I wasnt crazy for it. The drinks were ok too. The employees were nice and patient. The cafe was themed like a kawaii medieval times. It's a cozy place to hang for those that live near by. My family and I decided to check out Boba Knight after a competitor down the street happened to not have a specific ingredient we like in our drinks. The pivot proved to be fortuitous, as the drinks here were excellent and creative. In addition to the classic milk and fruit teas, Boba Knight serves Vietnamese coffee drinks with various unique toppings like ube cream as well as cool creations like a crème brulee taro latte. All three of us enjoyed our teas/coffees, which were made even sweeter with a buy two get one free offer. Special mention should be made for the cashier/barista, who patiently answered our questions and helpfully explained the menu despite being the only employee in a busy store. Stopped by and really enjoyed it here! The Ha Noi coffee was delicious, rich and flavorful, and I tried it with coffee jelly, which made it even better. The Thai iced tea was also great, strong and creamy just how it should be. The smoothie/slushy was tasty but definitely on the sweeter side (they could probably skip the whipped cream). The banh mi had a bit of a heavy pate layer, but overall it was still really good. Would definitely come back for the coffee and drinks, welcoming new owners with good flavors all around! Not for us! They hardly give any toppings and the tea tastes very bitter. It's also not cool in my opinion to not offer the specials online only to show up to see them advertised on the door. I love trying new boba shops and passed by this shop I have never been before. I got a fruit tea and milk tea to try and both were great! The fruit tea was sweet and refreshing while the milk tea had a great milky flavor, but you could still taste the tea. Fun, cozy little video game/pop culture themed spot for boba (and now food, too!) The workers are friendly and kind. They were more than okay with my rowdy kids who wanted to play air hockey all night. We put in a food and drink order and it came in about 15 minutes. Just enough time for my daughter to trounce her lil bro in three full rounds of hockey. All of the seating is high top, so if you have little kids who haven't mastered their balance, it's something to consider. Mine did okay. My daughter wanted the avocado onigiri, and it was great! $5 too, so a decent deal. I want to try the spam one. I do not know how to open them despite having watched my husband play many hours of Yakuza. I guess I'll have to Google it for next time... I was skeptical of how good the pho could be since it's a place that doesn't really specialize it, but I actually thought it was pretty good. Nice flavor if broth, came with all the usual fixings (except jalapeño). It came with two different cuts of meat and meatballs. I like thinner sliced meat than they had, but my kids ate every piece I didn't. The barbecue pork banh mi was pretty good. It had the usual things on it, and the bbq pork was sweeter than typical banh mi. We also got a passion fruit sparkling soda and it was great! Not too sweet. They were offering one free boba with the purchase of two. The manner in which they were preparing it led us to believe it would be truly special and flavorful. However, when my daughter and I tried it, we found it tasted as if someone had mixed gluten into the milk. There was no flavor, no taste whatsoever; it seemed as though the jellies/bobas had been made a long time ago and had lost their texture and taste. I have been to Boba Knight twice and I must say it is very meh. Either I ordered the wrong drinks or there's just nothing special about this place. Conveniently located close to so many eateries, they weren't busy the times I went so I didn't have to wait for my drink more than 2 minutes. Nothing really stood out on their menu and the staff didn't seem eager to offer any suggestions. I have tried their jasmine and sakura milk teas. Both drinks were just alright, definitely not worth the price tag. They weren't terrible but with so many other options for bubble tea in the area, I'll probably skip this one. read more

Boba Knight is a new Boba Place that opened back in January. It's offers Boba Tea along with a few other additions that help this place stand out. They also have Sugarcane Drinks & Galaxy Sodas which I are a rare commodity in the area. Rarely I see anyone making Sugarcane drinks around here unless you go to Eden Center. They also have Taiyaki here too which is great and they are planning to introduce more too. The decor is also nice and tables you can sit are small but it's enough to have a big crowd in here. Their mascot is a cute cat/tiger as a knight. That's enough for me to come back. From Milk to Fruit Tea you can choose your toppings along with how much sugar and ice level you'd like your drink to be at. Personally the less ice for me, the better as you get more drink out of it. But I understand if people want something really refreshing. That's just up to preference at this point. I got the Seasonal Drink which was the La Vie En Rose Milk Tea. It's a drink made with Rose, Jasmine Tea, and Strawberry Jelly. The drink was sweet and I think I should have asked for less sugar but it still good none less. My first and only experience was "A-OK" - I would definitely try this boba shop again, but it's definitely not my first or second pick for Boba in Fairfax. They recently just opened, so hopefully giving them some time will be good, to tweak their drinks a bit. The shop is small and cozy, decorated with a lot of anime stickers and cartoon stickers. They still have their christmas tree up, and it makes it feel a bit "homier" ? They have about 4 table tops and 2 benches by the wall for seating. Taro Milk Tea: 2 of 5: the taro tasted flat, no taro taste. Peach Green Tea: 3 of 5 : not my favorite, but it tasted better than the taro Brown Sugar Milk Tea: 4 of 5 : probably my favorite drink that we tried that day, except it was extremely sweet. I would definitely ask for probably half the sugar. Rosy Delight: 2 of 5 : I can't remember how it tasted, but I remember that I did not enjoy it.. They also offer sugar cane drinks and food items- if I'm ever back in that shopping center, I'll stop by to try one of those instead. read more

The drinks here were so-so, nothing memorable. The sweetness level is NOT overly sweet at baseline, so be cautious about ordering less sugar if you're accustomed to that with other places. This may have been partly why we weren't impressed with our orders. Went during the day midweek and the store was empty. Cute decor, clean and bright store. There was only 1 person working, taking orders/cashier and preparing the order. We had 5 drinks ordered and an egg puff waffle. They were out of the pandan and ube waffles we'd wanted to try. BF and I got a black milk tea with boba and it was delicious! The flavor was great and the boba pearls were soft and chewy. Some pearls were too dense, but still good. Not a fan of the ambiance/interior design - it felt cold and lackluster. I wouldn't hang out here, but for my to-go purposes, it's fine. Boba Knight is finally open! It's now in a super convenient spot so after you eat Korean bbq, pizza, seafood, or sushi... you can stop by with your "saved dessert stomach" for some boba! They're currently doing their soft opening until January 7th, but their menu will be extended afterwards with things such as Sugar Cane juice and some coffee drinks. The interior is super nice (lots of anime/ cute decor) and their drinks are super tasty. I opted for their kumquat green tea drink with aloe, and it was super tasty and reminded me a bit of a salted lemonade drink at the same time. I'm a boba enthusiast and can confirm this a top tier shop! Very convenient location, so on my way to work I frequently stop by for a pick-me-up. I'm a tea person while my partner is a coffee person, and it can be hard to find a place that does both well. But Boba Knight achieves that for sure! Tonight was my first Boba tea and it was amazingly refreshing. I got the passion fruit tea with lychee gelatin. The owners were so nice. I plan to go back tomorrow for egg coffee which is a version of tea from his home town in their country. Very enjoyable refreshment and affordable. read more

So the first time I ever went here it was not the best experience. I got the wintermelon tea with cream cheese foam. I did not like the taste and it took almost twenty minutes but this was because they had to remake it because they had a problem with the machine or something. Nonetheless, the times after have been great! I like their brown sugar milk tea with the boba. The workers are always nice and they always look like they're working hard to get the drinks out. The place itself is small and very minimalist with the decorations, but they're cute. They have only been open for a short while so I'm sure that's to change. Mixed experience here. Green Thai tea and jasmine milk tea were good. Matcha slush was hard to drink and wintermelon was ok. Boba was a little on the mushy side one day but good on another. The bread on the banhmi lacked the crustiness which I'm used to experiencing (not a big deal) but flavor wise it was ok but not something I'd be excited to order again. Service was good and reasonable. For the clover app for the buy 5 get 1 free, its really nice that its buy 5 get 1 free but it would have been nice if they told you upfront that the free drink is only for the bubble tea menu section.
