They have your standard milk alternatives: oat, soy, coconut, almond, etc. Their banana bread latte is one of my favorite lattes of all time. My daughter loves their matcha. When I first walked in I love the way the restaurant looked. A beautiful coffee shop aesthetic that makes you want to write poetry or philosophize about happy things. Then the staff all had welcoming smiles and professionalism. And then they had GREAT food. I had the avocado toast. Delicious. I was honestly full for the rest of the day. We came here as a party of ten and everyone seemed to enjoy themselves. We ordered London fogs, matcha lattes, coffee, veggie omelettes, crepes, a waffle, soups, turkey bacon BLTs and a fruit cup. The usage of a decent tea was wonderful. I've seen a lot of cafes using stash teas or something similar so for a place to use rishi teas it resulted in a much better latte for tea lovers. The omelettes were packed with veggies and the fruit cup had nice fresh fruit and it was overall a nice place to have brunch. I'd go back for sure. read more

Z Vault is genuinely the best locally owned coffee shop in Bel Air, MD. I've been coming here every Thursday for a couple of months now to study and I have no complaints. The espresso is so smooth and has a wonderful taste, the staff if always welcoming and kind, the environment is perfect for studying, but also for socializing, it's clean, and it's so cute! They also have really tasty options for breakfast, lunch, and gelato too!! The turkey sandwich with garlic mayo is a personal favorite. I love love love this coffee shop. Visited this coffee shop early on Sunday morning, the staff were nice and even suggested the type of latte I should get because I had no clue as to what to get, lol! I ended up getting a hot latte with almond milk and French vanilla and it was super good! Me and my husband ordered two breakfast sandwiches on wheat grain toast with over medium eggs, tomato and avocado and it was Absolutely Delicious!! Reviews the last year hadn't been kind, but I figured I'd give it a shot Parked in the rear, it's on a corner and a former bank. So had a drive thru, but I wanted to stop in. Quaint and festively decorated inside, it's a cool place to sit and chat w a friend, or plop on the couch and kill an hour like I did Wasn't really hungry but opted to try the grilled cheese with my hot cocoa, and the lady at the register coerced me into ordering her daughters' banana no-nut bread I cornered on the couch and didn't have to wait long for the piping hot gooey sharp cheese on sour dough sandwich. The cocoa was just ok..nothing spectacular (I got it with almond milk) but the sandwich was really good and I only ate half...I'd def come back. Too full to try the dessert, I carried it home. It wasn't crowded. No more than 4 other seated customers so I felt comfortable chilling on the couch on my phone, nibbling lol. When I got up to leave, another customer moved from their chair and plopped on "my comfortable couch corner" and wrapped himself around a comfy Christmas pillow..smiling through the window he waved goodbye Def recommend for the ambience, and the sandwich. The space is big, tons of seating inside and outside. They've got a variety of food, breakfast sandwiches, açaí bowls, pastries and more. The staff is a little confused sometimes by the simplest requests, but they try hard to make sure to get it right. They don't quite have a good cold foam.. and I find their matcha to be too sweet and watery. Their coffees are pretty good and decently priced. Their acai and smoothie bowls are big! I never can finish it in one sitting but I'm sure there are others who can. read more

This spacious coffee spot in downtown Bel Air was ok. There is plenty of seating and some tables for working if you choose. They play soft music in the background and they do offer some small food bites. Unfortunately, the coffee was just ok. I ordered my usual latte and asked for it for here (I.e. I wanted it served in a mug and not a paper cup), but the barista was clueless and didn't do that. She also was clearly not very trained as the drink served was pretty much a cappuccino with thick, heavy foam. The milk was also steamed too hot so it was slightly bitter. I did try a muffin which was pretty good. Overall, it was ok, but relative to very good coffee shops it doesn't quite cut it. read more

Absolutely adorable coffee shop! Met family here after an adoption at circuit court house, and the owner went above and beyond taking care of us. Food was delicious (bacon, egg and cheese on croissant, tuna salad on gluten free bread, crepes, iced coffees, and teas, etc), service was stellar and super friendly (we were 50 people and the staff handled the crowd like true pros), and the atmosphere is fun, modern and energetic. Horrible customer service! Avoid this place, for the employees are incredibly rude! I went today, Saturday, 11/29/25, and ordered 2 BLT's and a large sweet tea. Was asked to pull around after 5 minutes waiting, and told 1-2 more minutes. Another ten minutes went by and a young girl said my food was prepared wrong. I returned the tea and asked for a refund and she said go through drive-thru, which I waited again. An older guy with gray hair and a beard said you can't wait 10 minutes. He said there were 10-15 orders ahead of me and I could wait. I said the food was done wrong and I asked for a refund, and yes 15 minutes was too long for NO FOOD. He was incredibly nasty. He reluctantly gave me a refund, and I told him this was the third time in a month this happened and I'm not returning. He didn't care. Food was good at first, then went downhill fast, along with the customer service! Avoid unless you want disrespect and attitude along with your long wait for food, and prepared incorrectly. What happened z vault!?!? I use to love this place. Getting a cappuccino from here was something I looked forward to. I have been there twice recently and both times were an extreme let down. After the first time, I thought maybe it was an off day so I went again. The second time was even worse. Don't get me wrong, the people were friendly, but the cappuccino was horrible. Wanting to try something new for breakfast, I was mesmerized by the photos of their smoothie bowls and boy, they did not disappoint! I ordered the Brilliant smoothie which was BRIGHT pink and since I ordered it in a bowl, it came topped with generous scoops of granola, coconut flakes, chia seeds, bee pollen, honey, and fresh strawberries & banana--YUM!! To wash it all down, I tried a caramel cappuccino with almond milk and OMG--it was the BEST cappuccino I have ever had. No contest! It was so delicious and not overly sweet from the caramel flavoring. The espresso was divine. I'm still dreaming about it! The person who took our order did not seem to know the drinks well and when we asked for something specific, she recommended a different drink not really along the same lines of what I described. I told the staff it was my first time and she offered to answer any questions and directed me to the interactive menu. We were the only ones there, so we were able to take our time. The cold brew coffee was delicious, I didn't even need creamer, could have drank it as is with vanilla flavoring. The smoothie bowls were huge, enough for 2 servings. We took ours home to eat later. The smoothie bowls took a few minutes to make, which we didn't mind because you saw they were freshly slicing and blending. Ventured here when the Bagelworks was overwhelmed. Cute spot with a nice vibe. The cashier was very kind and patient. But the food left a lot to be desired. I ordered the vault melt - the cheese was not in any way melted, there was absolutely no flavor of any kind. There was an egg even though it doesn't say it comes with egg? Incredibly bland. We also ordered a frittata - for the price it should be a meal, but they made the two smallest egg muffins. My coffee was ok, probably not something I would recommend. I was out of town from CA on a business trip and needed a place where I can sit endlessly while I work remotely- of course being from LA area I was looking for that coffee place that has a mermaid on it but stumbled upon this place and so glad that I did!
