This is my favorite Starbucks store! All the Baristas are super friendly and make my drink just the way I want it. I go here to do some work sometimes and each time, the baristas make sure I am well taken care of! You guys are the bestttt read more

I am not the biggest fan of Starbucks in general, but every once in a while I will grab a seasonal drink. For the most part, they make the drinks on par with just about any other Starbucks. My problem is the little things like grabbing Frap with a Affogato shot and having half of it (that I paid an extra .80 for) run down the sides of the cup and then having them hand you the cup with wiping it off. Seriously? These little things make me scratch my head. Other than that, the location is usually clean (although very busy in the mornings so I can understand if they are a little off while they are packed) and they have always been nice. Other than small things the location sucks if you are trying to park in front of Starbucks. It's better to park by CVS and just walk, at least in the morning when it is busy. read more

Worst Starbucks! I just left there ordered a grande caramel macchiato and they only filled up half the cup! NEVER GOING BACK read more

Starbucks - I pay for a grande but they only fill it up half way really? - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Springfield, Virginia

Great customer service! I placed a mobile order for a green tea frapp for my sister. My sister has a serious milk allergy, and I totally forgot to ask for soy milk and no whip! We went back to the line to ask if we can pay for another one, but the barista was so kind and made another one with soy/no whip for free! Thank you for making our experience a positive one. :) read more

This is the worse Starbucks ever. First of all the guy who rang me up kept yawning on Sunday (June 22, 2014) at 5pm. He acted like he didn't wanna be there and kept rolling his eyes. He was wearing a Paul Mitchell shirt working as an employee for Starbucks. I only ordered a double espresso and it took 15min. There were 6 people ahead of me but there was only one woman making drinks. 2 of the other workers were texting or browsing the web on their phone. When I asked when they planned on making my drink the lady got an attitude and said she didn't see my cup sitting there, yet my cup was next to the other cups that she was working on. She didn't see it because she was talking to her friend the entire time. What is wrong with these people? read more

There is a motto "if it ain't broke, don't fix it". Well, someone at Starbucks didn't want to follow that and tried to fix something that wasn't broke. This store was my go to spot for coffee and especially when I needed a public meeting spot or needed to sit and study for a bit. The chairs were comfortable. The service was good. And it was a good store for the most part. Then someone came in and remodeled it over the past month or so. And the layout now sucks. I hate all of it. Literally. Unless you're lucky enough to sit at one of only 5 small booth tables, you will have no privacy. The way the line kind of wraps around now it ends up directly behind you. Making it weird for me and annoying that people are just standing right behind me as I work. Second, they moved the section with the refrigerated goods far off to the side where nobody can see it and you have to leave the line in order to grab anything. Dumb. I used to always look at it to grab my sandwich, now I forget because I don't even see it and forget that they have that stuff. Third, the chairs they brought in are awkward and uncomfortable. They had really comfy leather chairs before and now they have these hard wooden things and a short table that is the worst to sit at. My legs have like a half inch of space between the chair and the table. And I'm hunched over. I think they labeled the tables wrong too in trying to be ada compliant. Lastly, the product placement, backsplash, artwork, etc that they brought in is all ugly and doesn't make sense. None of it matches the mood of the previous setup. Overall, this is a neighborhood location. Not a trendy dc one in the middle of a busy hotel. The regulars that come here don't need trendy. They like the comfort and coziness of the old layout and store. Whoever was in charge of redesigning it did a crappy job and really should have tried sitting in these god awful chairs for longer than 20 min. For a quick drink I will likely still stop here, as it's convenient and the staff are ALWAYS fast and friendly, but for anything else I will now have to go to another coffee shop or Starbucks in the area. As you guys really messed up this one. read more

There are four employees here and only two working. One ringing in customers, Hannah, she doesn't speak, smile or greet customers. Kris runs the bar and is stoking it while making sure to say hello, thank you and have a nice day to every customer. Maddie comes out of the back, and with a cursory look does nothing but look disheveled. She was literally arguing with another employee in front of me. Hannah handles the money then gets your pastry or makes your coffee without washing her hands! From where I sit at the bar you can see all employees save Kris sitting in the back. Bar needs to be wiped, tables need attention, chairs a mess...floors need to be swept. Wake up folks, if you come here get your coffee and leave. This is NOT a welcoming Starbucks!!! read more

Terrible customer service. Sticky floors and messy store. This is one of those Sbuck stores that I love to hate.

I've always been served quickly here even when there is a hell of a long line. My orders have been perfect as I expect Starbucks to have. I have no complaints but I wish there was a drive through. I can only imagine how much business they could get. That's part of the reason i prefer the greenbriar one-- drive thru. But, this Starbucks has been good the times that I've gone. read more

Ordered two frapps one barely had any whipped cream as you can see in the picture, and the other had just enough. Was not busy at all when I ordered so I was surprised by the lack of effort the baristas put into making my drinks since I was the only order, and the cashier did not provide excellent customer service. While I was getting my order taken he was short and blunt and seemed like he would really not want to be taking my order at all. read more

This is located in a shopping center so there is a lot of parking available. I like how there are lots of seating options inside so people aren't fighting for seats. I gave three stars because my drink was made incorrectly, and as a signature drink, the barista should know how to make it. (She used creamer instead of milk) read more

Half decaf on an espresso drink doesn't mean half as much espresso...happened at least once but twice I think. Note to self: taste before leaving. read more

Nice and cozy. Welcoming stuff. The parking is difficult, its a shopping plaza, so there tons of cars.

I ordered a white chocolate mocha and wasn't impressed with the taste but I love the atmosphere though; it's very comfortable. I liked the staff as well. While in Starbucks an employee was mopping the floor; a woman walks in and is walking to the cashier. The employee was walking behind her and the woman kicks her leg back like a horse and almost kicked the employee. The employee just ignored it and smiled and continued to mop the rest of the floor. Wish i had the employees personality! read more

Nice Starbucks in a good shopping center with trader joes and buy buy baby. Always busy here but they are quick and friendly. Even during Black Friday weekend. Plenty of inside and outside seating as well. read more

This is probably the worst Starbucks ever. I have ordered online here many times and my order is never ready. Many times when I order online they do not have the items that I ordered. The last time I came in they did not have the order ready so they gave me a gift card. Yesterday I went to the Starbucks to use my gift card. It had zero dollar value. My order came to $10.07 I had a $10 gift card additionally. I told her that I was going to use the store gift card she said it had zero value. I told her that is what they gave me she said do you want me to throw it out and then proceeded to tell me I owed her seven cents. Then when I got my caramel macchiato it had no coffee in it at all and was just hot cream. I also had to wait 15 minutes for my order. This store is very dirty miss managed overcrowded poor customer service and obviously Lex coffee and other supplies since it never has anything available don't bother with the Starbucks read more

Since my last review, I've found the new baristas to be exceptionally friendly. I don't know what changed, if not just new staff, but now going here is a nice experience. read more

Been to this Starbucks a few times now and it has no sense of warmth or comfort that I find from other Starbucks that I had visited. The service is pretty hostile for a location that serves many different customers. Honestly, I've worked at a cafe myself and I know how hard the shift can be with an overwhelming amount of people, but there isn't even a single smiling face to greet you. During the day is pretty cramped and the sitting places open later in the day. Simply a nice grab and go spot. Don't come in expecting anything more. (Overhearing the barista gossip and talk is definitely a thing btw) read more

Solid Starbucks location. Decent amount of seating and paying with your Starbucks app is possible. Food and pastry options are available, as well. Parking is sparse right in front, but much more is available around the corner over by the CVS and Giant. read more

Love this location, great staff! They never mess up my costume drink request. It's a busy location, but it's worth the wait in my mind!!

I like this Starbucks it sits in the springfield Plaza. the staff is nice and I've been comming here after work for the past few weeks because it's across the street from my son's BB practice. the staff is very friendly and it is nice and cozy in here where you can relax and enjoy your coffee. they make great drinks here and they are always willing to redo your drinks if it is not to your liking. read more

Drink and service was fine. I had work to do and music was too loud and it was freezing inside!! everyone was shivering and a couple people trying to work left cause it was too cold. best starbucks in the field. baristas are extremely friendly. the drinks they make are ALWAYS delicious.

I'm honestly disappointed with this Starbucks. I think Gina J. wrote an excellent review that mimics my review of this Starbucks. It's rush hour I'm trying to get my coffee and get back on the road..there's a line out the door and there is one person ringing up, one person walking around looking like she's busy and one person making drinks. How about the one person looking like she is busy get on the register instead of ignoring all of us people in the line and take some orders! It took me 15 minutes to get a venti bold. By the time I got up to the register I wanted to scream at all of them. I know this isn't my home town of Seattle but can I get some darn customer service? Can I get someone in this store to show some urgency?! I have gone to this location 3 times and I can tell you that on each and every occasion it's the same thing..one person jumping on and off the register when the line is out the door! As I was in line another woman showed up to work but she showed no urgency in trying to get the situation under control either. I have written a review on Starbucks.com as well. Please work on your customer service Starbucks on Old Keene Mill Road..you are considered my Nordstrom's for coffee but are slowly loosing my R-E-S-P-E-C-T! As I started typing this I lowered the rating from 2 stars to 1..grrr! read more

Excellent service and they always make their customers feel welcome. They prepare my family and I's beverage orders just as how we would like without hesitance, and keep the store clean and organized. Best Starbucks in the area! read more

This is one of the Starbucks I least visit. The service can be okay sometimes but not always. Sometimes they have forgotten to make my drinks. They usually "clean up" about an hour and a half before closing so by the time you get there, they don't have any pastries. It's one of the only Starbucks that does this. Every other Starbucks cleans up about 15 minutes before but will get you things from the back and if they don't then it's understandable since its closing time. But for this location, it's just them wanting to get out of there before they even close. Therefore I don't recommend this place unless you're right next to it. I usually drive out to the 2nd nearest location just to avoid the lack of pastries. read more

Olivia and her crew are the nicest hardest workers I've met. Here's looking at you kid.

I was on my way to work yesterday and I highly was disappointed at the Caucasian guy that worked at cash at register and the Hispanic guy that worked on the coffee line. They had forgot about my small drink I had ordered. It was the tall holiday chestnut praline latte. Anyway, I step off to the restroom for about 5 minutes to come back and discover that every customer besides myself received their items. I had to ask about mine and was disappointed that I was forgotten about. I almost demanded to receive my latte for free. I did deserve my drink for free I highly believe. Taking care of every single customer is great customer service. I work in this field myself! I ended up asking for a refund because if I would have waited, I would have been late to work. I was like really? I was trying to refrain from writing a review but I have to because since I work next door, I'll know I'll try to come back and reorder. This cannot happen again to me. This happened between 4:15pm yesterday and 4:30pm. Smh. Please talk to your your employees! read more
