious and renovated. It is very cleanly here. Overall: 4.5/5 stars! read more

This woman was in the store for well over 30 minutes with NO MASK. The staff spoke with her and NEVER ONCE asked her to put her mask on despite the fact that other customers were uncomfortable and two actually left. On top of that it took about 45 minutes for our drinks, one of which ended up not even being available. read more

This is the best starbucks location I've ever been to. I frequent starbucks often - multiple different locations - and this one is always outstanding. NO MATTER WHO IS WORKING they are always soooo friendly and nice and cheery. The service is fast and they always have my beloved pumpkin scones! My order is always correct (and I usually get different things each time). Today it was raining and I went through the drive through - still amazing friendly service despite rain and wind spitting. I have issues at many other Starbucks: either they're out of ingredients or pastries, take forever to prepare people's orders, aren't nice, are rude and snippety, whatever it may be, but at this location??? NEVER! Always amazing customer service and efficient service!!!! read more

They closed midday on 1/08/2022 and refused to serve us but didn't give us a reason why. They laughed as we left which made us upset. They looked like they had a full staff. It would've been nice if they put up a sign or notified people on their website. This is the worst Starbucks location ever. Just go to Dunkin. I'm a huge fan of Starbucks and their peppermint mochas and pumpkin spice... my fiancé went to get me a coffee this morning to surprise me w his sweet gesture. It was by far the worst coffee I have ever had from Starbucks. To make matters worse the cup was only three quarters full and cold. Not even remotely Starbucks quality. He asked me if there is normally a line for coffee and commented on how Ling it took to get the cup of coffee. This cup of coffee is an embarrassment to Starbucks. read more

I went to the Starbucks drive thru today and encountered Abby (the Starbucks on Pulaski highway). We had a mobile pick up order that we made prior to coming there. Abby had a definite attitude because we did not wait 5 or 10 minutes before arriving...We were reprimanded about not coming five or 10 minutes after placing our mobile order. I don't understand why it would make a difference because you still have to process the order. She was not nice and her customer service was subpar at best. read more

I frequently stop at this location for a quick dose of caffeine before a long evening. The beverages I order are almost always correct and, if they're not accurate, the baristas always "make it right". I had an unfortunate experience today at the Starbucks drive-thru. My coffee order was made incorrectly, it was watered down, and the cup was cracked. When I went into the store to return it with coffee all over my sweater, I clearly interrupted a personal conversation of a barista and her friends in the store. She then argued with me about the drink. At that point, I was really frustrated and just ordered a plain coffee and she was clearly annoyed that I felt entitled to a partial refund for the previous incorrect coffee. I hope that the customer service returns to its previous state. read more

I was at this Starbucks today and the service was extremely slow. There were 5 baristas and only 2 of them were making drinks. It took over twenty minutes for my drink to be made. They were busy, but I have been to a busier Starbucks and gotten my drink faster than that. To add to the negatives, my drink was horrible. My green tea frappuccino tasted like the strawberry one that was made before mine. Clearly the blender was not cleaned properly. I will not be returning to this Starbucks ever again. read more

My husband and I were greeted by Curtis, the only friendly and intelligent worker at this location. Ordering from Jonae was a struggle as she couldn't make change from a $50 bill without 5 mins of help from other workers. She then complained to me, the customer, that she now did not have any $10 bills in her drawer. (Not my problem). I believe her Starbucks training was worthless as she threw my change back at me without even counting it. There was no communication or teamwork between these employees. Simple orders were delivered with no urgency or courtesy. After waiting and lingering around the coffee counter, I finally received my entire order. When I went back to the counter to ask for a straw the overweight, rude barista was put off and then laughed at my attempt to assert myself. Save yourselves the trouble, and visit another coffee spot if you actually want to start your day with good customer service. read more

Walked in the door here for the first time, somebody greeted me. She kindly pointed me in the direction of the tables w/ an electric outlet and recognized I had a tumbler for free coffee in January. I was down in Delaware visiting family having a good time when I stopped at Starbucks to get coffee . From the jump the manager Sam ( I.D. # 2486911 )already seemed annoyed . After I tried explaining her how I wanted to pay and reload my card and there was a big misunderstanding between the both of us. She was explaining the same thing the same way regardless to seeing I was not understanding and on top of that kept huffing and puffing rubbing her head in frustration talking louder and louder on top of that in front of a store filled with customers . As a manager you should know how to MANAGE situations and not let your emotion get the best of you especially when it's a misunderstanding . I honestly feel like I was discriminated against , like my presences made her annoyed once she saw me and she also tried to make me feel like I was dumb . I called her out on her being soo rude and after that she started to tone it down . She didn't even try to find an alternative to the situation just tried to prove her point and speak over me. At the end I just left it as was and her employee was the one who ended up apologizing for her unprofessional behavior . Maybe she should be demoted to a barista  and not hold a position she can't handle . Never going to this store again . read more

i go to glasgow every day and i recently stopped they have one person making drinks i waited at least 5 mins or longer i have been there a couple of times were there machine was down very disappointed in this starbucks my husband ordered coffee and the lady was running short so she was emptying the bottom of each coffee machine witch lead to a whole lot of coffee grinds my drink they handed me had chocolate running down the side of the cup and when i took off the lid it was half full im paying top dollar i should be getting a full cup also they do not put whip cream on unless you ask and no chocolate drizzle i could definitely say my drink dont look nothing like the pitcher they have hanging up what a let down!!!! i now go to wawa they make specially drinks a little cheeper and very good and they do look like the pitcher munch happier. read more
