I love a good brown sugar milk tea. What a nice afternoon delicious treat. I will say the only thing lacking is there really isn't much customer service. You order from an iPad and the employees make your drink but you don't speak to anyone the entire time you're in the business. Overall though the product is good so I will be back for drinks!

In my experience, the service at Tea-Do is consistent, fast, and their menu is priced competitively. A large boba milk tea here will set you back $6.36, which actually isn't bad compared to the same order at BobaPop ($7.42), Gong Cha ($7.46), or Chill Zone ($8.80). The flavor of their black tea is nice and strong, and they tend to have a good tea-to-milk ratio so it doesn't come out tasting like cereal milk. I also appreciate that they will come over and actually take your order at the register if things aren't too busy, instead of waiting for you to use the kiosk. Overall, this is a quality spot and you can usually get in and out within ~five minutes, which isn't usually the case at other shops I've been to.

Brown Sugar Milk & Grasshopper

Tea-Do recently opened across from Eden, and the ordering process is simple: customers place their order at a kiosk, and the staff calls your name when it's ready. The space is cute, with a few tables for seating, though it might not fit a large crowd. The drinks are consistent with other Tea-Dos in the area. My go-to is the Brown Sugar Milk, but if you're in the mood for something fruity, my boyfriend always goes for the Grasshopper (both pictured).

Welcome to FC! This new location is placed in The Corner shopping center. Literally next to ABC store. They still offered the same menu as all the other location. My new fave is the Biscoff Smoothie. It's great if your barista makes it right. The onigiri is a miss or hit. Depends really who's making it. For me, 2 out of 3 was good. (Spam and Salmon). As for ambiance, spacious and clean. Small tables and one communal contemporary table. The service was quick for a newly opened location. Hope it picks up here too!

Had to check out this new BBT spot in the area! Such a good variety of drinks and you can really taste the tea in every drink. The boba is perfectly chewy. Brown sugar milk tea and Oolong milk tea is a 10/10! Hung out w friends and music wasn't too loud so it was nice to chill and chat. Service and vibe is great. +Ample parking

Best boba in the DMV!! Got 6 drinks and they were all good, staff is also super friendly and accommodating with specialization requests. The space was clean with lots of seating for big groups. Will definitely be back!!

Tea-Do in falls church has [soft] opened! The interior is so clean and the wall decor is so cute! My staples at any tea-do location are the cold brew jasmine green tea and the brown sugar tiger milk (if I don't want caffeine). I got the brown sugar tiger milk with bubbles tonight and the bubbles are nice, soft and chewy. Will def come back since this location is closer to me now!

They do get busy at times, but their drinks are always consistent and the service is pretty fast. Jay, the owner, always stands behind the quality of his drinks and the service. I've been here multiple times, both to grab drinks to go and to sit and work for a while. 2.5 STARS Date:…read moreTuesday, October 21st, 2025 Time: around 6:15pm Grade A Matcha Snow ($7.25) *10% sweetness *Whole milk *Honey boba ($0.65) *Coffee jelly ($0.90) *Crystal boba ($0.90) *Slush *0% sweet I wanted a boba matcha. This spot was a few doors down from where we had lunch, so I decided to check them out. I saw they had matcha, but no options without milk. So I asked the cashier if I could get an iced matcha made with water instead of milk. I will pay for a version with milk, but I only wanted matcha, water, and the toppings. No milk, no dairy subs, no sweetness. She said she could do this in slush form. I asked what that meant and she said it's just like a slushie made with ice. That's sounded fine so I said go ahead. I got he receipt above, so I made sure to confirm there is no milk, no sugar. Just the matcha, water, and toppings, right? She said yes, so I went over to the seating area to wait. I figured the 10% sweetness and whole milk was something they had to enter into the system for that drink and they made notes to correct it to what I wanted. When I got the drink, it was a milky green, so I was super confused. I asked again, this has no milk and added sweetness, and they said yes. At that point I felt annoying, so I just left with the drink. Unfortunately it did taste milky / creamy so I didn't finish it. The toppings were good tho. It was unfortunately since I really wanted a matcha. I just don't like milk or cream in my teas or coffees. For the milk teas and drinks like that, I'm sure this spot is probably great. I know my request is rather odd for a boba tea spot, so maybe they misunderstood that I just wanted a matcha tea with toppings. I did tip them a dollar on top since they were really nice. But I just wish I got what I ordered. REVIEW #3885

Yes, you read that correctly, EGG coffee. Iced Egg Coffee, to be more specific. It's sweet, satisfying, refreshing, and you'll want it again and again. The amount of times I've tried to mimic this at home is downright embarrassing...which means that another trip is in order! I have my eye on the Toffee Milk, Saigonese Shake, and Artichoke Refresher. It's become a favorite spot for my daughter and me, and we've even hosted several hangouts for her friends there. It's the perfect low-key environment for a small group. The interior has a great vibe; kids (and likely plenty of adults) love making the origami cranes that decorate the room. My daughter and her friends always head straight for the traditional seating area with the pillows on the floor, though there are plenty of regular tables if you prefer the standard setup. On the menu, the Beef Banh Mi is a standout. It's easily the best you'll find in this part of town without making the trek out to the Eden Center. The meat is juicy, the roll is excellent, and they offer it with or without an egg. The secret stars of the menu, however, are the basil fries. They are excellent and come with a fantastic house-made dipping sauce that pulls it all together. While my daughter is the boba fan of the duo, I stick to the coffee and smoothies. Just be cautious with the Vietnamese coffee--if you aren't a seasoned veteran, that caffeine kick will have your heart racing for hours. The staff is consistently fast, friendly, and efficient. It's a local neighborhood staple that we'll keep coming back to. My only complaint is that they are not a coffee shop for early AM!

It was delightful -- not too sweet, with notes of honey and an almost floral-like flavor. At $7 a cup, it was definitely pricey, but pretty reasonable for the area as I've also seen plenty of cafes and boba shops charge similar prices for lower quality drinks. The staff was super friendly, and I love that they had one of their juicing machines right next to the register. It was really fun to watch them work, and the machine spit out all the extra sugar cane skins / peelings into a giant wooden bucket that you could take from. The sugarcane had a great aroma, and the peelings are a fun way to keep kids entertained.

I once had a durian smoothie here that was nice (they said they use fresh durian). Unfortunately service sucks. You use context clues to get in a line at the end of the store, order with an employee after they're done and look at you, have your order number flashed at you (which you're obligated to memorize as you do not get a receipt or physical number), and then you hover around the front of the store until you're called via your number. My biggest gripe is that they hire non-Viet speaking workers to take your order and expect you to understand them when they butcher the name of the foods. I ordered some cha ca (fish patty since I saw it in the glass container by the front on the counter and pointed it at) and the lady kept saying chacachinchacasong quickly 2-3x. I asked her what do you mean? She repeated it. I said I don't understand what you're saying. She looks to her non-viet speaking coworker, shakes her head, and says "chino" with an attitude. Eventually I come to realize after some pondering that she said "cha cá sóng (raw fish patty)" "cha cá chín (cooked fish patty)". I'd recommend management to remind the ladies to say things slowly if the customer does not understand or say "raw" or "cooked" if they cannot adequately pronounce Vietnamese to their large Vietnamese customer population. I'd also recommend not to insult the target customer in front of them.
