If I were a local, this place would definitely be my go-to spot, and a place I would take visiting friends to. If you're a tourist from Great Wolf, call ahead for quicker pick up. It's a short drive from the lodge. But this place is very homey, and you might want to sit and hang out for a bit. While I was waiting for my food the locals chatted me up. I wouldn't have minded hanging out for an hour. The prices might seem slightly high at first glance, but you will get a large, stacked portion. They are not stingy. As for the coffee, I got an iced coffee, which is not that hard, but that coffee wasn't as thick or creamy as what you would get if you went into a stand-alone Peet's Coffee. As long as you adjust your expectations of the place and know that it is only here for convenience then you should be good to go. The service could be better, but really you are left with no choice but to wait in line and order your coffee. I am sure the people who wait are in dire need of the caffeine from coffee so it is basically out of necessity at the point. Better to be caffeinated than to sleep behind the wheel. You step inside seeing one half is a living room sit down area, then the other half is both charming, quaint coffee house mixed with an open view of the roasting operation. When entering, I came during a slow period before the rush came shortly thereafter around 9:30am. Not only were staff friendly with me during the slow time, knowledgeable to point me in the direction for coffee, and efficient making the coffee; they were equally the same energy when it became busy. I had both the cold brew (black) and the pictured: Fruit Loop Latte - both were good in their own right and can't go wrong.
