    House milk tea
    Kyle N.

Cool place, their house milk tea is ok; tea little on the strong side, and boba lacked flavor a little bit. I want to give it another shot and try something else.

To right of counter - merch for purchase. Can see macarons and other treats available

Came here for the grand opening today ! No restrooms available , and seating available at a table for 6, table near the window for 2 and bar seats at the window for about 4 people. There's plenty of parking in the lot out front. I got the Oreo c&c brown sugar milk tea, with light ice, which was delicious ! The staff is so nice and despite it being the grand opening, the service was quick. They also offered free Korean sushi samples for the grand opening which was a nice touch. It seemed the staff was communicating and working efficiently, so kudos to them and hopefully they can keep it up!

Kokee Tea has arrived in Centreville! Kokee is known for their tasty milk teas and fruit teas, and now you can stop by their new location in Sully Station next to the Planet Fitness. In addition to the bubble tea, they also sell a variety of baked goods including macarons and croffles. This area really needed a new boba shop, so it's great to have them now! The staff is super friendly and drinks were made very fast (despite the fact that it was the grand opening and there were a lot of people in line!) There's a few spots to sit inside, too.

So excited for another Kokee location. Kokee is definitely one of my favorite tea places in our area. You can tell they do not use powders and brew their tea fresh. Love the variety of teas that they offer from milk teas to fresh fruit teas. They also offer non-caffeinated options for kids as well.

I got the coffee based one it's amazing; not too strong and not overwhelmingly sweet. The service was quick and polite staff. It's a very clean area. Tho the tv can be a bit loud

Boba's texture-perfect. Drinks are well made but they don't ask if you want less sugar or ice like other places. And if you're not aware that you're able to request the sweetness or level of ice, etc then the drinks tend to be on the sweeter side. The place is new and perhaps overtime, this can be something that the team can consistently offer to their customers. Their macarons are also yummy. I've tried the pistachio and mocha and would get those again. Place is simple and well kept. Cute little Boba tea spot in the Westfield/Sully Centreville area.

Waste of money. I didn't like it at all, bubble tea tastes nothing to me. I will never go this place again.

The boba isn't bad, and the decor is nice, but the staff can be rude and short. The waffles are old and dry, and the place has an odd smell.

I love Kokee tea. They use real tea, not powdered drink mix. If you like real milk tea this spot is it

Overall, it's sweet but an absolute must-get -- somehow the croffle stays super crispy despite being absolutely drenched in Nutella. The tiramisu snow, on the other hand, didn't quite hit the same. It was topped with chocolate ice cream, which I actually think hurt the dish. The snow itself is super soft and fluffy, but paired with the rich chocolate ice cream, it made the snow taste almost icy in comparison. Separately, the snow is great -- together, not my favorite combo. I also tried the Thai tea with bubbles, just to sample their drinks. Unfortunately, the bubbles weren't the texture I like, and the Thai tea had an artificial taste. I ordered it less sweet (I usually prefer my drinks a lot less sweet than standard), but after the sugar overload from the other desserts, it just wasn't enjoyable. I'd definitely come back for the croffle and to try their "ade" drinks, but I'm not sure I'd get the snow again.

When my husband and I…read morewent to the self ordering kiosk, we noticed a very pungent sewage smell in the hallway area. The floor was also very sticky. We ordered the Greentea Mochi Snowflake and were pretty disappointed. I was hoping that the green tea flavor would be more of a matcha flavor but that wasn't the case. I like the taste of green tea so I wouldn't have minded but the bingsu was so sweet, I could barely taste any green tea flavor. The best part about the bingsu was the corn flakes and mochi bits but I don't even like corn flakes. The portion was pretty generous and could easily be shared with 2-3 people, which would be nice if the bingsu was actually good. We ended up only eating less than half of it. Would I go back? : Definitely not. I've never had a bad bingsu before and unfortunately this will be the first. We ended up going to Chateau de Chantilly Cafe afterwards because of how unsatisfied we were with our experience.

They also gave us a free cookie item, which was a nice touch and showed how great their customer service is. The drinks themselves were pretty sweet--I usually prefer around 30%--and the menu feels more like "milk with toppings" rather than a true milk tea selection. Overall, really friendly service, but the drinks leaned sweeter and milk-forward than expected.

We've gone here several times throughout the past few months and even my husband has become a fan (he even has his "go to" drink with customizations too). Sue me, but I actually don't order any of the "tiger sugar" signature drinks. I'm a fan of the black AND green tea lattes but when I'm craving for something tangy, I go for the lemon oolong tea (get the oolong jelly too!). They have about 2-3 non-caffeinated drinks if that's your jam as well. There are a variety of toppings (pearls, boba, jellies, etc.) and you can also modify your ice and sweetness levels for most drinks. There's also the option to order through their machine along with the register. There's some seating and the shop itself isn't too big so it can get crowded during peak hours. I'm happy to have Tiger Sugar as one of our drink rotations in this area!
