They always skip or cancel the screen before I can enter my phone number for rewards. This time, I had to specifically ask them to stop so I could enter it. 2. My hands down favorite place to get an Ube Smoothie. It's a rich flavor, finely blended where the liquid smoothly comes through the straw. Call Me Ube is a must try and I'd highly recommend doing 50% sweetness or 75% so you can have the perfect balance of flavor. I typically find myself going out my way just to swing by for an Ube Smoothie. Just a heads up, smoothies typically take a bit longer to come out since it's made in the kitchen and not in the front of the shop. Inside the shop, there are very comfy seats that remind me of sitting in a Cadillac due to the material. Went grocery shopping at Giant and just couldnt stop myself from getting a milk tea here. They offer 10% off if you online order which is awesome for a broke girl like me. The QR code with the 10% coupon can be found right at the entrance; just make sure you select the correct location! I ordered their signature TeaDM Milk Tea which is my favorite and the only thing I ever get here. I have tried other drinks but nothing will beat the TeaDM Milk Tea. I like to get mine with regular sweetness (probably could go to 75% next time but who doesnt love a good sugary drink) and with coffee jelly as toppings. Perfect combo. Another bubble tea place! If you want a photo op, they have a giant bubble tea prop inside! What else is different about this bubble tea place from the others? They have a twisted stairway to the second floor? It's a good place to hang out and talk. The staff worked fast and my drink came out quickly. Hmm, what else? I don't know. I got the average coffee bubble tea. It's an acceptable bubble tea joint if you're in the area. It's not a place you should drive far to check out. The parallel parking out front will be challenging. Came to TeaDM for some boba tea. My go to order is the sea salt coffee OG with coffee jelly and honey boba. I ordered two; one to drink later so I asked for no ice. This is what I got. It's shocking that more than half the cup would have been ice, and only about it a third is the actual drink. The quality of the boba is always good, and the ambiance nice. The Green Thai Tea was pretty good, but tasted kind of similar to a normal Thai Tea. I liked the Honey Boba, it was prepared well. Had the drink on a rainy evening with a friend, so the view from the upstairs lounge was very nice. Our drinks were prepared very quickly, as it wasn't very crowded at the time. Really nice Boba Shop in Fairfax. This is easier to get to versus going to Eden Center in Seven Corners but would I stop here often for Boba? Probably not but it's a very good location around some really good restaurants to visit too. I went here on a slow afternoon, I would have opted for some really strong Sea Salt Coffee but I was craving something Matcha. It's always the Matcha drinks that get me. I got that along side with Honey Boba for an extra charge and that was it. The drink was good, but I finished it a lot faster than I was hoping for.. maybe I should just not drink when I'm scrolling through social media... Walking in, it's very trendy with fake leather seats and a blue lighting. The blue lighting did make it difficult to seat the color of the tea though. I actually have never been to Tea DM but have always had their boba's delivered or a friend has picked up my drinks for me. I really enjoy their milk tea based series and their red Thai tea is now one of my favorites. It truly tasted like a Thai iced tea that isn't overly sweet but well balanced. It was pretty quiet when we arrived, but after an hour it got pretty packed. There is a little seating area upstairs and a handful of seats by the register. I ordered the Green Thai Milk Tea. I really like how their ice is crushed into mini pieces so you can get your drink cold without losing out on the quantity of drink. Also, as the ice melts it does not water your drink down too much. Glad TeaDM is spreading out with several locations. I was craving a non-caffeine tea and was suggested the Mango Snow. It was absolutely disgusting! The flavor combination and texture was not appealing at all. I would not recommend this drink to anyone. I immediately threw it out after a couple tries. Drink came out wrong. I ordered Tango mango with mango bubbles, but as shown on the photo the drink was pink, which is obviously not right and tasted like strawberry. They have a sign inside of a QR code that gives 10% discount. I didn't see that it is one time only and tried to make an order of strawberry snow with strawberry jelly on mobile, but failed, so I used kiosk and changed my order to tango mango with mango jelly. Although the sticker on the boba says Tango Mango with mango jelly, but I am thinking they somehow mixed up the order and served strawberry snow with mango jelly. I also always find this place taking really long time making drinks. It could be because there are a lot of people coming, but still it takes about 15-20mins to get a drink even during weekday evening.
