Kudos to Dunkin I've been complaining about the cleanliness and the furniture and the general atmosphere of the place and they made a change today. I walked in all the tables and chairs were pushed over to one side. The floor was clean and they were bringing in new furniture. So kudos to you, Dunkin. What they need to work on next is putting in a new floor and maybe even a new ceiling to brighten it up because the ceiling is very dark in the floor is very dark. The floor is now just painted cement and it looks ugly and it holds a dirt very well. What they need to do is put in a new laminate that looks like wood tiles. And just change the roof tiles ceiling tiles to a lighter color to brighten the place up and then if they clean it every day which I know they do when they go home at night but by the time I get in there the place is filthy so they need to clean it every day but once again good job Dunkin! read more

Ordered a bagel toasted with butter and a bagel toasted with sausage egg and egg. After waiting more than 20 minutes in the drive thru lane, we get to the window pick up our order to find the sticker has the correct order on it. Upon opening our meals, the bagel toasted with butter also contained a ton of cream cheese mixed with butter. The sausage egg and cheese bagel also contained a ton of cream cheese. Absolutely disgusting. Called the business to tell them the order was wrong and the young woman on the phone told me "yeah sorry manager isn't here. Bye." If I could rate this place zero stars I would just went thru their drive thru today as me and my girlfriend are moving and we needed a pick me up. We ordered a drink and some hash browns since my girlfriend loves their hash browns. However when we pulled up to the speaker we weren't even acknowledged until after 5 mins passed and were told they would be with us in a moment. After 2 mins pass we finally get to order. Mind you I understand they also have a dine and mobile carry outs so I can understand being a little behind but to my surprise there was no rush inside and I had been waiting in a drive thru with no cars for ten minutes longer than I should've. We get our food and head home but when my girlfriend opens her hash browns we are shocked to see a huge hair red and curly right on top of them. If I could give zero stars for this particular Dunkin' , I would. This location has consistently given subpar customer service and at best mediocre quality coffee. Normally, during the morning rush, the wait time in the drive thru is anywhere from 20-30 minutes even if you order ahead. It's a dangerous spot that gets backed up all the way to the main entrance from Crismon that no one cares to address. Least you can do is recognize the situation and perhaps traffic cone off a waiting lane through the often empty area of the rest of the parking lot so traffic isn't disrupted and accidents can be avoided. I've seen many potential customers pull in to the line just to leave when they see how slow the service is after a few minutes of zero line movement. Potential revenue being lost every day due to ineffective operations. In the afternoon, good luck trying to get any donuts since they're usually out. Today, I experienced my first unacceptable encounter with one of their drive thru employees trying to smart mouth me when I responded to his question of , "Yeah?" The problem for him is this, I have a two way dash cam that captured the entire encounter. Best believe that the ownership and corporate will get a copy of it. I love this dunkin'. I mean everything from the food and drinks, pricing, packaging, the variety of flavors and seasonal items, the workers, it's all great. I usually use the dunkin' app to place my orders in the morning. Their reward system is AMAZING & the app is easy to use and definitely worth having. Realistic rewards that are not very hard to earn but even when you don't have points they always have super good deals. I also love how customizable everything is even in the app. The team is very friendly and I never have to worry about poor attitudes when going to get my breakfast. They are always quick and efficient and I haven't had many problems with wrong orders. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone. My personal favorite drink is the iced chai latte with mocha swirls. For food, I love the everything stuffed bagel minis or a simple breakfast sandwich/bagel. This place is more about speed then diligence. I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches this morning. By the time I got home, 10 minutes away, I noticed my sour dough breakfast sandwich was missing the two eggs and bacon, basically a grilled cheese sandwich. I looked at my wife's sandwich and hers was supposed to have sausage but got bacon, supposed to be on a croissant but came on a bagel. I tried to call the store 4x but no one answered, so I drove back. When I was waiting in line, the cashier, Xavier, was handling cash and donuts with the same glove. I asked him who the manager was and he said there wasn't one and said he was the shift lead. I told him he shouldn't be handling food and cash with the same glove and he apologized. As he was talking another guy came up and acted as if he was the manager, Xander. He asked what was wrong and I told him about my order being wrong and he accused me of taking someone else's order. I told him that my receipt was taped to my bag. The receipt is coded that it's difficult to decipher. When they call the order they place it on the counter, no one else grabbed, so naturally I thought it was mine. He gave me an attitude and tried to show me that I was wrong by taking my original order out from behind the counter, maybe the trash. He asked if I wanted it and I declined and he threw it to the side. He didn't offer to remake my food and no apology. I asked for my money back and maybe he should offer me an apple fritter for my inconvenience and he said "we don't do that". I told him that I tried to call and he said no one answers the phone on the weekends. I mentioned that there was someone in the back talking on the phone, but he didn't do anything about it. I tried to do the survey on my receipt but you have to download an app and it charges $1.99. Poor customer service, no professionalism, dirty. If you can't handle a "fast" food industry, get out.
