Very good banana matcha. Very flavor felt and strong as well even with less sugar. Overall vibe felt cozy and relaxing. Would stop by and go again.
LOVED this place!!! The concept is pretty cool, who isn't obsessed with matcha at the moment? And what better way to indulge yourself than with sampling a few different matcha teas all at once. We opted for a sampler for 2 people, and it could have easily been shared between more. I was definitely sugar/caffeine high after the tasting. The standout for me was the coconut matcha! Absolutely delicious and the perfect balance without it being to sweet. Seating can be limited and we did have a hard time finding parking in the lot over the weekend. Service was nice and attentive. Overall a great experience!
Definitely a topper for best matcha lattes in Northern VA/DMV. Located in an unassuming area, but spacious and inviting on the inside. I need to come back for the matcha flight and exploring Vietnamese coffees (especially that egg one). Quick service and kind staff that answered my questions and helped me decide which drink to get. Got their most popular, Ube Matcha and it did not disappoint- it's quite sweet despite asking for less sugar, but it's a treat that's worth it. The Ube flavor is strong which I liked, but the matcha flavor is strong as well thankfully. Definitely check this place out for all caffeine lovers!
My friend was craving for matcha and I wanted something fruity so we stopped by Drip since they have both! - Coco Blush -- so refreshing + reminds me of the pink drink at starbucks The interior has a decent amount of seating to work or hang out. The service was good after work on a weekday and the staff were friendly offering recommendations.
Cute Vietnamese cafe in the area. They have a bunch of innovative drink such as pandan latte and ube matcha. The drinks were made quickly and efficiently and the cashier was helpful when recommending some of their popular drinks. The interior is super cute as well and they have some of their own merch you can purchase. The drinks were super tasty!

If you enjoy ube and matcha, this drink is for you! Service was great, with the staff happily answering my questions about their drinks. There's a good amount of tables to enjoy your beverage/baked goods at. Plenty of parking in the lot out front of the store.
Came to get the matcha flight and I enjoyed overall! My fav to least fav were the regular matcha latte, the ube, the coco, and then the strawberry matcha. They were all kind of a little too sweet for me, so I preferred the regular one the best. Seemingly went when it was getting crowded with bad parking, people fighting for tables, on a Saturday.
This cafe took the place of the old ben gong. We tried coffee and kumquat drinks - both were good. Always appreciate a cafe where you can fully adjust your sweetness level. The interior is not very large/not many seats. We will definitely want to try the matcha flight one day.
There is a reason this coffee shop is rated almost 5 stars. For me it definitely is the best coffee I have had in the northern va area. I don't even live close to it but try to get it as much as I can lol. All of the baristas are so friendly. Because I have been there so often they know me now and know my drink :) The shop inside is super cute and aethestic. They offer seasonal drinks and every one that I have tried was really good . I have tried almost all of their drinks and have nothing bad to say. The ingredients they use are high quality and you can taste it in the drinks. They offer matcha flights as well and whenever I walk in I see plenty of people enjoying them so I know it's a big hit. I will also say they go over the top for customer service. My two year old got a pastry on one of our visits and ended up having an allergic reaction. The owner was so sweet. He reached out to me via text and also provided all of the ingredients listed so that we could figure out what she reacted to. Great customer service and amazing drinks. I am definitely a regular here :)
This is hands down one of my FAVORITE cafes in NOVA. This Vietnamese gem is know for their espresso drinks but I went to try their viral matcha flight and let me tell you, it was so worth it. Coming in at $23, I consider this a really good deal. The flight had a variety of flavors like coco matcha cloud, ube matcha, strawberry matcha and the regular matcha. All were soooo good! I went a little early, right when they opened on a Sunday and it wasn't very busy, however it started to get pretty busy around 10:30/11. The service here is amazing, the girls at check out are really nice and doesn't feel like they are judging you. The ambiance here is pretty nice as well. It's quiet but as it got busier, it was a bit loud and bustling. Overall, super clean cafe. Delicious drinks. Great service. Definitely will have to return to try their espresso drinks. The matcha was a 5/5 for me.

There teas were too sweet for me and the matcha didn't taste like ceremonial level. I love a good ceremonial grade matcha because you truly can taste the difference. Ordered: Strawberry matcha Ube matcha Not a large spot but has WiFi and seats. The staff were kind and it's a very chill spot.

I've come here several times just for the matcha flight and it HITS every time! The matcha flight includes 4 drinks: matcha latte, strawberry matcha latte, coco matcha cloud, and ube matcha cloud. I personally think the ube matcha cloud is the best but the others are great too! The strawberry flavor could be a bit stronger though. While they have gone viral for the matcha drinks, that's not the only thing they offer. They have a wide range of coffee and tea drinks that are also solid! The coffee flight is also really great! Definitely worth a visit if you're in Annandale. read more

I'm kinda confused - I've been wanting to try this spot for a while so I popped in yesterday. There was a cute sign on the door that boldly declared, "Spring Drinks." A personal pet peve is seeing out of season decorations... I have enough trouble knowing what day it is, but upon careful reflection, I verified that it is not spring currently (Sept 10), was not most recently spring, and will not be spring next. Perhaps I should have turned around right there. When I ordered, I asked for a matcha latte with less sweetener. I assumed I was ordering a hot drink, as she didn't ask if I wanted it hot or cold - I always assume hot is the default, so that's on me. I was a little shocked to see the price was $7.50 and when I declined a tip, I could have sworn there was a little bit of a Gen Z stare... (Also seems to only be one size and it wasn't a huge drink, either.) It turned out to be iced, which I rolled with and it was good, but nothing different than Starbucks. All in all, I might just not get the concept. Not sure if they even do hot drinks after looking at other reviews. Kinda odd. Is that year-round or only in the "spring"? Probably wouldn't draw me again, but worth a try if you want a sweet drink with special flavors, iced. read more

So I have heard about this place from a friend of mine and I was kind of skeptical because I typically really go for Middle Eastern coffee spot. However the menu look very interesting and I knew of had to try it after my friend said he loved it. happy to say that this was a great decision. I came all the way from Woodbridge to try this place and was totally worth it particularly the drink I got it was very shocking because it should not have been really good. The base of the drink was like coconut water with a foam on top and you know being a kind of skeptic. I just didn't understand how that flavor of combination would work, but with the Matcha foam on top it was solid. I cannot wait to try some other items on that menu and really excited to try it again. read more
Been here twice. Smaller spot, not much seating, definitely not a lot of parking so don't come at peak hours. Staff here is super friendly and they work fast. We've tried their coffee flight, brown sugar hojicha, ube latte, and a couple of pastries. You really can't go wrong with any of the coffees but my favorite was the sea salt cream one. None are overly sweet which I appreciated. I will definitely be going out of my way to come here when I need a coffee. read more
I enjoyed my visit here. I came and visited on a cold day after it just snowed (I know, i'm very late on my reviews). Inside was nice and toasty. I ordered the egg foam coffee, and it was delicious. Wasn't too sweet, but still really strong. I don't think the coffee was bad, but again I think the egg foam also added to the coffee rather than taking away from the coffee. I can see myself coming back here again, but the food options here are pretty limited. read more
As the young kids like to say, "...it's a vibe" DRiP Cà Phê is the latest in the series of Vietnamese coffee shops which are popping up all over the DMV, but especially in Northern Virginia. I met up with a friend during the holidays, and DRiP Cà Phê is a perfect place to socialize and caffeinate at the same time. IMHO, the interior is a bit "odd" in how it's situated. There is bench style seating in the front facing out the window towards the drab parking lot. Then a few tables and chairs give way to seating along the sides of the room. While I'm always happy to see coffee house culture flourishing, since we were sitting along the side walls, conversations can and will "bleed in" with your neighbors' as you'll be in close proximity. But the coffee was good. When visiting a new Viet coffee shop, I always opt for the classic Cafe Su Da. Dark roasted and finely ground coffee is tightly packed in phin style coffee filters. About 3-4 ounces of water fresh of the boil is slowly poured in, to create a slow drip into condensed milk. After the coffee has coffee has completed dripping, give the mixture a quick stir, and pour over ice. The flavor was strong without being bitter, and the condensed milk added sweetness, while the ice also smoothed out the beverage as it melted over time. We noticed many tables ordering the "flights" of drinks, and of course, taking multiple snaps for TikTok or IG. The visual of the small glasses on a long woodend board. and various beverages in the collage of colors defintely which has helped DRiP Cà Phê go viral. While I'm in Annandale/Springfield often, not sure when I'll be back, since the limited parking lot is shared with MANY other businesses in the area. But if you're in the area, I still think DRiP Cà Phê is worth checking out; if nothing else, for some social media posts. read more
Stopped by this cute café and grabbed a regular Matcha latte with simple syrup. The café itself is very cute and clean, and I love their touches of plants! The Matcha itself is really good. It's very smooth and the latte wasn't too sweet. What I really liked is how it had a very good Matcha taste. Definitely recommend stopping by and giving it a try. read more

This coffee shop has Vietnamese/ South Asian-inspired drinks like Vietnamese ice coffee, egg coffee, matcha lattes, and Thai tea with seasalt foam. They also have non caffeinated options like ube and pandan lattes. It's a somewhat spacious spot with a good number of seating. read more
Service was quick and friendly! I ordered the pomegranate strawberry refresher, I love the pomegranate flavor and it's definitely refreshing but it is on the sweeter side. I also tried the Xiu and when I'm in the mood for coffee I'll definitely be getting that again! read more
Stopped by today to try two other drinks they offer- the very popular ube espresso latte and pandan espresso latte. Both lattes are excellent, the flavor combinations are a must try. Out of the two lattes, the ube flavor is less masked by the espresso. The ube base they use also makes the drink a little thicker texture than the pandan espresso and it is only noticed if you try both. The pandan espresso doesn't taste too much like pandan to me, more like subtle coconut and it is definitely a sweeter coffee drink. read more
I love going to Drip for their matcha! It's a cozy, comfortable space and laptop-friendly. Great space to get work done. Their matcha drinks are consistently great, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. The matcha flight is a fun experience and a nice way to try multiple flavors, but I personally preferred their individual drinks more than the flight. Overall, it's a great space with great drinks and I'd 100% definitely recommend checking it out. read more

Getting a matcha flight at Drip Ca Phe is quite the experience! I enjoyed every matcha option included in the flight - very tough to pick a favorite out of the group. The flight is definitely enough to share; I ended up mixing my leftovers in a to-go cup since I was enjoying it by myself. It's very loud and busy, not a good place to work even though people looked like they were trying haha. All the seats were taken, wish they had more seating! Despite other reviews, the wait time was not long at all - 5 minutes for my matcha flight to be ready. If you're a matcha lover, 100% recommend this spot for you! read more
My friend and I came here to get their flights but decided instead to just get one drink each. I debated on getting the matcha flight but glad I didn't because I noticed they didn't change the options of the flight and knew I wouldn't like one of them off the bat. She got the liquid cocaine and I got raspberry truffle which is one of their seasonal drinks. She did not like her drink due to the combination of the sea salt foam (it tasted burnt) and the Vietnamese coffee. Mine was decent but a little on the sweet side for me but I kinda expected that. The service was pretty quick for our drinks and there was only a line after we ordered. Parking: there is a parking lot outside which is shared among a few shops. read more
I was near this place on a weekday which is rare so I figured I'd stop by and try a matcha! Their menu looked so interesting so it was hard to choose something. But I am crazy about an ube and matcha combo so I had to try the Ube Matcha Cloud. Even for a weekday morning, there was a good bit of people socializing there which was cool. I got my drink very quickly and took it to go. I enjoyed my drink, but it had an aftertaste or something I wasn't the biggest fan of. I think it may have left a thick coating in my mouth because the ube is very thick. I almost wish it was the other way around where it was a matcha with an ube cold foam. It was good besides that. Maybe in the future I may ask them to make it a little less sweet too. I always wanted to try the matcha flight here, however I never seem to find the appropriate time for that much caffeine. The winter menu looked great too. But I will be back for to try more! read more
As a matcha lover, this place has been in my bookmarks and I was so excited we finally got to try it! We wanted to come to get the matcha flight as it comes with many options, which is perfect for an indecisive girly. I think you can customize the sweetness levels of the drinks. My favorite was the ube matcha cloud out of all the drinks. I'd probably just get an individual serving of this next time. They have an extensive menu filled with a variety of options. Maybe we will give their espresso/coffee options a try next time. I was so intrigued by the rest of their menu as they have a lot of other Asian inspired flavors so we will have to return to give their other items a try! Interior is cute. Staff are good at providing recommendations if needed. Something to be mindful is that the place does get quite busy at times so there might not be adequate seating. My friends and I tried the ube matcha cloud, egg coffee, and creme brulee coffee. All of the drinks were delicious and I would totally go back. The ube part of the drink is pretty average, and I think a matcha latte with an ube cloud would've been better. The coffee is strong and knowing the cafe is Vietnamese-owned, you know their coffee will 100% give you that caffeine kick! The decor is pretty cute inside. The staff is patient and willing to give drink recommendations if you need it! read more
I found the shopping center here a bit of a challenge to navigate so I parked at the next shopping center over. It was buzzing inside. The pastry options didn't quite tempt me, but I came seeking intriguing matcha-based drink. Their "cloud" drink turns out to be something like a sparkling water with thick matcha foam layered on top. It is lighter than most matcha-based beverages, but I enjoyed the flavor, particularly when combined with coconut. A refreshing light beverage, albeit at a premium price. They offer a matcha flight that would be interesting to try. read more
Back in the DMV area after a while and was looking for a coffee shop in Annandale. So glad, we stumbled upon DRiP Cà Phê! It has really cute and clean vibes. There were a few people working in the coffee shop during a weekday morning, but plenty of seating inside. The person who took our order was so sweet and patient with us while we were indecisive. We went with the Ube latte with oat milk and the Viet coffee with egg foam. Both were delicious! The purple color of the ube was vibrant and she was able to make it a little less sweet for me upon request. The coffee was strongggg and smooth #buzzin. Coffee is getting a little pricey - $7.50 for the ube latte (one size) with oat milk, but I know it is what it is. Highly recommend coming to this coffee shop! Can't wait to try other items on the menu (like their matcha flight on socials looks amazing). I also love they go out into the community and have events! read more
This is my favorite Vietnamese coffee shop. They reminded me of the ones in OC. I'm so happy they opened here. I love the many flavors they have the ube and pandan. I always get their foam matcha flavors. It's thick, rich, sweet, and flavors are strong not subtle which I like. It gets busy in here especially during the weekend. The staff works for fast when it's busy. This is how a coffee shop should work. This is a great place for coffee date and working remotely. They used to be on too good to go app making sure their leftovers didn't go to waste. read more

I'm usually not a matcha person, but this location almost changed my mind. The drinks were amazing and the presentation was fabulous. A bit crowded, which led to limited seats, long lines, and long wait times--but that might be attributed to the fact that this location is popular on social media. Strawberry matcha was fantastic. Will have to try the matcha flight next time I visit. read more
Finally made my way to check out this place! Came during pop-up events with 3 other vendors, perhaps it was why a bit hard to find parking. But overall visit was worth it. Ordered muoi aka sea salt Vietnamese iced coffee & pandan espresso latte. Both were good but I personally really like the pandan. It's over overly sweet, perfect amount of espresso combined with aroma of pandan. The sea salt, might be a bit too sweet to my usual but the salty added the compliment as usual. Both at $6.50 I think just the right price for our wallet :) Friendly service, made little talks about pandan and moui :). Would love to be back and try their coffee or matcha flights! read more
Came here with my boyfriend to try their matcha flights. It didn't disappoint! It was so good. We both agreed the ube matcha cloud was our favorite. I came here a second time to get the full version. We will be trying their coffee flights next! Amazing quick and great customer service. read more

I met a friend here to do some work on a Saturday and it stayed consistently busy the whole time. It's a great place to get work done because of the larger tables and the fast wifi. There's a decent amount of seating there, though you might have to wait for someone to be leaving to grab a seat. The staff is super nice and move quickly pretty quickly. My friend and I split the matcha flight ($22), which is a pretty good deal for the amount and variety you get. The matcha itself isn't too special, but the coco matcha cloud is a standout. It's refreshing and the combination works so well. The ube matcha is on the sweeter side. And the two matcha lattes (one strawberry) are pretty standard. read more
