Bah Humbug! I stopped by this location recently and decided to order inside instead of using the drive-thru. Big mistake. After placing my order, I waited...and waited...and waited. Fifteen minutes passed, and I finally had to go up and ask about my drinks. The barista looked through the iPad and he quickly realized my order had been missed entirely. No apology, just a rushed attempt to fix the issue. It was clear they were prioritizing the drive-thru orders, which made me feel like my time wasn't valued. When he finally made the drinks I said thank you but he turned his back and no you're welcome or happy holidays (it was Christmas Eve). If you're in a hurry or just want to avoid frustration, stick to the drive-thru. The inside service left a lot to be desired. read more

This has to be the dirtiest Starbucks I've ever been in! There was trash scattered throughout the whole store (all over the floors), the countertops were so dirty, the clear tip bins were filthy and looked like they hadn't been wiped or washed in weeks, and the staff did not appear to care about their hygiene. There were four people working and they all looked dirty, greasy, and their hair was just hanging in their faces. The one person kept touching her face and rubbing her eyes....there was no hand washing afterwards and she was the one making the breakfast food! I am disgusted. Thank God I didn't order food. I have not been to this location since the new remodel and was pleasantly surprised when I popped in for an afternoon pick-me-up. The remodel brings so much life to this Starbucks-- it's more open and bright! Plus, the registers and pick up counter have more room for customers to wait for their drink without being crammed together. Two thumbs up for the friendly guy barista making the drinks on Tuesday afternoon-- he made sure to greet each customer as he was making the drinks and engaged each customer in conversation! The food here is always very good, along with there friendly service every time you come in. The people who work at this location are always helpful in answering questions when trying a new drink. I've never experience any issues. Plus if you drink or food isn't made correctly they will be sure you leave extremely satisfied with your order in hand. The atmosphere is a lot more comfortable and pleasant to be in than the one right by the horse track. Days I've been in are normally mid-morning or late evening. I highly recommend this Starbucks location. read more

This is a great Starbucks location. There is a ton of seating, great regulars, great outside seating, tons of parking, and friendly staff. They have been known to have their "B players" working around holidays when the "A players" have off, so I stay away from here around the holidays. Great experience at this establishment! Made my coffee perfectly. The only reason that I put 4 as opposed to 5 stars, is because of the location of this particular Starbucks. The problem is getting out of the parking lot. It is very dangerous as it is on a busy road and is blinded by a giant pole and a hill. There are many places to visit for a cup of coffee. This is a great spot...except for the rubbish cans that go through the front door. I'm surprised that the employees don't use the back foo to take out the trash. Most of the employees are pretty nice, some of them act too busy to be polite. I get that this is sort of a designer, upscale coffee shop, but I can do without the attitude. If they don't like people coming in and ordering fancy multi-level drinks, go work at Dunkin Donuts! I've seen eye rolls and behind-the-hand snickers. So ,certain employees seem to forget they are in a job to serve people, not judge them. All of that aside, Starbucks has some wonderful, yummy drinks, besides coffee. My newly discovered favorite is the Passion Tango Iced Tea/Lemonade. I expect that I'll be going back regularly for that one all spring and summer. read more

The staff is very helpful and gave us the following tip during our visit today: TIP: I usually order a vanilla bean frappe with a shot of espresso. The barista's informed me you can order a cafe vanilla frappe which achieves the exact same thing while saving you the cost of the extra espresso shot. Value! read more

I love the outdoor seating but the last two tables are rather close to the dumpsters, which always seem to leak/smell. This place is a "dumpster fire" at its best. I avoid this place at all cost, but my wife's caffeine levels were dropping and I just stopped here because it was the closest place along the way. Base on my previous experience here I was skeptical, but it seems like it would be less painful than the result of my spouse's response to her dropping caffeine and two screaming teenagers in the car. To start, the parking lot is a mess, so be prepared; it is heavily traveled and the spots are very tight. If you successfully navigate the parking lot, you will enter one of the smallest and tightest spaces for a cup of coffee you have ever seen. There are walk-in closets that are larger...seriously. This place is built for speed, so be prepared to have your order taken a pushed down the assembly line. The staff is always short on words and ready to take the next order. The only problem is the line isn't that efficient. On our most recent visit, 2 of our 4 beverages were made incorrectly and 2 of them took 20 minutes...for ICE COFFEE!!! When I alerted Starbucks of the experience they were so kind to offer me $10 gift card from my inconvenience, which only covered about 1/2 my order...my advice is to avoid this dumpster fire and look elsewhere for your fix. read more

This location often does not have enough people working for how crowded this place gets. Many times I have had to wait a long time for my mobile order. Sometimes I see only one person on the register and one person making all of the drinks, both hot and cold AND the mobile orders! That is just crazy and no wonder the wait can be long with one person trying to do everything. That person should get a medal. The layout for this Starbucks location is very nice. There is plenty of seating in the front by the doors and along side the windows across from the counter. It never feels too crowded or empty, it always has a cozy feel to me. The baristas make decent drinks here and although there is often a line, it moves very quickly. I went here a few weeks ago to get some bagels and coffee for myself and my girlfriend. They didn't have the first two items I requested and I wound up getting plain bagels. They lose a star for not being properly stocked. After that I was asked to wait out front in order for them to service other customers while my order was being put together (drive through). It took about 20 min for them to come out. I was about to go in as I thought they forgot about me. That being said the manager apologized and gave me $8 in gift cards for my next go around. The apology totally changed the experience from a negative to a positive. I can't tell you how many times I have been in a similar circumstance and the employees and management just do not care that they inconvenienced you when you are trying to spend your hard earned dollars at their business. This particular Starbucks cares. Even if they had some issues getting my order correct and timely just the fact that they recognized that it inconvenienced me and were polite made my day.
