Owner claims she only sells large size and charge customers for large, even if customer only wants medium, forcing high price.

Don't come here. They don't need your money. BOTH the owner and store products are HORRIBLE. Came here two times only and issues both times. I urge you to stop coming here. Teas are watered down, no flavors (first time experience, you won't know unless you tried elsewhere). Also, they only sell ONE size -- large (second time experience). If you want Medium cup, they should give you large with medium's price since it is THEM who decided to sell only large. Don't force the customer to pay more. Called the owner and she said it's franchise approved because it's in a non-traditional location as it's inside a mall. It's NOT inside a mall (see pic). She is a lier. Other location in the area is ALSO in a same exact type of mall and they sell medium and large. Owner was quick in her response with her tongue and told me to go make complains if I wanted to, instead of seeing the issue from the customers lenses. The tone was close to -- don't like it, don't come here. When a business doesn't see it from the customers side, people stop going. And I'll stop going.

    Cocoa Cream Wow Milk Cap

This is the third time they made my drink wrong. The last two times my cocoa cream wow milk cap came without milk cap. This time I ordered no ice and my cup came with full of ice. Please pay attention to what you make

Finally a Kung fu tea in the area! They opened a few weeks ago, and I've already been here four times since. Each time I come, the service is professional, and I never feel like I'm waiting too long for my drink(s). The dine-in area is fun and playful. It's a little small, but for something like a bubble tea place, you wouldn't expect a full on seating table area. There's just enough seats for a few couples to dine and a few people to wait comfortably for their drinks. All in all I'm really happy with this place and so glad that it's near my house!

I'm so glad that they opened KFT here ! I didn't have to drive any where else to get KFT from now on because I live in manassas and sometimes I would often drive to Centreville or somewhere else for KFT. I'm just so glad they finally opened it here. Even when before KFT opened here, it was this orange monkey bubble tea place but they replaced it to KFT, and I know everyone loves KFT. A wise choice they made to replace it. The inside of the place looks cozy and is great for a small social setting. Will most likely come back.

Tea is good quality over all, however I saw this sign and this whole tipping is getting out of control. You shouldn't make a customer feel forced to tip for something that's already part of their job, nor make them feel guilty for not doing so.

Finally they have open the location in manassas! I've been waiting for years! So glad it is here. I have no reasons to get bubble tea from anywhere else in manassas but here. Really nice staffs and cashiers except the bi*chy older lady who seems like a manager or who controls this location is just so rude and mean to the staffs. Please drink responsibly because this is so addicting!

Arielle has been there the last two times we've been with my six year old niece- she was helpful and explained what my niece was getting, step by step, despite the line being long, we got great service and walked through the process we've been raving about since! Fantastic service by everyone and delicious drinks! Clean and fast

This Location not only serve one size of drink but the price they have on the board is $1.55 more than what is posted on the menu. When I ask the cashier why is she charging more and additional more than what is posted on the board. She said she has no control over it and the system is designed to charge medium size so they have to add more for large. Which is understandable but if you posted that large is $5.95 and you ringing up$6.80 plus additional $0.70 that is deceiving customer. And the cashier mentioned that the owner knows about it but have not made an any changes. The owner is just love lying and stealing from customers. Yes is is a few dollars but the customer works hard for it and I bet the owner doesn't even pay their staff enough.

    Thai milk tea

Newest Kung fu tea location in the area and pretty standard like the other ones - so it's just as great! My favorite bubble tea drink is Thai Milk Tea, and unfortunately looks like Kung fu tea has stopped serving it. HOWEVER, this location still has it! It is the only location that still serves Thai tea. I have checked Springfield, both locations in Tysons, and Centreville and none of them serve it anymore. You won't see it on menu, so have to ask for it. Drinks are delicious, fast and friendly service, and does not get overly crowded. Love it!

    Where is the milk cap?
    Gio R.

The people that work there should read the labels and make sure that they add all the toppings. More than once I have not gotten the milk cap on my order.

Very good! I destroyed the drink in like 5 minutes . The cashier was very nice and gave good conversation.

After parking around the corner and figuring out the correct sidewalk, I was amazed at how spacious Jirani is with plenty options for gathering, including outside tables, shared lobby spaces, and tucked-away booths in the back. Even though we chatted a while before ordering, no one pressured us to buy something in order to stay. I decided to try a hot chai with oat milk and a cinnamon scone. Both were quite delicious, and they even offered to warm the pastry for me. The chai had a lot of flavor and paired very well with the cinnamon. We ended up staying there for a couple hours, and the back booth was perfect to spread out for our planning session. I wouldn't hesitate to return here the next time I need to be in the area. It's perfect to grab a bite and get things done solo or with a group!

My issue is the food. It's just not very good. Drinks are inconsistent. The kids behind the counter are fine but really have minimal social skills. And the meals, whether it's an egg sandwich or a bagel with cream cheese, are tasteless. There's no pizazz. Nothing that makes me want to go there for breakfast. It also takes a long time to get your food.

The default vanilla latte isn't overly sweet, which is good. The regular latte is pretty well pulled. Not over extracted, but a little too much milk for my preference. My wife had an English muffin with an egg. It tasted as good as a 2 ingredient dish could taste. Or at least those 2 ingredients. My raspberry crumble was also good, but could have used more raspberry. I prefer to taste the raspberry as the predominant flavor and in this bar it was a bit masked by the crumble. Still enjoyable though. It's a bit tight inside and typical of an independent coffee shop. Wooden floors and something to look at wherever you turn. Definitely a decent place to grab a cup of coffee if you are in old town. We haven't been here in the evening, it they do have a decent beer list for later in the day.

We usually stop by every other week as my kids and husband are getting their haircut at the old town man cave. It is definitely a staple in old town, Manassas. The service is always amazing. The ambience is amazing because it's decorated with local artists and letting them sell their designs in the shop. It's the perfect little hometown right here in old town.

An assortment of flavors, from red velvet and sourdough, to cream filled. It was this latter where Texas stands out: they can fill it with a variety of fillings using a machine on every stoners wish list: it injects the donut with flavors. I got two chocolate glazed filled with Bavarian, and whitw creme, and a long john of Bavarian. The cream fillings were great, no trouble there. The donuts were.. different. Donuts have that progression, from air filled Krispy Kreme, to dense cake donuts, and used hockey pucks left over from 1987 Duncan Donuts. I like the airy kind, not so much as Krispy because that's too thin, but something with heft, but air pockets. Texas rides the line between pockets of air and density, and what it tasted like is that they had been airy at one point, but those pockets collapsed on themselves creating a hybrid airy/dense donut. Tasty, but not top of my list. That spot still belongs to Duck Donuts. It's possible the Texas donuts I had were sitting out a bit, or the creme filling caused a collapse of the internal donut structure. I'm not sure but I will go back to try the denser varieties to be sure. Very nice employees, calm and clean interior. Parking is tough, on a hill in tight spots, or down around the hill and climb some stairs.
