This Starbucks has been a hangout place for many of the locals ever since I can remember. I don't pass thru this area very frequently these days, but each ti.e that I come hwre, there are always people hanging out, indoors and outside. Its definitely a busy store. I think there have been only a couple of occasions that I have stayed more than am hour, and its always been very relaxing. No loud music or crazy people. Today I ordered the grande Hazlenut Oatmilk Shaken Espresso and in less than three minutes I was back in the road to work. I've tried this drink a couple times before and its really awesome tasting. My other favorite is their White Chocolate Macadamia Cream Cold Brew coffee.

Very nice, clean and ADA-friendly. Friendly and obliging employees always make for a pleasant atmosphere where all feel welcome and comfortable. I got a Lavender Oatmilk Chill with Dragon Fruit and a slice of Banana Walnut bread while my companion chose a Carmel Macchiato. All was excellent and made with care and attention paid to special requests.

Awesome Starbucks. Excellent layout. Fun and well-AC'd tables for relaxing. Friendly and like-clock-work-mixing busy baristas that pick up conversations, when they aren't swamped. The drinks here are always the same. Top notch. Top shelf. Top grade. Top flavors! Outside there are a few small square tables to chill and relax around. My girl says: "Don't you think this Starbucks is awesome?" I do. I'm a repeat customer here all the time - and so are a whole bunch of other Springfield-ites who are in the know that this Starbucks is greatest. Review: 5

So quick, and so delicious today! I've been working on customizing my own favorite drink at Starbucks and I think I've got it perfect today! I highly recommend ordering a: Large Carmel Crunch Frappuccino +Line the cup with caramel +Breve +Extra Whip +Extra Caramel Drizzle +Extra Caramel Crunch 8 pumps of dark caramel sauce and be sure to get a spoon and eat it like a Frostie from Wendy's :) Super Delicious! (If you pay with points it's free!)

Lovely barista there today! She made me a sample Pink drink for my dad since he newly is watching his sugar intake, made me a customized mocha cookie crumble with less sugar pumps, and made my brother a yummy caramel ribbon crunch. Water is free here, and the store is clean and well kept. Inside is a little cramped and busy but still one of the nicer ones in the area.

Hannah super friendly/polite/ and helpful. My go to location always. Recommend to anyone who had had a bad experience before.

Worse service ever! This is the second time I come here and they never have anything ready! I ordered a simple bagel and it took 15 min to warm up then I had to get a refund. What nut place -has you waiting 15 minutes for a bagel. Then when I asked the stupid women completely forgot about my bagel. Worse Starbucks ever - do not come here!

Please go back to using the stronger glossy plastic lids. As I was drinking my coffee, the cup separated from the lid, this causing the drink to spill on me while driving. Luckily I was stopped at a red light. What if the coffee was scorching hot, I would've burned myself. And at least dry the lip of the cup before putting on the lid. Spent the afternoon cleaning my car in the rain.

This is clearly the wrong color for a soy latte; it is too dark. The barista should have at least noticed that much.

I didn't write a review before, but this is the second time where a soy latte was ordered and got one with a different kind of milk instead (it was picked up by a friend--I'm disabled). Last time it was skim milk and I could not drink it because I'm lactose intolerant. This time it was almond milk, which was not what I wanted but was tolerable, but had I had a nut allergy, it could have been life-threatening. I know the baristas are under a lot of pressure, but if they're going on what they think they heard instead of what's on the label, why bother with the labels at all? It doesn't exactly inspire confidence in their ability to provide the drink that I ordered. It makes me think twice about patronizing this particular Starbucks, that's for sure.

I always embrace pumpkin spice season with open arms, but we're still trying to hold on to a little bit of summer with these Frappuccinos and cold brew. Quick, friendly service and consistently awesome drinks here!

Not my usual Starbucks, however service was quick, efficient and polite. Clean store, plenty of food nicely displayed.

We tried three items: the red velvet cake, the mocha cake, and an apple pastry (not sure of the exact name, but it reminded me of an apple turnover/empanada). Let's start with the red velvet cake, so good. Moist, flavorful, and honestly better than I expected. Red velvet is one of those cakes that's easy to mess up, but they executed it perfectly. What impressed me even more is that we bought it right before closing, didn't eat it immediately, and it still tasted amazing hours later even after being refrigerated. The mocha cake was well-made, soft, spongy, and clearly high quality, but it just wasn't for me. It has a strong coffee flavor, so if you're a coffee person, you'll probably love it. For me, it was about a 6/10. Now the real star: the apple pastry. This was everything. Perfectly flaky, lightly crisp on the outside, and filled with fresh, flavorful apples. It melted in your mouth! could've easily eaten multiples of these!! Service was also a highlight. Even though we came in right before closing, the staff was kind, patient, and efficient. Nothing felt rushed, which I really appreciated. The shop itself is cute and quaint. Perfect for a quick stop or a casual treat. Overall, Paris Baguette delivered. Some items may come down to personal preference, but the quality is there. I'd absolutely go back, especially for that red velvet cake and the apple pastry . Sidenote: they also have candles & birthday decor for purchase!

I was sad to see that they don't offer 'housemade' pastries anymore, as I remember seeing in their past photos; their menu for their offerings was clearly updated. In addition, the drinks that we ordered were just not good at all: +the Toasted Marshmallow Latte - prepared with 2 shots of espresso, choice of milk, and a housemade toasted marshmallow syrup; this tasted like watered down coffee with no 'toasted marshmallow' taste; coffee could have been prepared strong, and we did ask for 'extra hot', but received it regular temperature +Witch's Potion - an apple cider with chai, topped with a dash of cinnamon; probably one of the worst ciders we've had - wasn't really sure the mixture with the chai, but this just seemed like it was an improperly steeped tea that did not have any flavor The staff were friendly, and there seemed to be local patrons who come here on a regular basis. They're best known for their bingsoo, or Korean shaved ice, which is perfectly fluffy and delightful, with a sweet, milky flavor that acts as a great canvas for all their toppings. You can't go wrong with of their bingsoo options, but they do run a little bit large and are meant for 2-3 people to share. If you're in the mood for something smaller, they do have a delightful selection of other desserts, chief among which is their rice paper waffle. This glorious confection is a super light, crispy waffle made entirely out of rice paper (which, as a side bonus, also means it's gluten-free). It's slightly chewy on the inside but generally incredibly crunchy and airy. It comes topped with a lovely rice-based syrup that tastes a bit savory -- almost malty -- and black sesame. You can also just get a scoop of their rich, creamy ice cream (instead of the shaved ice that it normally comes on top of), and it will be topped with a generous helping of red bean paste, injeolmi powder, sliced almonds, and corn flakes. The combination of flavors and textures levels up this humble little scoop to a full-scale dessert with sweet, savory, and nutty notes. Aside from their sweet treats, Soricha also has a bunch of fun drinks. They have a long menu of expertly brewed artisan teas, or you can also cool down with one of their refreshing fruit mixes. The omija berry refresher is particularly lovely, with a great balance of tart and sweet flavors that make it the perfect summertime drink. Beyond the food, the service is also super friendly and quick, and the cafe is gorgeously decorated with chill, relaxing ambient music. It's a delightful place to hang out with a friend to chat, finish some work, or do a bit of reading. I will note, however, that it is quite expensive -- the bingsoo is about $20, and the teas are a minimum of $7. It's so worth it every time, but it's definitely more of an occasional treat than an everyday indulgence.
