I just got a coffee and my god I couldn't explain how disgusting this drink is. I paid 10$ for a black coffee and what tasted like skim milk or some type of soy milk made by a straight male. One of the worst Starbucks locations in the area. Staff is always ample but slow and distracted. Laughing and playing around instead of getting orders out. They act like taking an order through the driveway is a burden. My order is wrong 50% of the time and they are constantly out of items. Corporate needs to look into whoever the franchise is here. It's worth driving to the Bel Air location instead. read more

Hmmmm....Starbucks. Alright alright, as many that see my check-ins or read my reviews know I am not a frequent Starbucks alum. But hey I have two friends that love it. So guess what I suck it up and go. I am known for ordering the large...ooopps meant the grande water....but my friend has made me try new things. This location I have tried their hot chocolate substituted regular milk with oak milk, the beyond sausage biscuit and a refresher of some sort. Everything was pretty good...but the hot chocolate was a bit strange. (Possibly because I substituted the milk..who knows.) Also be careful with their packaging items as some allergies are labeled on the boxes. My friend order some latte with Carmel and it looked really pretty with a croissant, brownie, and something else and she loved it!! When you first walk in the greeted us, and seemed very welcoming. There were two employees with mask on and one without one. The tables did look like they could use a cleaning but I am guessing it hadn't happened since they looked busy with the drive thru. Since I was the problem child not knowing what to order the employee was still very nice and helpful. They were out of the wrap unfortunately. While awaiting our snacks and drinks, it was so nice seeing the employees seemed happy and were joking and working together very well. All in all, you will not see me visiting this location nor any Starbucks unless I am with a friend that truly enjoys it. But I will say regardless this is a decent location. read more

Workers seem nice but they need serious training on food safety. I ordered a bacon egg sandwich and it came with some seriously undercooked virtually raw bacon. For obvious reasons this can cause illness or worse. Unfortunate for me I consumed most of it before I realized how undercooked the bacon was. I was hoping this new location would get better but it hasn't and I don't want to end up sick. I also received raw bacon on a sandwich and didn't notice until I bit into it. I immediately spit it out and threw the sandwich away. That was months ago when they first opened so I tried again yesterday. I ordered the egg pesto and mozzarella sandwich and there was that half cooked bacon on the bottom of the sandwich. The crazy part was that the sandwich doesn't even come with bacon!!! I should have taken a picture but I was working and I also thought to call the store, but I was too busy! So this review is to help anyone to check your food so that you don't get sick. Great Starbucks, good location close to home. To say the least, I'm a Gold Card member, so I do spend a lot of time and money in Starbucks, especially this store in particular. The majority of stores are corporate owned and hence they are pretty standard in what they offer from one location to another. What makes each one unique is the staff that runs them. This location has a wonderfully friendly staff and the location is generally spotlessly clean. I'm a fan because of the free refills on my drip coffee (Starbucks Card Members). Free fast wireless Internet. Usually a quiet place to study and have a casual conversation with friends. read more

We got the coffee and a few notches to sit down and talk some business with someone. The coffee's were excellent warm and tasty not old its 6 what you expect from a Starbucks. The location just off of 95 is a little tough to get to but I don't think they're catering to the 95 exit crew as much as the local crowd. This Starbucks is consistently my go to for long road trips along the East Coast. They have a drive thru, longer hours, mobile pay, and friendly baristas. My drinks are always top notch quality and served with a smile. The location isn't the *most* convenient from the highway, but two turns at stoplights and a slight drive down an industrial road and bam! there it is. Plenty of parking. For the record this stop is great because there is a Wawa and Wegmans at the same intersection before the entrance to the Veterans Highway/I-95. read more

I've been going to this Starbucks on a regular basis in the early mornings and use the mobile app to order. Every time I've ordered something they don't have (that didn't show up as missing on the menu) the baristas make no acknowledgement of it whatsoever. I've gone to other locations where they'll call me out by name, apologize and ask what I'd like instead. This location consistently disappoints with customer service. The food and drinks are on average good but I've occasionally gotten the my order slightly wrong with once again, no acknowledgement from the baristas, even though I ordered through the mobile app so they know exactly what goes in it. I thoroughly enjoy this location. I frequent this spot a lot and I find the atmosphere to be very relaxed and filled with good vibes. My drinks are well made and served up with a smile. I do have to point out that there are new faces all the time. It seems as though they have quite a bit of turn-over. Nevertheless, everyone is always professional and extremely down to earth. Another plus for me is the arrangement of seating. You will find me most often sitting on the comfy leather couch chillin' with my feet up on a matching ottoman. I frequent this Starbucks about 3 times a week in average in route to work. Drive thru line is usually long but moves pretty fast. No real issues. Sometimes I have to request the splash stick but other than that service is good and baristas are pretty friendly. read more

The quality of the drinks produced are always good, as would be expected at any Starbucks, but the service is painfully slow. The last four times we visited it has taken 20+ minutes to get an order via drive thru or in store- when there were less than five customers being serviced. The behavior of young people always amazes me. When I order a cold brewed coffee and it was not available I should not have to listen a snide comment from an employee, telling me that iced coffee and cold brewed taste the same. I have had both and I know what I prefer. To make matters worse, while my husband and I sat and drank our drinks I could hear the pathetic girl in the back ranting about how cold brew and iced coffee taste the same. In excusable behavior. I like this Starbucks because it has a DRIVE THRU! Do you even know the way in which this has improved the quality of my privileged, first-world life? This location is also clean, more spacious than Bel Air, and serves up good, hot coffee. I only ever get black coffee so I can't speak to the other stuff on the menu. This is my favorite Starbucks of them all. All the folks are always courteous and get the order right. When a mistake is made they always do their best to fix it. One time I lost my wallet but had gotten into the drive thru line before I realized it. So when it was my turn to pay I told them to cancel my order. They gave me my order anyway! Thankfully when I finally was able to get out of my car to look for my wallet- found it and went back to pay and tip them too! Great people read more
