7 Brew service and the positive attitudes of workers has been the most consistent across locations of any chain I've ever been too. SC, NC, and now MD - I have never had a bad interaction with any 7 Brew employee. They have always been helpful, upbeat, and hard working! This shop has been dealing with a lot of local complaints because of the traffic and lines. It's the first location in Maryland, and I don't think anyone doing the traffic study had any idea how popular it would be. Owners have been personally addressing issues and trying to encourage customers to be more considerate/understanding of locals and not blocking streets/driveways in lines leading up to the shop. Honestly, they're going beyond what a lot of shops might have done. That said, I avoid them on the weekends, but a pre work Friday coffee is usually quick in and out. Once in line within the 7 Brew property, lines move fairly quickly and staff help with questions about the menus. It would help if people reviewed the menu or had it open on their phone before pulling in, but people are going to people... Coffee drinks are delicious. A really solid selection of sugar free options, dairy alternatives, and non-coffee drinks if you want more of an energy drink vibe or even no caffeine at all. read more

I stopped here this week and had a frappe which was fairly good but I was surprised they had no food at all on the menu and this will not change. The frappe was better than Dunkin but the coffee was clearly worse than Starbucks and essentially the same price. The not having food is a hard no for me to come back in the morning. Maybe it was just me, but the drive thru seemed a little confusing. That said, there weren't gigantic bushes obscuring visibility like at the Dunkin' Donuts a minute away where I stopped afterwards to get a small bite of food. I would come back but not in the morning. The young workers were sweet but I had no interest in discussing my favorite anime character at 9 o'clock in the morning. Wasn't very impressed. Went at night to try to avoid the crazy line and though I did that to some extent, I still sat for a crazy long time for a place with some many workers on the inside. It felt like a lot of young people being very unproductive. So either I'm an old lady now or just really value good and efficient customer service. This place just opened up and the longgg line shows it. I've had 7 brew coffee before in AZ and it kinda reminds me of Dutch bros. We waited about 35 mins in the drive thru line and the worker was friendly once it was our time to order. We ordered four drinks - two mango smoothies, one shake, and two iced lattes. All my coffees have been amazing but more importantly they have some of the most friendliest staff! While they are still the first one in the area so wait times can be a little long, the employees I have encountered have all be so nice and welcoming. 10/10 for a customer service experience. 7 Brew Coffee is taking Harford County and surrounding areas by storm! I had to check them out as TikTok has been hyping this business up for months. I went this week and ordered the blondie. I appreciate all of the sugar free flavors and options for drinks. The customer service was good and we waited about 20 minutes as we came at 800 PM. I will be back to try more flavors. Since opening 7 Brew has supported the community with free days and donated coffee to small businesses and schools. Congratulations on your success so far! Unrelated to the business, I wish the civil engineers / town better assessed the traffic pattern. There needs to be another entrance/exit as the excess traffic is not easily handled on 924. There is another way in possible from Singer Road but it would interfere with the car repair shop right next to Exxon. read more

7 Brew has landed in Maryland, and the girlies are going crazy over it. So, of course I had to check out this new coffee spot. 7 Brew is a drive through only coffee shop with a bit of a tricky situation to pull in given their popularity. But nonetheless the customer service is great. Once you're able to pull in your greeted by one of their staff members to take your order while you continue to move through the line. The closer you get to the take-out window you can hear the music blaring to pump up the energetic vibe. The young lady assisting me was super friendly and suggested the Banana Bread latte since it was also one of her favorites. The Banana Bread latte with the addition of cold foam was pretty tasty. Light on the coffee flavor as many lattes are and a banana flavor that came in subtly at the end. 7 Brew offers a variety of sugar free syrups, which is nice if you're watching your sugar intake. I like the customization of the coffee drinks they offer. But they also have non-coffee drinks you can purchase and customize. If you're a Dunkin lover or someone who loves a flavored latte, then I feel 7 Brew would be your jam. However, if you are more into the taste and appreciation of coffee this may be a pass for you. But if I'm in the area and the line isn't too long, I'd pop in for another latte. read more

Brand new to the area and I believe first one in state. Super HUGE line... all the way to route 924. Two lines to order. This is a drive through only place. One line moved way faster than another. Each line had 2 people taking orders. By the time I was done, another person joined in to take orders. This is for sure just because they opened this week. Other locations are very quick, as this one will be too - hopefully! The menu is big and you will find something. They have a TON of sugar free options. I got the sugar free blondie. It is tasty and pricey. The ease of getting into this place could be a deterrent for sure! When we exit you can only go right as the line to get into the drive through is blocking all traffic. Even once things settle down, I would still only make a right instead of crossing two lanes at a busy interchange. They are super friendly and patient with explaining the menu. I went to order my same daily order and was denied my military discount even after showing my card. First the young lady said " they don't have such a thing". Then she questioned if I was even active duty. After that she came back from asking her manager & quoted me the same full price. No eye contact. No smile like the usual people there. Just plain attitude. As a veteran, I don't appreciate the attitude. Id also like for 7 Brew to pick policies and stick to them. The coffee itself isn't terrible but it's nothing extraordinary. I do appreciate that they have tons of flavors, sugar free options, and alternative milks like oat milk. I don't like that it's drive thru only though because you have to kind of be ready and know what you want. It's hard to know what you want at a place you've never been to. The staff were friendly though and were outside taking orders in the rain. Kudos to them! Overall I think this place has potential but needs some tweaks, like an easier way to order since it's drive thru only. Also the line was very long but that's because it's new. This location was not well thought out and the line extends out into a main state road, seems to cause a bit of mayhem from time to time.
