Inside - The image shows the interior of a coffee shop with several customers. Some are standing in line at the counter, which displays baked goods and beverages. Others are seated at tables near large windows, with a view outside. The decor includes pendant lighting, framed pictures on the wall, and shelves with items. The floor is tiled, and the ceiling features exposed ductwork. The scene captures a typical busy cafe environment.

Service is fast and friendly. Plenty of parking. A lot of good looking bakery items. Ambiance is nice but not a warm cozy fun place to hang out in my opinion. The vanilla latte (half sweetened) was actually fabulous. I'd say it's better than Starbucks by quite a bit. I would love to see this place get better furniture and fixtures. Would rate 3 1/2 if I could because it's above average.

Really great iced mocha. I've had iced mochas from Starbucks and other "more serious" coffee shops and this is closer to the coffee shops than the Starbucks. A lot of space to do work, and there a decent amount of outlets as well. It does get very cold inside though, even on days when it's cold outside. I would bring a jacket.

The image shows a refrigerated display case with a glass front, containing bottled beverages. On the left side, there are multiple bottles of Deer Park bottled water with white caps, arranged in rows. On the right side, there are green bottles of Perrier sparkling water with gold caps, also arranged in rows. The display is situated beneath a marble countertop, with baked goods visible on the counter above.

This is a decent spot. My biggest headache is parking in here. Is there a party I'm not privy to? Kings Park Shopping Center is aggravating. Okay let's get to Peets. I'm not a huge fan of their coffee blends. Yet I think their cold frappes are better than Starbucks. These are tasty treats, have caffeine, and can allow a bit of relaxation. All of the employees here are super nice. Wait times aren't long at all. They do a lot of online ordering. This new phenomenon is good for people in a hurry. I find more pleasure to go in, order, and bring a good book to read. To each their own, but that's how I roll.

Super Clean and Fast. I love this location! Everyone is always super friendly. Also tried their new vegan breakfast sandwich and it is DELICIOUS!!! Breakfast sandwich is also kid-approved :)

I came to this location today for the very first time, and it was a great experience. If not for just to relax ap, drink some coffee and get out of the scorching heat! At around 6pm there were only two other people sitting inside and chilling with their coffee. I ordered the mocha Javiva and it was simply awesome. It took the lady behind the counter about 3 minutes to prepare it and bring it to the counter. She was also pretty helpful in explaining some of the other types of brewed coffee. While they play music just like that other famous coffee place, thus place seemed to be much more tranquil. If I wanted to bring my laptop and get some work done, I'm sure this would be a good place to do that. One of these days I will have to try out one of their famous teas as well!

Window area to work, no outlets tho, view is a parking lot...so kinda meh...?

CAFE HUNT 2 - Oh Peet's ... how I really wanted to like this location of yours. Used to have one near campus for college and loved the vibe there, sadly this location screamed more #highschool #next #door (which there is #tobefair). None of the #rustic #homey #flair to be found. Slight #dirty, the floor was #crumbs #galore (like trash doves would have a PARTY if given access to this floor). Super loud (wear headphones or good luck concentrating), and a very big #lack of #power #outlets The drinks were also served in paper cups even though ordered #dinein... #much #sad .... #wontbeback (unless grabbing a cup of coffee to go I guess)

I don't even live close to it but try to get it as much as I can lol. All of the baristas are so friendly. Because I have been there so often they know me now and know my drink :) The shop inside is super cute and aethestic. They offer seasonal drinks and every one that I have tried was really good . I have tried almost all of their drinks and have nothing bad to say. The ingredients they use are high quality and you can taste it in the drinks. They offer matcha flights as well and whenever I walk in I see plenty of people enjoying them so I know it's a big hit. I will also say they go over the top for customer service. My two year old got a pastry on one of our visits and ended up having an allergic reaction. The owner was so sweet. He reached out to me via text and also provided all of the ingredients listed so that we could figure out what she reacted to. Great customer service and amazing drinks. I am definitely a regular here :)

They have everything from small bites like cookies and pastries to full size cakes & tarts. They also have single serve slices of some of their cakes like the chocolate mousse cake. We went for breakfast sandwiches and tried both of the base bread options. The snowflake bread was soft and pillowy (my favorite) and the brotchen bread was slightly crisper & a little bit saltier, also amazing. Eggs are fluffy and a great portion size. Added cheese to each and smoked bacon. A delightful breakfast treat. On the way out, I got a baguette for a last minute appetizer need. It was so soft and freshly baked (and big!). I'm going back today for more fresh bread. There's also plenty to shop for like mustards, jams, cheese and charcuterie, grab and go items, and beverages. This place has summer chalet vibes & is very upbeat and friendly. Lines can get long during typical busy hours, so it's not super quick if you're in a rush. Great place to come relax.

I did not have need of the imported chocolates and other packaged goods, but there was certainly plenty there worthy of perusal.

They're best known for their bingsoo, or Korean shaved ice, which is perfectly fluffy and delightful, with a sweet, milky flavor that acts as a great canvas for all their toppings. You can't go wrong with of their bingsoo options, but they do run a little bit large and are meant for 2-3 people to share. If you're in the mood for something smaller, they do have a delightful selection of other desserts, chief among which is their rice paper waffle. This glorious confection is a super light, crispy waffle made entirely out of rice paper (which, as a side bonus, also means it's gluten-free). It's slightly chewy on the inside but generally incredibly crunchy and airy. It comes topped with a lovely rice-based syrup that tastes a bit savory -- almost malty -- and black sesame. You can also just get a scoop of their rich, creamy ice cream (instead of the shaved ice that it normally comes on top of), and it will be topped with a generous helping of red bean paste, injeolmi powder, sliced almonds, and corn flakes. The combination of flavors and textures levels up this humble little scoop to a full-scale dessert with sweet, savory, and nutty notes. Aside from their sweet treats, Soricha also has a bunch of fun drinks. They have a long menu of expertly brewed artisan teas, or you can also cool down with one of their refreshing fruit mixes. The omija berry refresher is particularly lovely, with a great balance of tart and sweet flavors that make it the perfect summertime drink. Beyond the food, the service is also super friendly and quick, and the cafe is gorgeously decorated with chill, relaxing ambient music. It's a delightful place to hang out with a friend to chat, finish some work, or do a bit of reading. I will note, however, that it is quite expensive -- the bingsoo is about $20, and the teas are a minimum of $7. It's so worth it every time, but it's definitely more of an occasional treat than an everyday indulgence.

Found this place on one of the food delivery services and was pleased to see it was a short hop away (less than a mile south of Mosaic District). The menu is pretty condensed, but continues to evolve as this is a relatively new joint. That said, a small menu often times means each and every dish is excellent (jack of all trades, master of none)? I picked up the Cucumber Tuna Cup-bob, Cucumber Tuna Rolls, and Cucumber Kimchi. All were top notch - fresh, light (healthy feeling), with good flavor. Everything tasted original and the freshly prepared. The Cucumber Kimchi had a decent kick to it (spice), so beware if you're used to less spicy kimchi. The bonus and probably what sets them apart is their focus on quality ingredients (halal meat with korean food? unheard of!). I'd love to see them add an option for 100% grass fed beef as well. Overall, I'd take this place any day of the week over a similar bowl-spot (like Chipotle or Rasa. TL;DR: A fantastic fast-casual spot to pick up some healthy/light, yet flavorful meals. We tried three items: the red velvet cake, the mocha cake, and an apple pastry (not sure of the exact name, but it reminded me of an apple turnover/empanada). Let's start with the red velvet cake, so good. Moist, flavorful, and honestly better than I expected. Red velvet is one of those cakes that's easy to mess up, but they executed it perfectly. What impressed me even more is that we bought it right before closing, didn't eat it immediately, and it still tasted amazing hours later even after being refrigerated. The mocha cake was well-made, soft, spongy, and clearly high quality, but it just wasn't for me. It has a strong coffee flavor, so if you're a coffee person, you'll probably love it. For me, it was about a 6/10. Now the real star: the apple pastry. This was everything. Perfectly flaky, lightly crisp on the outside, and filled with fresh, flavorful apples. It melted in your mouth! could've easily eaten multiples of these!! Service was also a highlight. Even though we came in right before closing, the staff was kind, patient, and efficient.
