In honesty it's not the employees that deserve the one star it's the manager. She's always so miserable and the way she speaks to the employees is atrocious. It's so awkward and you try to ask her something and she's off the bat combative. I like the location of this Dunkin' because it's on my route to work, and the closest Dunkin' to my house. One thing that I feel is common every time I go in is the long wait time. I think they are short-staffed because usually it's just two people and it seems like one is dedicated to the hot food and the other is dedicated to drinks, donuts, and cashier. I feel bad for them because I see them working hard, but there are always people in line and the wait time is subpar. It may be better to order through the app in advance. I just ordered on the app in the store because the line was so long. They had a $6 coffee, breakfast sandwich, and hashbrown deal --which was good. I wish they had the ketchup and utensils out for us to take because I had to wait in another line to try to get the "already busy" employees attention for the condiments and utensils. The jelly and glazed donut didn't seem fresh...but it was edible. Dunkin' coffee is always good. Decent amount of seating, limited in the front but more towards the back. Unfortunately, their bathroom was out of order, so we had to opt for hand sanitizer from my purse. read more

I've been going to location more often and each time I noticed something off. But not enough to report. This morning a different story. I didn't get her name but 5 am in the morning I was looking to get a good ol Carmel craze but before I could even order. I heard a terrible cough. With it only being me and the worker at this location I had to focus on what was going on. Multiple times, she coughed right into her bare hands. While setting up equipment for the day. So sad to see this place go downhill, I've been a regular since about 2018 and there was a good chunk of time when it used to be good and the service was amazing but as of recently the service has gone downhill. Behind the counter is always dirty, the bathrooms are usually "out of order" (I just think they are too lazy to clean the bathroom and instead are putting the sign on the door). I went a couple weeks ago and ordered my usual iced coffee, donut and the bagel bites. I waited about 20 ish minutes for all of it, mind you I placed the order through the app beforehand and still had to wait for my bagel bites (which weren't fully cooked) and I STILL had to go up to the front and ask for my donut. Instead of everything being in the spot for the mobile orders. Why even have the option to order ahead if your employees move at the pace of molasses??? This place is total chaos! There was no leadership provided to the team members (there was no manager on duty) and severely understaffed. It is ridiculous that this place cannot get it together. Why advertise curbside when you have to go inside to get your order and also wait there. It took 30 minutes to get my order completed. Is this too much to ask? How hard is it to staff your business to the volume of traffic you expect. They actually are the worst Dunkin. I ordered my food on Uber eats and all of my bacon came mostly uncooked so I tried calling the store to see if I could have them throw MY SAME FOOD BACK IN. I just left this location and the received poor customer service. I stood in line for over 5 mins all to be looked over when it came my turn to be served. I had to address the issue to the The young lady that was the cashier. Instead of her apologizing she stood there. I insisted the elderly couple go ahead since she asked to help them before me. I received was the bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel but a sesame bagel with cream cheese. I am not fond of cream cheese at all but I ate some of it and threw the rest out. I didn't complain. The second time, about 1 week ago, I ordered in person. It was the exact same order as above. And again, I received the exact same thing. This time I threw out the sesame bagel with cream cheese. I figured since both my in-person orders were wrong, probably not able to fully hear me due to the partition, I decided to order through the app. I figured this would allow the store to read what my order is. I ordered my usual of bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel and a sesame bagel with butter alternative. Again, I receive with cream cheese. This time I drove back and they remade the order. This morning, I again decided to order through the app. I again ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel and a sesame bagel with butter alternative. What I received was a Sausage egg and cheese on a sesame bagel and a plain bagel with cream cheese even though the receipt attached to the bag indicated what my order actually was. Again, I drove back and told them they had my entire order wrong and showed them the receipt of what I actually ordered. They remade my order. Before I left the store, I decided to check. It was still wrong. I was given a plain bagel with cream cheese and a sesame bagel with butter alternative. I handed back the plain bagel with cream cheese and told them that it was supposed to be a plain bagel with bacon, egg and cheese. They remade it and I checked again. Again, WRONG! Instead of making a new sandwich, they put bacon, egg and cheese on top of the cream cheese. I told them that I would not accept that because my order was for a plain bagel with bacon, egg and cheese. They remade it again. I am seriously unhappy with the service. Don't get me wrong, the staff are very friendly but if they cannot get an order right, then this is going to drive customers away. I have been going to this location for several years now.
