Dry Sesame bagel with egg, bacon, cheese, and 4 hash browns.

The service when ordering is great. You will wait and wait for your food. Mass confusion. There is always a steady stream of people in and out. Staff needs to get it together. Save for the young man at the register the people making the coffee and food appear to be overwhelmed. I just waited for 30 minutes for a bagel egg and cheese sandwich, coffee, and hash browns. 4 hash browns to be exact. This location did not have any croissants and only Sesame bagels. Which they were about to run out of those too. I will go to a different location.

Chai latte tasted like watered down milk and latte tasted like watered down coffee. The employees do not know how to be courteous. I did not get greeted.

This place is total chaos! There was no leadership provided to the team members (there was no manager on duty) and severely understaffed. It is ridiculous that this place cannot get it together. Why advertise curbside when you have to go inside to get your order and also wait there. It took 30 minutes to get my order completed. Is this too much to ask? How hard is it to staff your business to the volume of traffic you expect. Isn't obvious that Saturday and Sunday or in the morning would be your high traffic, high demand time if your business is selling donuts and coffee? Hire accordingly or you're going to lose business. Edit: I also ordered a chocolate frosted donut with my coffee and this is what they gave me! Crap!

Their app lets you order donuts that they don't even have and the store doesn't even notify you. Waste of a drive.

Consistently out of food and do not know how to prepare anything. This town needs a legit bagel spot, dunkin does not cut it.

Was I serious? Absolutely! Menopause will do that! The glazed cronuts? Equally dangerous. I bought a dozen to share and somehow made it home with three and a story that started with, "They must have shorted me." Amazing staff. Incredible doughnuts. This is one of Lorton's hidden gems. But let me give you one piece of advice: Get there EARLY. Nothing hurts more than walking in with your heart set on an apple fritter, only to watch the person in front of you buy the last one. Baby, that's the kind of disappointment you think about all day. Buy extras. Trust me. These doughnuts will have you saying things you don't mean and protecting your box like it's family heirlooms. Long story short: WORTH THE CALORIES

It's really cool, too, that you can pick your filling for the fillable ones. I also noticed they do sell coffee, as well. In the area? Check Them Out!

They feature an extensive menu of cakes and pies that can be made to order. But the main part of the bakery has several dozen displays of various pasties and baked goods. This was an great find for me, and I couldn't help myself, so I got three different pastries. I bought two conchas, and one cinnamon and pecan roll. All three of them together were less than $7.00. It was fully saturated with the milk mixture, which creates a rich texture and flavor. However, if you prefer a tres leches that leans more toward cake than liquid, this version may feel a bit too wet for your preference. I was somewhat disappointed with the mango mousse, as I was hoping for a stronger mango flavor to really stand out but it just wasn't there. I also tried the tiramisu, which was very nice and well balanced. Overall, there were some strong highlights, especially the tres leches and tiramisu. Overall a solid place but I have to go back and try other items before I can give it a four or five.

The flavor was oddly floral (a leaf taste almost) which is weird as opera cake is only two flavors: raspberry and chocolate. There was no raspberry to speak of and the cake was a little dry. The New York cheesecake has a weird texture and tastes good but not like cheesecake. The store itself smelled like a nail salon which should have been a sign most probably. The bathroom is not available (which would be fine, if there was a curtain or door blocking saying staff only since a hallway seems like you can go in). The service was good and the girl there was very friendly. Save your money!
