This Dunkin is the worst! They are mainly drive thru only. My work truck is not equipped to go through the drive thru safely. Most of the time they get the order wrong. This one should be shut down. The few times I get to go in, someone else is complaining about the service. read more

I was in the area and after a not so warm interaction at the post office up the street, I needed some coffee. I was a little hesitant to stop here because it's at an odd intersection and the drive thru line looked long. However, as I was making a left into the parking lot, I noticed the line was moving right along. I placed a mobile order from the line and my order was accurate and ready to go at the window 2 minutes later. The guy at the window was really nice and everything tasted great! I imagine getting out of this parking lot can be a little awkward at busier times depending on which way you're heading. Bottom Line: A variety of coffee drinks, ok donuts, some breakfast sandwiches and an awkward layout. This Dunkin' Donuts is located on the corner of 648 and N. Camp Meade Rd. Although the store is small it seems too large for the lot it is is on because the layout inside is awkward and the parking lot and drive through lane is congested. On the plus side, it's next to the North Linthicum LightRail station so it's convenient to get coffee before getting on the train. As far as the donuts go, the quality of DD donuts went downhill when they centralized their bakeries years ago. But, in a coffee crazed world, I think the donuts play second fiddle to the coffee and options and they probably are less profitable. My waistline doesn't need donuts anyway so no big deal. read more

Although this Dunkin' Donuts is slightly dangerous to get in and out of (busy traffic whizzing by) and there is limited parking, the service is great, the food is fresh, and the employees friendly and accountable. I had a great experience here one day after an early-morning flight into BWI (just a mile or so away). I was hungry and needed breakfast ASAP--despite a few people ahead of me, I was able to order quickly and receive my food in a timely manner. With so many dunkin donuts in the area, you would think one would have to be on top of their game to bring customers back.... This DD is not on top and I won't be back. I wanted a sesame bagel but they were out, ok no harm that happens. I asked for an everything bagel with cream cheese. They put the absolute least amount of cheese one could put on a bagel, so much so it made for a sad looking and tasting bagel. I will go to another DD in the area from now on. read more

Since my orders are basic, I can't image the order could ever be wrong or messed up. Their sweet teas are good. The drive thru is always quick!!! The person taking the order is quick too. This DD is great. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Their donuts and coffee are fresh, even at the end of the day. Parking lot is tricky getting in and out of, but wouldn't stop me from going there. I do wish they were open a little later at night, but they are by the North Linthicum light rail which is why I'm thinking they close earlier. read more

This is the worst Dunkin' Donuts ever. When I visit, I am always served by the same employees who have terrible customer service. I remember a couple weeks ago, the employee got impatient and annoyed that my partner was taking a while to take out his credit card from his wallet (because it was stuck) as this was happening, I caught the worker sucking his teeth and giving us an annoyed look while tapping his fingers as if he wants my partner to hurry up. Then today, I had the worst experience ever. My partner and I ordered at the drive thru and we wanted to cancel our order of iced coffee, we pull up the the window to let the employee know that we wanted to cancel the order and he said, "I already made it. Why don't you pay for it." My partner kindly apologized for the misunderstanding but the employee continued to make side remarks about how it was inconvenient for him. At this point I was completely enraged because the things he was continuously saying were completely rude and unnecessary. After this, the employee gets even more mad at us and insults me. When the employee went back inside and away from the window, I see that him and his coworker were talking about us and the coworker was laughing and looking at me and my partner. When the employee came back to the window, my partner got involved to stand up for me and the employee still continued to be rude towards us. We decided to drive off since we were so appalled by what was happening and as we drove off, he yelled at us saying, "I'll come meet you outside!" After driving away, my partner and I decide to come back in order to get his name so that we can contact a higher management to complain about his actions and terrible customer service. When we walked in the store and tried to get his attention, him and the other worker were completely ignoring us. Once they finally give us their attention, I asked for his name and he refused to give me his name. I asked the manager what the rude employee's name was and he also tried not to give it to me he just kept repeating "No it's okay." He finally told me his name was Nirma or something along those lines. My partner asked if he could apologize to me but he continuously refused. In the end, employee was more apologetic to my partner than he was to me, which I thought was VERY disrespectful since I was the one that took all of the blow. I was not only disrespected as a customer but as a female as well since I felt like he didn't seem to realize that I deserved as much respect as my male partner. This place has lost my business. Im never going here again. I am so fed up with the AWFUL treatment from the same employees. This franchise just needs a whole new line up for employees. read more

This DUNKIN donuts is horrible. I asked for no ice in my ice tea and caught them adding water to my tea to make up for the ice difference. When I called them on it, they started talking in their native tongue and denied it happened. I told them I wanted a different iced tea and they refused. When i asked for my money back they started talking about it in their language again but I got my $1.05 back. I went home and checked my account and saw where they charged my account an additional two times for various things with the same transaction number. They dupped me. I called my bank only to find out there is an active investigation going on for fraud by this DUNKIN Donuts open and active. Don't go there. They are rude and shisty.
