Long drive thru line, ao go inside to order, only to be ignored by the staff because they are focused on the drive thru and not taking any orders from inside. After almost 10 minutes, I said, "Do you think one of you can take orders here, we're customers too"? Again, we were totally ignored and customers finally started walking out, myself included. This location is walking distance from me, but I would rather starve than ever eat one of their stale donuts or put up with their piss poor attitude! I came in to special order almost $30.00 worth of donuts for a 7-year olds birthday party the day before. When I came in the next day to pick them up they looked horrible. This location definitely has had it's problems, but it has positives as well. Problems, they randomly lock the doors and I don't see any other businesses doing that. Today I ordered the new pumpkin cold brew with cold foam and I asked if I could get extra cold foam and pay for it, this young teenager just looks at me and says no. Lol.. I'm sorry but you are in customer service since when do you tell someone they cannot get the coffee the way they want it if they are paying for it. The amount of cold foam was so small it's no where near what it looks like in your photo. Honestly the food is good, but they really could use some work on certain areas like telling your employees that you don't deny a customer something they want on their coffee. This Dunkin' Donuts I've been going to for a few years now and service is the worst have been told that they will not cook hash browns extra toasted as you get them and they are soggy and was finally told a while back that they will not cook hash browns or wake up wraps any extra and refuse to my service . Also the girl who goes by the name of patience not sure if she still works there she is something else and will puff at you and argue with you and also used to yell at the employees . This location is NEVER consistent on orders and service! There's always a long line and wait....sometimes you wait forever in the drive thru to only find out "cash only, card machine broken". Horrible customer service and the orders are usually wrong! I order my coffee with almond milk, sometimes it's right and sometimes it's made with whole milk, yet they still charge me for almond milk! I stood in line today for 10 minutes and finally gave up! No cashier taking orders, drive thru piling up....need better management and more staff! Been to this location about three times. Overall, service and attitude wasn't good. My last stop was with my daughter and her two friends. We ordered 2 refilled iced coffees in the plastic cups we bought, and some donuts. When the girl was handing us our coffees I noticed they were steaming hot. I mentioned to the girl that these were supposed to be iced coffees and she said she was sorry. She then proceeded to pour some of the coffee out, then put some ice over the hot coffee. By the time we got to our car the ice had melted and the coffee was warm. I would have come back and asked for another iced coffee but didn't have time. I won't be returning to this location. I love Dunkin's coffee and stuffed bagels. This location in particularly I do not like. I had the worst encounter with them today, 06/22/22. I went through the drive through ordered a coffee, donut and stuffed bagels. They gave me my coffee and donut and told me to park to the side and they'd bring out my bagels. I waited patiently on the side of the store for 10min. I saw a Dunkin employee go to a blue car next to me and hand them a bag. I said "ok well that's not my order". So I decide to go inside to see where my bagels are. Once I ask the employees I over hear one of the ladies say "I gave it to her!" And another employee asked "well who did you give it to because she's saying you didn't give it to her" well I thought to myself, they're calling me a liar. Mind y'all, I came in there in peace and asked them nicely how long until the bagels that I had been waiting out there for. Then the other employee yells "well I don't know!
