This Starbucks is kinda hidden and I went a back way to get there from Costco. Staff is friendly and drink tasted good. However I thought the peppermint cake pop was a little stale. The seating area looked cozy for the winter. As many ppl that were in there it wasn't that loud. Lots of seating outside. Drive through looks tight. Lots of parking due to being in front of a grocery store. If you're going to park in front make sure to back in. I guess they were out of sleeves for hot coffee but why they didn't double cup since it was hot? Overall it was a good stop. read more

STANDALONE SBUX LOC, DRIVE THRU, OUTDOOR SEATING AREA When you're in an unfamiliar part of town and need to kill some time before your business meeting, especially when it's early in the morning and you left the house without coffee-in-hand because the fear of getting stuck in DC rush hour traffic around the beltway or on 95 was greater than making your own coffee-to-go at home.... That was me earlier this past week. Yelp found me this Starbucks 1 1/2 miles from my meeting location. 7 in the morning. As far as Starbucks go (anyone who follows me knows I much prefer indie coffee shops over a corporate buttoned-up Starbucks any day!), this Starbucks is a pretty darn nice one. Located in the Saratoga Shopping Center on Rolling Road, it's easy to get to, the inside is clean, neat, open, airy, and inviting. It has a convenient drive thru and a nice outside patio seating area and plenty of lot parking. Great for remote working, hanging out or meet ups....or if you need to kill some time before a meeting. Service is great - staff is friendly and happy and orders come out promptly. This place does a brisk mobile-order business - I saw lots of customers come in, grab their order and go. A decent Starbucks. I'm not sure what's going on with their coffees. Do I like their mocha frappes? Yes. Their hot chocolate isn't bad. Their foods are overpriced and so so. Dear Starbucks please have the Christmas blend, or Rift Valley regularly. Yukon and others are boring me. Also some of the others are avoid, and that aftertaste isn't so good. Remember you're paying more for supposedly high end coffee. Their prices have gone up, but they have plenty of company. Have had some good dates here, a few of which were hotter than their java. Trying yet another Starbucks store today. (I've been to over 50+ different ones!) They all seem to be a little different, the staff especially makes the place good or not. This Starbucks is especially good, nice and friendly, and quick to prepare orders. This location used to be sooo good but lately they have been the worst. I did a mobile order and got there around the time it was suppose to be done according to the app. It took them literally 30 minutes to get my drink made. They were clearly not in a rush to do anyone's drink on time. The last few weeks, the drive thru has a long line that doesn't move fast. I generally have pleasant experiences here. Very happy that the drive thru is now an option. All of my drive thru experiences have been fantastic! I even get a pupaccino for my woofer occasionally! Once I stopped inside to grab my mobile order. there were more people inside than I was comfortable with so I promptly left with coffee in tow. Store number : 17388 Today I experienced hands down the worst customer service in Starbucks history by Jessica. This store was dirty, had overflowing trash cans, poor customer service and the drive through was closed. This has been a recurring issues with the drive through being closed during perk hours . Instead of me turning around I continue to place my order . I have been ordering from this is store for years. It is apart of my daily Routine. But today was different I had to go into the store because the team had closed off the drive through once again . I ordered my new favorite drink this week for the 4th time. And on my 5th time of order Gr. Iced Grt late foam on top and bottom in a venti cup strawberry purée fm . Jessica team member makes my drink WRONG. Not only was my drink wrong and not layered I was charged extra $2.39 for the added foam. When I asked for additional foam to layer my drink ( like I originally ordered ) , Jessica refused to remake my drink but Insisted charged me more for the additional foam . I was than charged an additional $2.39 for foam . Making my drink total over $10.00. When I addressed the issues she was firm with her chooses (not remaking my drink / charging me the additional cost ) and walked into the back on the store ending our conversation rudely . This place is not doing well in the afternoon, not sure if it's a staffing issue or just new staff or what, but currently it's about 25 minutes wait at the drive through. With one car in front of me. I was told "be right with you " at the box but went 5 plus minutes without hearing anything abs cars were stacked up behind me, only one car remained in front of me. My wife and I like this location because it's close by and the customer service here is great. We haven't had any problems for our order getting messed up. The atmosphere here is calm and relaxing and this location never seems to busy or packed, which is great from a being able to relax and just enjoy your coffee standpoint. The coffee here is excellent, a little pricey considering you can get a much cheaper coffee at 7-11 or McDonald's close by, but the drinks here are excellent. The pastries are delicious, we enjoy the cake pops, the cake on the inside is nice and moist. The spicy chorizo sandwich is really good too, we usually aren't sausage breakfast sandwich fans and usually prefer bacon, but the spicy chorizo sandwich is a winner! read more

My husband and I came here after dinner in the Saratoga Plaza - we came here just in the knick of time before it closed, but there were plenty of people enjoying their beverages and pastries, doing work inside the cafe, as well as many people sitting outside on their patio. Katelyn, the cashier, was very sweet and patient, as I was trying to decide which cold beverage to order - I ended up with my usual, the Valencia Orange Refresher. My husband had the Passion Fruit Lemonade, and he enjoyed that as well. Sam, the barista, was very sweet and got our orders perfect. They are currently having a VIA coffee package deal/special, where you buy one (12-pack), and get one (6-pack) free. The worst service you can get ever.. try to drive 2 or 3 miles more to find another Starbucks better than Rolling Rd one. Not only the drink is test terrible but also last time when I picked my drink from the drive-through and they left the lid open, it dumbed on my clothes and my car, the girls at the window saw that and instead of helping me, she closed the window and kept working as of nothing happened, what a ridiculous and bad service. read more

Why is there 3 people behind the counter and no one is acknowledging me? Why do I have to ask to get waited on?

Not sure if this Starbucks is just having a bad couple of weeks or maybe they are under new management, but I order here at least twice a week and the last 3 weeks they have been ridiculously slow. My online order says it will take 4-7 minutes. When I arrive 10 minutes later I still have to wait at least 10 minutes. Today I waited an additional 20 minutes! My sandwiches were ready when I arrived, but my drinks took forever. Sometimes it's reverse. My drinks are ready, but then I wait forever in my food. Either way, I don't want to have cold sandwiches or drinks because they can't get the timing together. The frustrating part is that they aren't crazy busy. The workers just have NO sense of urgency lately. It's ridiculous. I come here because they used to be quick and my stuff was always made properly. I can go in the other direction the same distance and this morning may just may make me change my routine. Most Annoying is the girl got an attitude when I asked her to remake my sandwich because it was cold. Cold bacon gouda's at $4 a sandwich are no go for me. Management really needs to be present to do some quality control. People order online for convince. This location is terrible. The coffee is never made right unless you order it black. Why is it that I have to beg for napkins. This is the closest Starbucks to where I live. I have not been there during the usual morning rush, but the few times I have gone it has not been as busy as the Huntsman location. My drinks come out in a timely manner. There are a ton of tables and chairs to sit and work. I have never seen all the chairs completely filled. The staff keeps the place very clean. It seems like a great place to sit down, get some work done and enjoy your brew. Overall I'm happy there is a great Starbucks 5 minutes from home. read more

I have one major objection to the new starbucks.. A small parking lot is adjacent to the outside seating area and people would park without shuting their cars off, idling for several minutes, I was sitting outside for about 30 minutes and various cars parked in front of outside tables and idle their cars. terrible! Went to this location today and they did not close the cap on the drink. When I picked it up, it spilled all over my clothes. All they had to say was "oops, sorry" and remade the drink. A hot drink spilled on me was not a great way to start the weekend. Had to go out of my way to go home and change my clothes for work.
