Needed to kill time while my daughter was shopping so I decided to give this place a try. I got a brown sugar milk tea with no boba, and substituted oat milk. The drink was so good and not overly sweet. Prices are as expected for the area. The inside is super cute and clean looking. As soon as I walked in I could smell the food and I wished I was hungry, cause it smelled delightful. I'll definitely be back to try food next time. The service was quick and friendly. No complaints!

Food was delicious and service was fast!!! There was a constant flow of people coming in but enough seats to sit and enjoy your food.

What's up foodie friends. I couldn't wait to give this new ramen/bubble tea eatery located in my backyard a try. I had the Spicy Tonkotsu with Char Siu Ramen. I love that it came out from the kitchen hot. The broth is so flavorful, sweet, and full of depth. The noodles were thick but tender. It came with 3 thick slices of char siu. The taro/coconut slush with bubbles was delicious. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of ramen here.

All three of my children love bubble tea and wherever we are, they are sure to find one, lol! The teas were good and the service was quick and efficient. The decor so airy and cozy!

I've been here a few times since they've opened up in the Festival. It is affordable, convenient, tasty, and the service is phenomenal. The menu is quite large so there's ample reason to come back and try something else. Like your average cafe there is seating, and it is wheelchair accessible! The decoration is so cute, the panda bears are just adorable. I've tried their ramen and was blown away. Their soft boiled egg is just right; perfectly jammy. Their sushi rice bowls are also delicious. They have a paper you can fill out to create your own bowl which makes ordering very stress free and easy. As for their teas, they allow you to control the sweetness level, exchange the topping of your drink if you're like me and prefer popping bubbles as opposed to the tapioca. I love coming here when I get the craving for a sushi bowl.

This is a nice addition to the few Asian restaurants in Bel Air. It's located in the busy Festival plaza. There's ample free parking. The interior is very well designed. I love the panda decorations and the warm color scheme. We only had the bubble tea so I can't comment on the food but it was good. They were able to help us adjust the degree of sweetness. The employees were friendly. There's a lifesize cute bubble tea figure outside the restaurant that could be fun to take pics with. The only drawback was that the bubble tea wasn't cheap at all but it's probably on par with market prices. Looking forward to returning and trying the food.

Crabs, check! Hush Puppies, check! This was a great start…read more Conrad's in Abingdon, a bustling restaurant featuring seafood was all we had expected. We had to wait five minutes on a Thursday afternoon, only because there was a very large group taking up an entire room. The hostess and our server Riyah (forgive me if I spell her name wrong) were both pleasant and attentive. For appetizers we shared Fried Calamari, cooked perfectly, not anywhere near the rubber bands you get at some places. We also shared hush puppies with hot honey sauce. Hot honey sauce seemed odd to us to have with hush puppies, so we had it on the side, along with powdered sugar. What a pleasant surprise. Cooked to perfection, soft with a crisp outside. Nicely done. For main course I had fried oysters, something not often found where I used to live. Fried well, not a hint of grease with good cocktail sauce along with fries and Cole slaw, sweet with just enough celery seed. My wife had a half dozen large crabs (males) and she was in heaven. Done well with old bay...I know to bring a book, because she takes her time savoring these well done Maryland Blues. The manager stopped by to chat and he was a pleasant personable fellow. Another note, considering the kitchen was taxed with a large group luncheon, our meals were not delayed. This is a good sign when the restaurant is busy. Recommended!
