Excellent Starbucks location near the highway. We met up with friends in the area. Friendly and comfortable ambiance and seating. Professional and friendly staff, they were patient with my brother who was hard of hearing. The cappuccino and latte were tasty and just right amount of espresso! This is one of the best Starbucks I've been to. Ample seating for groups of different sizes from 1-12. I interacted with three employees in my time working here. All of them were knowledgeable about the products, friendly, and happy to talk. I had the Iced Matcha with Lavender Cold foam. This March special is a definite favorite of mine. Just wish it A) wasn't so dang expensive ($7.50 for this medium drink) and B) could be unsweetened. read more

Popped in here on a a Sunday evening and it was quite busy!! There was no line but plenty of people in the buck working, studying or just catching up. The amount of seating at this location is plentiful. Dino greeted me at the counter and took my drink request. He also made my Caramel Macchiato, which was fabulous and included all my asks and edits. Service was quick and the wait was minimal making this location a good one to stop at. Finding it can be a little tricky if you are not familiar with the shopping center. It's kinda tucked away on a side piece of the center. read more

There's a variety of seating ranging from leather reading chairs to various sizes of tables. There's a reasonable number of plugs in case you need to charge up. It's not a very large Starbucks, so if it's crowded it's hard to move. Bathrooms are unisex and clean. There are changing tables for babies in both restrooms. A bit smaller than the average Starbucks but otherwise everything you'd expect from this chain. read more

This is my go-to Starbucks location to study in! It is very spacious and there are a lot of outlets as well for those who need to charge up their devices while studying. This location gets plenty of sunlight. The drinks are always made well and to my liking. I usually order online and just pick up my drink so I don't really know what the cashier interactions are like. I know there is a worker shortage and it's impacting all of us but the service at this location could use some work. I was there yesterday afternoon and the young kid that took my order was great but the other two behind the counter could use some customer service training. Took them forever to get my grande chai tea latte. I asked the young lady and she wouldn't even acknowledge me. The guy who was making the drinks mumbled something under his breath when I asked him. We didn't order any drinks there instead we stopped by for what we thought would be a quick trip to pick up a gift card for a friend's birthday. Unfortunately the people in front of us and the barista thought it was a reunion of sorts. They spent a few minutes chatting and catching up without paying any mind to customers behind them. When the person who was making the drinks asked me what I wanted to order, when I said I was there for a gift card I was then told the person at the register would help me. Uhh ok, but they're having a meeting of the minds with the customer ahead of me (that's what I thought). This has happened to me at other Starbucks which can be a bit frustrating. I'm all about being friendly with your regular customers etc. but my only request in general is that the employees should be mindful of the customers in line behind them. I mean really its fine to want to chat and catch up but at least do that when you don't have others waiting. Located next door to Jason's Deli, this Starbucks is very spacious, with an abundance of tables and four large overstuffed chairs for really relaxing. The staff was very efficient and pleasant. Place was clean and comfortable. I have seen it when it's too crowded, but the night I was there it was almost empty. Just a few people scattered around, enough to make it lively. This is a pretty solid Starbucks. It's in a busy shopping center, but the wait times are typically under control and the employees are friendly. The store itself is clean and has a good amount of seating, including a long table, which is good for having a quick meeting without feeling crowded. It could use a few more power outlets, but I think that's a slight on every Starbucks location. It's located on the end of the shopping center, so its easy to drive to without needing to navigate through a lot of parking lots. There's outdoor seating, which is nice. This location doesn't have a drive-thru but I'm okay with that. I feel like those cause a lot of extra congestion and I rarely use them anyway. I've come here during snow storm power outages for a coffee and a cell phone recharge and they've been open for business. read more

I ordered two tall nitros, the fastest drink since it's literally on tap. Waited 25 minutes to receive them. And, after i asked twice for an update. The store was a little bit busy, but when I used to work at Starbucks we would always prioritize the drinks with only one step or no additives so we could just get them out of the way. Nonetheless this is an unacceptable waiting period for even a complicated drink!! And i would not be writing a review if this was the first time something like this has happened here. I once waited 15 mins for a pink drink when there were 3 customers in the store. 3. I have no clue what on Earth is wrong with the management here but I've never been to a starbucks with such little urgency in my life. I used to whip out drinks in seconds because that's what was expected of us, and our store was actually slammed for hours at a time. Don't waste your time here. It went there 2 Saturday's ago and the line was crazy long. I was patient and I waited. I got to the order screen (which was broken), waited and did not hear anyone. I assumed it was broken because no one said, "Please hold" or "I will be with you shortly". I finally make it to the window after waiting 30 minutes in line (not exaggerating). I excitedly asked the young lady if they have peppermint mocha. She said yes, but then proceeded to tell me that I need to go back in the drive through line again because we do not take orders in the window because of how busy it is. I explained that I had waited and that no one came to take my order. Poor customer service! Get that you are busy, but could have handled the situation a lot better. read more

The past week was the worst week of the pandemic and this store is dangerously packed with people. I counted nineteen people in this small space. Make a line outside so that people inside can stay safe. If that is not possible, you need to shut down your in person seating again, because the virus is dramatically worse than it was the last time you did it. That's scary. Your fatigue as a company does not excuse endangering people's lives. Your staff and your customers should be important enough that you can line them up where they will be safe. Human beings naturally want to be where it's warm. But packing a bunch of breathing people into a small warm space virtually guarantees every uninfected customer will come home sick. Here at INOVA we've intubated patients who swore the only places they went were Starbucks and the grocery store. This is the most frequented Starbucks in the area. Let's not make Starbucks a vector of infection six months before the entire community gets vaccinated. It would be awful to sicken or kill so many people over the holidays. read more

I am only giving this store 4 stars because the employees there are wonderful and deserve some recognition but the manager there needs to work on his customer service. Jonathan is always working hard and is always good for a joke! Kevan has such a great attitude towards everyone, you can't find another like her! Katie is awesome to talk to and her store signs always look fantastic! Adam is always greeting me and making sure I have a good experience. Zel seems to always make my drinks better than anyone else there! Joe is always good for an interesting conversation and and a good laugh! Alex keeps the morning line moving better than anyone else I have seen, he really deserves a promotion for all his hard work!!! And Erin is going to be greatly missed when she leaves in a few weeks! I have been going to this location for well over a year now and I am there at least once a day if not two or three times. I have only one fairly big complaint about this store. The store manager, Val, is extremely awkward and rude. An incident occurred this past week where I was literally scolded in front of employees and other customers for my specialty drink order, told I couldn't do that anymore, and then found out later that what I had actually ordered was fine! Why would you treat a customer that way! He has always been rude and has even snapped at me for just saying goodbye to an employee before. He needs to be taught customer service because this is unacceptable from my point of view and I have worked customer service for almost 12 years, including a Starbucks! read more

Probably my most favorite Starbucks so far! Lived next to it for 5 years and this was my spot to work at our to mingle with friends. It's very spacious and well maintained, clean and well organized. Has many chairs and arm chairs and several tables outside. You can hang out there for hours and just work. The staff is always friendly and fast. In all these years, they maybe have gotten my order wrong twice, and I consider that normal as we are all just human. It can get super busy in there since it is a very popular spot (especially around lunch and after work hours). I just wish I could find a coffee shop like this one day that it is away from busy streets and parking lots... near a park. Ha! Can you imagine how awesome that would be? Popular and busy location but they are always on top of their game! Located next to Jason's Deli at the corner of Fair Lakes shopping center. Parking can also be a pain with people coming in and out at that busy intersection. I've never had to wait a "long time" for a drink especially for the amount of people there at once. Drinks come out pretty fast and mine have always been accurate and delicious. Always clean and employees are super nice. Good job Fair Lakes, keep it up! read more

Haven't had the experience of the user below. This is one of the larger Starbucks in the area, and any lack of seating is due to the popularity of the location. I haven't had any problems with anything being dirty and I always see the staff cleaning up. I'm not really pleased with this Starbucks. First of all, the service was incredibly slow - it wasn't during peak hours, and there were only a few people in line, so what's the issue? But here's my main issue: there were all young people working there. Now, I'm young myself and have no problem with people my age, but the lack of professionalism absolutely astounded me.
